Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the prior art, misjudgment is easily generated on the behavior of stopping using the locker by a user, so that the use experience of the user in a public place is influenced.
Referring to fig. 1, in the method for managing a public locker disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, the method is mainly described in terms of a scheme standing at a server, and the method includes:
step S101: acquiring user ID information sensed by a first wireless sensing module at an entrance guard;
in this scheme, entrance guard sets up in service area's play, entrance, and the user need not to pass through entrance guard when the regional used repeatedly locker of service. When only one entrance guard exists in the service area, the user can enter and exit the service area through the entrance guard, and the first wireless sensing module is arranged at the position of the entrance guard. When the service area has two entrance guards, the user can only enter the service area through one entrance guard, and when leaving the service area through another entrance guard, the first wireless sensing module refers to the wireless sensing module installed at the entrance guard leaving the service area. The locker is a cabinet which is used for temporarily storing articles and has a single storage space, and a user can enter a service area to use the locker only after passing through an entrance guard.
The wireless induction module can be inducted with the user terminal through a wireless signal, so that identity identification information of the user terminal is obtained, the identity identification information is used as user ID information, when the user terminal is a Bluetooth device, the wireless induction module is a Bluetooth device, when the user terminal is an NFC device, the wireless induction module is an NFC device, the specific form of the wireless induction module can be set according to user requirements, and the user ID information of the user terminal can be obtained through the wireless induction module.
Step S102: judging whether a counting result corresponding to the user ID information exists in the locker using list or not, executing a step S103 when the judging result is negative, and executing a step S104 when the judging result is positive;
in the method, whether a user finishes using the locker is judged by monitoring the number of times that the user passes through the access control, specifically, a counting result corresponding to user ID information is established in a locker using list, wherein the counting result indicates the number of times that the user passes through the access control, when the user enters a service area through the access control for the first time, the locker using list does not have the counting result corresponding to the user ID information, therefore, the step S103 needs to be executed first, the counting result corresponding to the user ID information is established in the locker using list, and when the locker using list has the counting result corresponding to the user ID information, the step S104 can be directly executed to judge the value of the counting result.
The locker use list can also store user ID information of the locker in use, locker ID information of the locker used by the user, and the binding relationship between the user ID information and the locker ID information;
step S103: generating a counter corresponding to the user ID information, and establishing a counting result of the counter corresponding to the user ID information in a locker using list;
in this step, a virtual counter may be generated for each user ID information, where the virtual counter is used to adjust a counting result according to the number of times of opening the door controlled by the user ID information, and the counting result is recorded as a counting result corresponding to the user ID information stored in the locker storage list.
Step S104: judging whether the user needs to leave the service area according to the counting result of the counter;
in the technical scheme disclosed by the embodiment of the application, the counting result changes along with the change of the opening times of the entrance guard, namely, when the entrance guard is opened once under the control of the user ID information, the counting result of the counter corresponding to the user ID information is controlled to be added with 1, and whether the user enters a service area or leaves the service area can be judged by analyzing the counting result; for example, when the first wireless sensing module senses the user ID information for the first time, a counting result corresponding to the user ID information is recorded in a storage cabinet use list, a value of a technical result is an initial value, in this scheme, the initial value is set to 0, the counting result of a counter corresponding to the user ID information is analyzed at this time, the value is found to be 0, the current behavior of the user is a behavior entering a service area, the door access is controlled to be opened, after the door access is opened, the counting result is increased by 1, at this time, the counting result is changed to 1, when the user leaves the service area, the first wireless sensing module senses the user ID information again, the counting result of the counter corresponding to the user ID information is obtained, the value is found to be 1, the current behavior of the user is a behavior leaving the service area, and whether a left article exists in a storage cabinet used by the user needs to be determined.
Considering that a user enters and exits a service area multiple times within a certain period of time, on the premise that an initial value of a counting result is known, whether a user behavior is to leave the service area can be determined by judging parity of the counting result, that is, setting an initial value of the counter to 0, and judging whether the user needs to leave the service area according to the counting result of the counter includes: and judging whether the counting result of the counter corresponding to the user ID information is an odd number, if so, judging that the user leaves the service area, otherwise, judging that the user does not leave the service area.
Step S105: judging whether a locker corresponding to user ID information has a left article, executing a step S106 when the locker has no left article, and executing a step S107 when the locker has a left article;
in the step, locker ID information corresponding to the user ID information can be obtained through the locker using list, and then whether articles are left in the locker corresponding to the locker ID information is judged;
in the technical scheme disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, it can be determined whether there are left-over articles in the locker through any method in the prior art, and of course, in the technical scheme disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, in order to ensure the accuracy of the determination result, it can be determined whether there are left-over articles in the locker through a weight measurement mode, that is, it is determined whether there are left-over articles in the locker according to the measurement result of the weight measurement device in the locker. Of course, an article scanner may be disposed within the locker for scanning the locker for shadows of the left-over articles, such as detecting a shadow indicating the presence of the left-over articles in the locker. When no left article exists in the storage cabinet, controlling the entrance guard to open, and when the left article exists, outputting an alarm signal and not controlling the entrance guard to open;
step S106: controlling the entrance guard to open;
step S107: and outputting an alarm signal.
According to the scheme, the counting result corresponding to the user ID information is established in the locker using list and used for indicating the times of passing the door control by the user, when the first wireless induction module arranged at the door control detects the user ID information, the counting result corresponding to the user ID information is obtained, whether the user finishes using the locker or not is judged according to the counting result, and whether the user finishes using the locker or not can be accurately judged.
In the technical solution disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, when the counter result corresponding to the user ID information does not exist in the locker usage list, it indicates that the locker has not been allocated to the user, and therefore the method may further include: the method comprises the steps of allocating a locker in an idle state to a user, establishing a binding relationship between locker ID information allocated to the locker of the user and the user ID information, storing the binding relationship into a locker use list and a processor of the locker, and switching an allocated locker state identifier from the idle state to an occupied state.
When the user is allocated with a locker in an idle state, the system can automatically allocate the locker or the locker actively selected by the user.
When the system is automatically distributed, a locker in an idle state is actively distributed to a user according to a preset locker distribution rule, and the key of the distributed locker is displayed or sent to the user. If the instruction for opening the locker is a locker key, at this time, in order to ensure article safety, the locker key may be randomly generated, and in order to facilitate user identification by the locker-side device, the locker key may be sent to the locker-side device, and meanwhile, the locker key may be bound with the locker ID information of the allocated locker and stored in a locker use list, and when the locker-side device obtains the locker key, the locker is controlled to open. When the locker key is locker identification data used for representing the position of the locker, the server can send the user ID information to the locker end equipment, and when the locker end equipment obtains the user ID information, the locker is controlled to be opened.
The user can open the storage cabinet through the user ID information, at the moment, the user ID information can be sent to the storage cabinet end equipment, and when the storage cabinet end equipment obtains the user ID information, the storage cabinet is controlled to be opened.
When the user actively selects the locker, see fig. 2, the method of the locker is as follows:
step S201: acquiring user ID information sensed by a first wireless sensing module at an entrance guard;
in the method disclosed in this embodiment, two wireless sensing modules need to be used, one of the wireless sensing modules is disposed at the door lock and marked as a first wireless sensing module, and the other wireless sensing module is in one-to-one correspondence with each storage cabinet and disposed at the cabinet door of the storage cabinet and marked as a second wireless sensing module.
The first wireless sensing module senses user ID information through a wireless signal, the wireless signal comprises the user ID information of a user terminal, the user terminal can refer to intelligent terminal equipment used by a user, such as a mobile phone, wearable equipment and the like, the wearable equipment can refer to an intelligent watch, an intelligent bracelet and the like, and certainly also can refer to an intelligent card with a wireless communication function and a unique identity;
in the scheme, when the first wireless sensing module acquires the wireless signal output by the user terminal, the access control is controlled to be opened, so that a user can enter a service area. Certainly, if the service area is a private area, in order to ensure the security of the articles in the storage cabinet, the identity of the user needs to be determined, at this time, after the wireless signal output by the user terminal is obtained through the first wireless sensing module, the user ID information contained in the wireless signal is obtained through analysis, whether the user ID information is contained in the member list is determined, if yes, the user has the identity of entering the service area is determined, and the following steps are executed: and judging whether a counting result corresponding to the user ID information exists in the locker use list or not.
Step S202: judging whether a counting result corresponding to the user ID information exists in the locker using list or not, and if not, executing the step S203;
in the technical scheme disclosed by the embodiment of the application, when a certain locker is occupied, the locker is marked to be in an occupied state, user ID information of the locker, the locker ID information of the occupied locker and a counting result corresponding to the user ID information are written into a locker using list, and whether a user corresponding to the user ID information sensed by the first wireless sensing module is a user who just enters a service area and has not allocated the locker or a user who has allocated the locker can be judged by inquiring the locker using list.
In this step, if the counter result corresponding to the user ID information does not exist in the locker usage list, it indicates that the user does not use the locker at the present time, and if the counter result corresponding to the user ID information exists in the locker usage list, it indicates that the user has been allocated the locker.
Step S203: opening an access control and controlling the locker marked as an idle state to output a first signal;
in this step, when the locker usage list indicates that the user is not allocated with a locker, at this time, in order to facilitate the user to quickly determine which lockers are already occupied and which lockers are not occupied, the locker marked as an idle state may be controlled to output a first signal, where the form of the first signal may be set according to the user's requirement, as long as the user can quickly find which lockers are not occupied, for example, the user may light a green light in a light indicating circuit on the locker in the idle state, and indicate the locker in the idle state through the green light.
Step S204: when user ID information of a user terminal sensed by a second wireless sensing module arranged on a storage cabinet is acquired, judging the storage cabinet selected by a user according to the user ID information sensed by the second wireless sensing module;
in the scheme, when a user carries the user terminal to be close to the storage cabinet, the second wireless sensing module arranged on the storage cabinet can sense the user ID information, when the storage unit on the storage cabinet stores the storage cabinet ID information of the storage cabinet and the user ID information, the opening information is sent to the cabinet door lock circuit, the cabinet door lock is opened again, and the user finishes fetching objects. And when the storage unit on the locker does not store the locker ID information and the user ID information of the locker, sending the user ID information to a server. At this time, the server may acquire user ID information uploaded by a plurality of lockers, and the server may determine which locker the user selects based on preset setting rules according to the acquired user ID information, for example, when the user terminal uses a bluetooth signal: after finding the vacant locker according to the prompt of the first signal, the user terminal can be close to the cabinet to be selected, at this time, a plurality of second wireless sensing modules acquire user ID information through bluetooth signals, but the signal strength of the user ID information acquired by each second wireless sensing module is different due to different distances between different second wireless sensing modules and the user terminal, wherein the signal strength of the user ID information sensed by the second wireless sensing module closest to the user terminal is strongest, so that the locker selected by the user can be determined by judging the signal strength, for example, the locker corresponding to the signal with the strongest signal strength can be used as the locker selected by the user, an opening instruction for controlling the locker to open is output, and when the locker receives the opening instruction, and sending the opening instruction to a cabinet door lock circuit, wherein the cabinet door lock is in an opening state.
Further, when the wireless signal is a bluetooth signal, the method for determining the locker selected by the user specifically comprises:
the server determines the cabinet closest to the user terminal by comparing the Received Signal Strength (RSSI) of the bluetooth Signal (i.e. the wireless Signal in the foregoing) sensed by each second wireless sensing module, wherein the RSSI of the bluetooth Signal is generally [ -100, 0], and the closer the distance, the greater the Signal Strength, the greater the RSSI value. If the RSSI of the Bluetooth signals uploaded by the 3 second wireless induction modules 001, 002 and 003 and received by the server is-65, -75 and-90 respectively, and the RSSI of the 001 storage cabinet is the maximum, the 001 storage cabinet is determined to be closest to the user terminal, and the user selects the 001 storage cabinet. Simultaneously, in order to avoid the spurious triggering, can also predetermine an RSSI threshold value, only when the RSSI of the biggest bluetooth signal of signal strength is greater than first predetermined threshold value, just steerable corresponding locker is opened to prevent that the user from not being close to the cabinet door yet but has opened. Of course, the process may also be: and detecting the RSSI of the Bluetooth signal of the user terminal acquired by the second wireless induction module, starting timing when the signal intensity of the RSSI of the Bluetooth signal acquired by a certain second wireless induction module is detected to be greater than a second preset value, judging the Bluetooth signal with the maximum signal intensity after timing and setting time, wherein the signal intensity values of the Bluetooth signals participating in the judgment are all greater than the second preset value, and taking the storage cabinet matched with the second wireless induction module corresponding to the Bluetooth signal with the maximum signal intensity as the storage cabinet selected by the user.
The user terminal, the first wireless sensing module and the second wireless sensing module are all NFC modules when the wireless signal is an NFC signal, NFC is a near field communication technology, so that a user can enable the second wireless sensing module to acquire the user ID information only when the user terminal is close to the second wireless sensing module, and at the moment, other second wireless sensing modules are far away from the user terminal and cannot acquire the user ID information, so that a storage cabinet corresponding to the second wireless sensing module acquiring the user ID information can be used as a storage cabinet selected by the user.
Step S205: acquiring ID information of a locker selected by a user, and marking the locker corresponding to the ID information of the locker as an occupied state;
after the locker selected by the user is determined, the locker is marked as an occupied state so as to prevent the user from opening the locker which is being used by others.
Step S206: establishing and storing the binding relationship between the user ID information and the locker ID information into the locker using list;
in the step, the ID information of the locker of the occupied state and the user ID information of the user of the locker are bound, and the binding result is stored in the locker using list.
Step S207: and controlling the locker selected by the user to be opened.
Through the technical scheme disclosed by the above embodiment of the application, in the above scheme, after the first wireless sensing module senses the user ID information, when the counting result corresponding to the user ID information does not exist in the locker using list, the door access is opened and the locker marked as an idle state is controlled to output a first signal, the user holds the user terminal to be close to the selected locker according to the self requirement, the user ID information of the user terminal sensed by a second wireless sensing module arranged on the locker judges which locker is selected by the user according to the user ID information of the user terminal sensed by the second wireless sensing module, after the locker selected by the user is determined, and storing the binding relationship between the user ID information and the ID information of the locker into the locker using list, and controlling the locker to be opened, so that the user can select the locker independently.
Further, in the technical solution disclosed in this embodiment, when the user has used the locker, the locker usage list stores the related record information, and at this time, in order to facilitate the user to quickly locate the locker used by the user, referring to fig. 3, the method may further include:
step S301: acquiring user ID information or a locker key uploaded by a base station arranged in a service area;
in the scheme, a base station can be arranged in a service area within the area range of the storage cabinet, a WIFI module, a Bluetooth module, an NFC module or a scanning module and the like can be arranged on the base station, data communication can be carried out between electronic equipment on the storage cabinet and a server through the base station, certainly, a user can conveniently and quickly find the storage cabinet, and the base station can also sense the user ID information or the storage cabinet key and upload the user ID information sensed by the base station and the storage cabinet key to the server;
step S302: acquiring locker ID information which is marked in a locker use list and corresponds to the user ID information and the locker key;
when the server acquires user ID information and locker keys which are uploaded by the base station and directly sensed by the base station, locker ID information which corresponds to the user ID information and the locker keys is determined through a locker use list;
step S303: controlling the locker corresponding to the locker ID information to output a second signal so that a user can quickly locate the locker used by himself through the second signal, wherein the second signal may be a light-emitting signal with a specific color output by a light-emitting element on the locker or a voice signal output by a voice element on the switch cabinet;
and when the locker ID information corresponding to the user ID information and the locker key is determined, issuing a control instruction to the locker corresponding to the locker ID information through the base station, and controlling the locker to output a second signal.
The second wireless sensing module can send the user ID information to the server through the base station, so that the user ID information uploaded by the base station and acquired by the server can be the user ID information when the locker is distributed or the user ID information when the user searches the bound locker, therefore, when the user ID information uploaded by the base station is acquired by the server, the server can judge the stored data in the locker using list through judging, if the user ID information does not exist in the locker using list, the user needs to distribute the locker to the user, at the moment, the locker selected by the user can be judged according to the user ID information and a preset rule, when the user ID information exists in the locker using list, the user needs to search the bound locker to acquire the locker ID information corresponding to the user ID information, and controlling the locker corresponding to the locker ID information to output a second signal.
In another aspect of the present application, the locker usage list may be directly backed up to the base station, and when the base station senses user ID information and a locker key, the locker ID information corresponding to the user ID information and the locker key may be directly obtained from the locker usage list, and the locker corresponding to the locker ID information may be controlled to output a second signal.
In the scheme, after the server establishes the binding relationship between the ID information of the storage cabinet and the user ID information and the key of the storage cabinet, the binding relationship is issued to the processor on the second storage cabinet, when the second wireless induction module on the storage cabinet acquires the user ID information and the key of the storage cabinet, the processor judges whether the user ID information and the key of the storage cabinet have established the binding relationship with the ID information of the storage cabinet, if so, the storage cabinet is controlled to be opened, otherwise, the user ID information is uploaded to the server.
In a specific implementation, the service area personnel may include not only the locker user, but also the service area manager, and in order to prevent the manager from opening the locker in an idle state by mistake when the user may actively select the locker, in the method, the user ID information included in the member list and acquired by the first wireless sensing module may be cached in a temporary folder, and at this time, the determining the locker selected by the user according to the user ID information sensed by the second wireless sensing module may specifically include:
judging whether locker ID information corresponding to the user ID information is stored in a locker storage list or not, if not, judging whether the user ID information sensed by the second wireless sensing module exists in the temporary folder or not, if so, judging the locker selected by the user according to the obtained user ID information, and if not, not responding to the user ID information sensed by the second wireless sensing module. Of course, in the above scheme, when the base station directly acquires the user ID information and does not upload the user ID information to the server, the server may not perform the operation of determining whether the user ID information is stored in the storage list of the locker, and directly determine whether the user ID information sensed by the second wireless sensing module exists in the temporary folder.
Specifically, when the alarm information is output, the alarm information may be output through an alarm device disposed at the access control, or the alarm information may be directly sent to the user terminal or an application installed in the user terminal.
In the method, the time when the locker selected by a user is opened is taken as a starting time, the time when the server judges that the user leaves a service area and opens an access control is taken as an ending time, and the time from the starting time to the ending time is the time when the user uses the locker.
In the prior art, in order to prevent the base station from uploading the user ID information by mistake, in the method, when it is determined that locker ID information bound with the user ID information is stored in a locker use list according to the user ID information sent by the base station, it is determined whether a time interval between the time when the user ID information is obtained this time and the time when the user ID information is obtained last time is greater than a preset value, and if so, the locker corresponding to the locker ID information is controlled to be opened.
With respect to the above method, the present application also discloses a common locker management system, see fig. 4, comprising:
the first wireless sensing module 100 is configured to acquire user ID information sensed by the first wireless sensing module located at the door access;
the server 200 is used for judging whether a counting result corresponding to the user ID information exists in the locker using list or not; when the counting result corresponding to the user ID information does not exist in the locker using list, generating a counter corresponding to the user ID information, establishing the counting result of the counter corresponding to the user ID information in the locker using list, and controlling the counting result of the counter corresponding to the user ID information which causes the entrance guard to be opened to be added with 1 when the entrance guard is opened once; judging whether the user needs to leave the service area according to the counting result of the counter; when the user is determined to leave the service area, judging whether the locker corresponding to the user ID information has left articles, and controlling the entrance guard to open when the locker has no left articles; and when the articles left in the storage cabinet are left, outputting an alarm signal.
And a left article sensing module 300, which is disposed in the locker, for sensing whether there are left articles in the locker.
Specifically, corresponding to the above method, in the public locker management system, the initial value of the counter is 0, and the server is specifically configured to, when determining whether the user needs to leave the service area according to the counting result of the counter:
and judging whether the counting result of the counter corresponding to the user ID information is an odd number, if so, judging that the user leaves the service area, otherwise, judging that the user does not leave the service area.
Specifically, corresponding to the method, the judging whether the article left in the locker specifically includes:
and judging whether the articles are left in the storage cabinet according to the metering result of the weight metering equipment in the storage cabinet.
Specifically, corresponding to the method, the server is further configured to:
when the counting result corresponding to the user ID information does not exist in the locker using list, distributing a free locker to the user, establishing a binding relationship between the locker ID information of the locker distributed to the user and the user ID information, and storing the binding relationship into the locker using list and a processor of the locker.
Specifically, corresponding to the method, when the server allocates an idle-state locker to the user, the server is specifically configured to:
actively distributing a storage cabinet in an idle state to a user according to a preset storage cabinet distribution rule;
or determining the storage cabinet in the idle state selected by the user according to the acquired user ID information sensed by the second wireless sensing module arranged on the storage cabinet, and taking the storage cabinet in the idle state selected by the user as the storage cabinet distributed to the user.
Specifically, corresponding to the method, the server is further configured to:
when user ID information sent by a base station arranged in a service area is acquired, whether locker ID information bound with the user ID information is stored in a locker using list or not is judged, and if the locker ID information bound with the user ID information is stored in the locker using list, the locker ID information bound with the user ID information is controlled to output a second signal.
Specifically, corresponding to the above method, when the server controls the locker ID information bound to the user ID information to output the second signal, the method is specifically configured to:
and judging whether the time interval between the time of acquiring the user ID information and the time of acquiring the user ID information last time is greater than a preset value, if so, controlling the locker corresponding to the locker ID information to output a second signal and open the locker.
Corresponding to the method, in the system, when the user actively selects the locker, the processor is specifically configured to:
acquiring user ID information sensed by a first wireless sensing module at an entrance guard; judging whether a counting result corresponding to the user ID information exists in a locker using list or not, if not, opening an access control and controlling the locker marked as an idle state to output a first signal, and when the user ID information of the user terminal sensed by a second wireless sensing module arranged on the locker is obtained, judging the locker selected by a user according to the user ID information sensed by the second wireless sensing module; acquiring ID information of a locker selected by a user, and marking the locker corresponding to the ID information of the locker as an occupied state; establishing and storing the binding relationship between the user ID information and the locker ID information into the locker using list; and controlling the locker selected by the user to be opened.
In order to facilitate the user to quickly locate the locker used by the user, corresponding to the method, the server is further configured to: acquiring user ID information or a locker key uploaded by a base station arranged in a service area; acquiring locker ID information which is marked in a locker use list and corresponds to the user ID information and the locker key; and controlling the locker corresponding to the locker ID information to output a second signal.
Corresponding to the method, in order to prevent the manager of the locker from mistakenly opening the locker in an idle state, in the method, the server specifically determines the locker selected by the user according to the user ID information sensed by the second wireless sensing module: judging whether locker ID information corresponding to the user ID information is stored in a locker storage list or not, if not, judging whether the user ID information sensed by the second wireless sensing module exists in the temporary folder or not, if so, judging the locker selected by the user according to the obtained user ID information, and if not, not responding to the user ID information sensed by the second wireless sensing module.
