Detailed Description
Next, a shelf and a method for manufacturing the same according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 11. The shelf 10 is an integrated body of a case 20 and a foam Y, the case 20 includes a top plate 1, a bottom plate 2, and side plates 3, and the foam Y is filled in a hollow portion X of the case 20. The case 20 is a member covering the outside of the foam Y as the core material. The shelf 10 is substantially rectangular in plan view in this example, and has rounded corners (chamfered). Thereby, the display is suitable for multi-layer display and injury of customers is prevented. The corner members 7 at the four corners may be made of a material different from the material of the case 20, such as resin. In this case, the corner member 7 is fitted into a corner cut in the case 20. When the shelf 10 is a polygonal shape having six or more sides, the chamfered shape may be omitted.
In the shelf 10, the case 20 may be made of a metal such as a steel plate, an aluminum plate, or a stainless steel plate, or a non-metal plate such as a resin plate containing reinforcing fibers. Among them, a metal plate such as a 0.25 to 0.35mm steel plate is preferable in that it is lightweight and has high strength, and can be bonded to and integrated with a foam as a core material.
In the shelf 10, the case 20 may be in the form of a container in which the top plate 1, the bottom plate 2, and the side plate 3 are integrally formed, or may be formed by fitting a plurality of members. In this example, the case 20 is a fitting body of a lid-shaped upper member 1A having a lower opening and a box-shaped lower member 1B having an upper opening, wherein the upper member 1A includes a top plate 1 and an upper side plate 3, and the lower member 1B includes a bottom plate 2 and a lower side plate 4. The upper side plate and the lower side plate 4 include four side plates, i.e., a left side plate, a right side plate, a front side plate, and a rear side plate. That is, the inner dimensions of the upper member 1A in length width and height are substantially the same as the outer dimensions of the lower member 1B in length width and height (see fig. 5). Thus, the fitting body of the upper member 1A and the lower member 1B is configured such that the upper member 1A covers the entire lower member 1B except the bottom plate 2. The fitting of the upper member 1A and the lower member 1B may simply be performed such that the upper member 1A is covered on the lower member 1B substantially without a gap, without particularly requiring a locking portion. The upper member 1A and the lower member 1B are preferably formed by processing a metal plate.
Further, the contact form between the side plates of the upper member 1A and the lower member 1B is not particularly limited, but it is preferable that, for example, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the front end portion in the short side direction of the upper side plate or the lower side plate as the outer peripheral portion of the fitting body is folded inward, and the front end exposed to the outside is rounded. That is, in fig. 6, the front end 311 of the side plate 31A of the upper member 1A in the short side direction is a folded curved portion, and the front end 311 exposed to the outside is rounded. Therefore, the hands of the customer who takes the product in the hands are not injured. In fig. 7, the front end 321 of the side plate 32a of the upper member 1A in the short-side direction is a folded curved portion, and the front end 321 exposed to the outside is rounded. Therefore, the hands of the customer who takes the product in the hands are not injured. In addition, in the side panel 32a of fig. 7, the portions different from the side panel 31A of fig. 6 are that the height of the side panel of the lower member 1B is small, and the height of the inner panel of the side panel of the upper member 1A folded inward is small. In fig. 6 and 7, the upper member 1A may be a lower member and the lower member 1B may be an upper member, which are turned upside down. In this case, the rounded corner exposed to the outside becomes the upper end (tip).
The casing 20 is not limited to the casing shown in fig. 1 and 2, and examples of the external shape of the casing include a casing having a circular shape, an oval shape, a polygonal shape other than a square shape, and an irregular shape in plan view. That is, the side panel of the present invention includes a circular side panel (peripheral side panel), an elliptical side panel, a polygonal side panel, and an irregular side panel.
The shelf plate 10 is formed by bonding or welding (hereinafter, simply referred to as "bonding") the surface of the foam Y as the core material to the inner circumferential surface of the case 20 to integrate the two. That is, the foam Y is a foam obtained by injecting a foaming liquid concentrate from the outside into the hollow portion of the case 20 and foaming and solidifying the foaming liquid concentrate inside, and has no internal gap. Therefore, the shelf board is different from a shelf board in which a foam body having a predetermined shape is prepared in advance and a top plate, a bottom plate, and a side plate are attached to the foam body using an adhesive or a double-sided tape. That is, the shelf board 10 of the present invention can omit an adhesive or a double-sided tape, and can firmly integrate the case and the foam.
Examples of the foam include synthetic resin foams such as polyurethane foam, polyisocyanate foam, polystyrene foam, phenol foam, and polyethylene foam, and for example, a foam obtained by preparing a foaming liquid containing a liquid concentrate, a curing agent, and a foaming agent, discharging the foaming liquid concentrate into the housing 20, and allowing the foaming liquid concentrate to react, foam, and cure in the housing 20. Among the above-exemplified foams, rigid or semi-rigid polyurethane foams, polyisocyanate foams and polystyrene foams are preferable, and rigid or semi-rigid polyurethane foams are particularly preferable.
In the shelf plate 10, locking holes 8a, 8b, 8c for locking the leg portions 62a, 62b, 62c of the stopper roller 6 are formed at predetermined pitches in the longitudinal direction near the end portion of the top plate 1, in this example, the end portion in the short side direction. Thereby, the rolling stopper 6 can be freely installed and removed. Furthermore, the arrangement of the rolling stoppers 6 is stable. Further, a roll stopper 6 is provided on the shelf 10. Thus, for example, when a shelf inclined forward and downward is formed, the displayed commodities are prevented from rolling forward. When the roll stopper 6 is provided on the shelf plate 10, the leg portions 62a to 62c of the roll stopper 6 may be fitted into the locking holes 8a, 8b, and 8c of the shelf plate 10.
In the shelf 10, a foaming liquid inlet 5 is formed in the case 20, and the inlet 5 is closed by a cover member 50 (see fig. 2 and 11). The foaming liquid injection port 5 is a hole into which the tip of a nozzle of an unillustrated foaming liquid injection device is fitted. The foaming liquid injection port 5 may be formed at any one of the top plate 1, the bottom plate 2 and the side plate 3 of the box 20, and in this example, may be formed at one of the two side plates 3a and 3a in the short side direction. In the case where the case 20 is a fitted body of the upper member 1A and the lower member 1B, the injection ports 5 are formed at positions corresponding to the upper member 1A and the lower member 1B, respectively. Thereby, an injection port 5 is formed in the fitting body of the upper member 1A and the lower member 1B. The cover member 50 may be a member that covers the inlet 5, and may be a decorative seal paper having an adhesive coated on the adhesive surface.
In the shelf 10 of the present invention, the abutting form between the side plates of the upper member 1A and the lower member 1B is not particularly limited, and in addition to fig. 5 to 7, for example, as shown in fig. 8, the front end side of the side plate 33a of the upper member 1A may be bent from the center in the height direction toward the inside in the left-right direction to form a step, and the side plate 42a of the lower member 1B may be overlapped at the bent front end portion. In the side plate shape of fig. 8, the corners of the side plate do not protrude outward, and the hands of the customer holding the merchandise in their hands are not injured. As shown in fig. 10, the front end portion of the folded bent portion of the side plate 32a of the upper member 1A may be further bent inward in fig. 7 to form a horizontal portion 322. At this time, the front end of the side plate 42a of the lower member 1B abuts against the back surface of the horizontal portion 322. Thus, the positions of the upper member 1A and the lower member 1B can be determined by simply covering them. Fig. 5 to 8 show the state before the foaming liquid is injected, and fig. 10 shows the state after the foaming liquid is injected, foamed and solidified in the cabinet.
According to the shelf 10 of the present invention, the inner peripheral surface of the case 20 is bonded to the outer peripheral surface of the foam Y. Alternatively, the inner peripheral surface of the case 20 and the outer peripheral surface of the foam Y are brought into contact with each other without any gap therebetween even if they are not bonded to each other. Therefore, even with respect to the bending force, both members function as a single body without generating a gap therebetween. Therefore, the shelf board of the present invention is light in weight and high in strength. Further, since the number of parts is small and the core material is not substantially peeled off without using an adhesive or the like, the appearance is excellent and the exhibition effect is not lowered. Further, the surface of the shelf board 10 on which commodities are placed has a slight cushioning property, and an excellent display surface without damaging the commodities can be formed.
Next, a method for manufacturing the shelf plate of the present invention will be described. The method for manufacturing the shelf board comprises a step of injecting a foaming original liquid into a box body from a foaming original liquid injection port and solidifying the foaming original liquid in the box body, wherein the foaming original liquid injection port is formed on the box body comprising a top plate, a bottom plate and a side plate.
In the manufacturing method of the present invention, the case 20 including the top plate, the bottom plate, and the side plates is an intermediate body. The case 20 may be made of a metal such as a steel plate, an aluminum plate, or a stainless steel plate, or a non-metal plate such as a resin plate containing reinforcing fibers. Among them, a metal plate such as a 0.25 to 0.35mm steel plate is preferable in that it is lightweight and has high strength, and can be bonded to and integrated with a foam as a core material.
In the shelf 10, the case 20 may be formed in a container shape in which a top plate, a bottom plate, and side plates are integrally formed, or may be formed by fitting a plurality of members. A manufacturing method using the upper member 1A and the lower member 1B will be described below.
As shown in fig. 2, notched portions 711, 712 into which the corner member 7 is fitted are formed at the respective four corners of the upper member 1A and the lower member 1B. Further, through holes 91a, 91B, and 91c into which the roller stopper support members 9a, 9B, and 9c are fitted are formed at predetermined positions of the lower member 1B. In addition, locking holes 8a, 8b, and 8c are formed at predetermined pitches in the longitudinal direction near the end of the top plate 1 of the upper member 1A, in this example, at the end in the short-side direction. Further, the side plates 3a and 4a of the upper member 1A and the lower member 1B are respectively formed with a foaming liquid injection port 5.
Further, prior to manufacture, the roller stopper support members 9a, 9B, 9c and the corner members 7a to 7d are prepared in addition to the upper member 1A and the lower member 1B. The roller stopper support member 9 is disposed in the case 20 and fixes the roller stopper 6, and has an engaging vertical hole 94 formed in the center of the upper portion of the substantially cylindrical body and a protrusion 92 extending downward on the bottom surface. The engaging vertical hole 94 is formed to allow the leg portion 62 of the roller stopper 6 to be fitted therein, and the protrusion 92 is formed to be fitted into the through hole 91 of the base plate 2. The projection length of the projection 92 is equivalent to the thickness of the base plate 2, and is short, and therefore not shown in fig. 4. As shown in fig. 3, the corner member 7 is a member having a substantially L-shape in plan view and a chamfered corner 701, and is fitted into each of the four corners of the upper member 1A and the lower member 1B to form a shape having a chamfered corner corresponding to the corner of the case. Plate-shaped locking pieces 702 and 703 extending from the corner 701 toward both sides abut against the inner surfaces of the side plates of the upper member 1A and the lower member 1B, respectively. Accordingly, even if the foaming liquid reacts and foams in the housing 20 and the volume thereof increases, the plate-shaped locking pieces 702 and 703 serve as stoppers, and thus the corner member 7 does not fall off from the notch portions 7 at the four corners of the housing 20.
First, the lower member 1B is set on the work table so that the bottom plate 2 is positioned downward. Next, the protrusions 92 of the retainer supporting members 9a, 9b, and 9c are inserted into the through holes 91a, 91b, and 91c, respectively, and the retainer supporting members 9a, 9b, and 9c are fixed to the base plate 2. The locking of the protrusions 92 and the through holes 91a, 91b, and 91c of the stopper support members 9a, 9b, and 9c may be such that they do not move during the reaction of the foaming liquid concentrate. The protrusion 92 does not protrude downward from the lower surface of the base plate 2. The corner member 7 is fitted into the notch 712 at the four corners of the lower member 1B from the inside toward the outside (fig. 3a and 3B). Next, the upper member 1A is fitted so as to cover the lower member 1B with the top plate 1 being positioned above (see fig. 2). That is, the lower member 1B and the upper member 1A are fitted to each other. Thus, the case 20 having a hollow portion can be formed. At this time, the engagement vertical holes 91 of the roller stopper support members 9a, 9b, and 9c correspond to the locking holes 8a, 8b, and 8c of the upper member 1A, respectively. Further, corner members 7 are located at four corners of the case 20.
Next, as shown in fig. 9, the case 20 as an intermediate body is fixed by a fixing jig 150 so as to restrict movement in the thickness direction. The fixing jig 150 is a jig for clamping an upper member placed on the top plate 1 and a lower member laid under the bottom plate 2 by a connecting member such as a bolt. In this example, a plurality of elongated plate members are used, but a pair of plate members having a larger area than the top plate 1 and the bottom plate 2 may be sandwiched therebetween. Thus, even if the foaming liquid is injected into the case 20 from the outside and the foaming liquid reacts in the case 20, the shape of the case 20 of the intermediate body can be maintained.
Then, the following steps are performed: the foaming liquid is injected into the housing through a foaming liquid injection port 5 formed in the housing 20, and the foaming liquid is solidified in the housing. The foaming liquid is a foaming liquid which reacts to form a synthetic resin foam such as a polyurethane foam, a polyisocyanate foam, a polystyrene foam, a phenol foam, a polyethylene foam, or the like, and may be a known pack liquid or a liquid containing a curing agent and a foaming agent. For example, in the case of a polyurethane foam, a polyol mixture containing a polyol component, an amine compound, water, and a catalyst, and an isocyanate component are mixed and stirred in a foaming stock solution thereof, and the obtained mixture is injected into the housing 20 through the injection port 5 by using an injection means, and the mixture is reacted, foamed, and cured in the housing 20 (see fig. 9).
The foaming liquid is foamed and solidified in the case 20 to form a foam Y. At this time, the three stopper support members 9a, 9b, and 9c are fixed to the base plate 2, and the fixing positions are not slipped by injecting the foaming liquid. Although the four corner members 7a to 7d have chamfered portions projecting from the cut-out portions 711 and 712, the locking pieces 702 and 703 abut against the inner surfaces of the side plates of the upper member 1A or the lower member 1B, and therefore can be provided in the cut-out portions 711 and 712 without a gap, and no misalignment occurs. In this way, the surface of the foam Y as the core material is adhered to or closely contacted with the inner circumferential surface of the case 20 in the case 20, and both are formed as a single body without an internal gap.
Next, the entire outer peripheral surface of the case 20 except for the corner members 7a to 7d and the locking holes 8a, 8b, and 8c is preferably covered with a decorative sheet. The foaming liquid inlet 5 formed in the case 20 is preferably covered with a cover member, in this example, a sealing paper 50. Thus, the shelf board 10 having the foam Y as the core material can be obtained. The roll stopper 6 is provided on the shelf 10 as needed. The roller stopper 6 can be provided by locking the leg portions 62a, 62b, 62c of the roller stopper 6 in the locking holes 8a, 8b, 8 c. Thus, when the shelf board 10 is inclined forward and downward, the commodities can be prevented from being brought forward and closely contacted.
Next, a shelf 10a according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 12 to 14. In fig. 12 to 14, the same components as those in fig. 1 to 11 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted, and the differences will be mainly described. That is, in the shelf 10a of fig. 12 to 14, the shelf 10a is different from the shelf 10 of fig. 1 to 11 in the following points: the box body 20a is also provided with second left and right side plates 17, 17 on the left and right side plates of the box body 20; the corner portions of the shelf 1a are not chamfered; the shelf 1a is not formed with through holes 91a, 91b, 91c into which the roller stopper support members 9a, 9b, 9c are fitted and locking holes 8a, 8b, 8c into which the leg portions 62a, 62b, 62c of the roller stopper 6 are fitted; and second left and right side plates 17, 17 are formed on the left and right side plates of the case 10 a.
That is, the shelf board 10a includes a box body 20a and a foamed body Y integrated body, wherein the box body 20a includes a top plate 1a, a bottom plate 2a, left and right side plates 3a and front and rear side plates 3b ', the foamed body Y is formed by reacting and solidifying a foaming original liquid in the box body 20a, and second left and right side plates 17, 17 having a foaming original liquid injection port 5' (second foaming original liquid injection port) are attached to the left and right side plates 3a ', 3 a'.
In the shelf plate 10a, the second left and right side plates 17, 17 are plate-like bodies having a predetermined thickness corresponding to the shape of the left and right side plates 3a ', 3a ' of the casing 20a, as shown in fig. 14, locking protrusions 171 are formed on the surfaces (back surfaces) of the casing 20a on the side of the left and right side plates 3a ', the locking protrusions 171 are locked in the plurality of locking holes 11 of the left and right side plates 3a ', 3a ' of the casing 20a, and recesses 172 having a rectangular cross section are formed on the surfaces (front surfaces) of the casing 20a on the opposite side to the left and right side plates 3a ', 3a '.
The locking projection 171 enters the locking hole 11 by being inserted or pushed into the locking hole 11. The length of the locking projection 171 is larger than the plate thickness of the left and right side plates 3a ', 3 a' of the case 20 a. Therefore, the front end of the locking projection 171 is bonded to the foam, and the left and right side plates 3a ', 3 a' are firmly fixed to the case 20 a. The recessed groove 172 is locked to, for example, the rising wall 61 of the support member 60 having an L-shaped cross section, and the rising wall 61 corresponds to both right and left arm portions of the support frame on the fixed side. That is, the groove 172 has a shape into which the rising wall 61 of the support member 60 is fitted. Thus, the shelf board 10a can be easily installed by simply placing it from above on a support frame of a commodity display rack called a shelf having the support member 60.
The method of manufacturing the shelf 10a will be described below. First, a case 20a (fig. 13) as an intermediate body is produced. The manufacturing method of the case 20a is the same as the manufacturing method of the case 20. That is, the case 20a may be in the form of a container in which the top plate 1a, the bottom plate 2a ', and the side plates 3a ', 3b ' are integrated, or may be formed by fitting a plurality of members. Similarly to the case 20, a fitting body of a lid-like upper member having a lower opening of the top plate and the upper side plate and a box-like lower member having an upper opening of the bottom plate and the lower side plate may be used. A plurality of locking holes 11 to which the locking protrusions 171 are locked are formed at appropriate intervals in the left and right side plates 3a ', 3 a' of the case 20a, and a foaming liquid injection port 5 is formed at each of the centers in the longitudinal direction of the side plates.
Next, the second left and right side plates 17, 17 are attached to the left and right side plates 3a ', 3 a' of the case 20 a. That is, the locking projections 171 of the second left and right side plates 17, 17 are inserted or pressed into the locking holes 11 of the left and right side plates 3a ', 3 a' of the case 20 a. At this time, the foaming liquid inlet 5 of the left and right side plates 3a ', 3a ' of the case 20a is aligned with the foaming liquid inlet 5 ' of the second left and right side plates 17, 17 to form a through hole.
Next, similarly to the manufacturing method of the case 20, the case 20a as an intermediate body is fixed by a fixing jig so as to restrict movement in the thickness direction. Then, the following steps are performed: the foaming liquid is injected into the box body 20a through the foaming liquid injection ports 5' of the second left and right side plates 17, and the foaming liquid is reacted and solidified in the box body. The foaming liquid reacts in the case 20a and is solidified to form a foam Y. At this time, the front end portions of the locking projections 171 of the second left and right side plates 17, 17 protrude into the case 20a, and when the foaming liquid is solidified, the locking projections 171 are bonded to and integrated with the foam. Thereby, the second left and right side plates 17, 17 are fixed to the case 20 a. Similarly to the case 20, the surface of the foam Y as the core material is adhered to or closely contacted with the inner peripheral surface of the case 20a, and the case container and the foam Y are integrated without an internal gap.
