The ticket box 3 further comprises a first ticket holding assembly 36, a second ticket holding assembly 37 and a ticket pressing assembly 38, wherein the first ticket holding assembly 36 is positioned in the first ticket storage space 340, the first ticket holding assembly 36 comprises a first supporting plate 361 and a first elastic element 362, one end of the first elastic element 362 is connected with the left wall 312, and the other end of the first elastic element 362 is connected with the first supporting plate 361; the first supporting plate 361 has a rectangular plate-like structure, and the first supporting plate 361 always has a movement tendency of being biased toward the first passage plate 341 under the elastic force of the first elastic member 362; the second ticket holding assembly 37 is positioned in the second ticket storing space 350, the second ticket holding assembly 37 comprises a second support plate 371 and a first elastic element 362, wherein one end of the second elastic element 372 is connected with the right wall 313, and the other end is connected with the second support plate 371; the second supporting plate 371 has a rectangular plate-like structure, and the second supporting plate 371 always has a movement tendency biased toward the fourth channel plate 352 under the elastic force of the second elastic element 372.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a first partial structure of a ticket box according to an embodiment of the invention, and fig. 5 is a schematic view of a second partial structure of a ticket box according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the ticket-pressing assembly 38 further includes a connecting rod assembly 6; the first pressing plate 4 and the second pressing plate 5 are movably connected with the connecting rod assembly 6 respectively. Wherein, when the ticket pressing assembly 38 is in the initial state, the ticket pressing assembly 38 is located in the accommodating space 380 between the first channel 34 and the second channel 35; when the ticket depressing assembly 38 is in the depressed state, the first presser plate 4 passes through the first long groove of the first passage 34 into the first ticket storage space 340, and the second presser plate 5 passes through the second long groove of the second passage 35 into the second ticket storage space 350.
The connecting rod assembly 6 comprises a first connecting rod 61, a second connecting rod 62 and a shaft 60, wherein the middle part of the first connecting rod 61 and the middle part of the second connecting rod 62 are hinged through the shaft 60 to form a scissor-type structure, and the shaft 60 is vertically and fixedly connected with the bottom plate 11. The first end 611 of the first connecting rod is movably connected with the first pressure plate 4, and the second end 612 of the first connecting rod is movably connected with the second pressure plate 5; the first end 621 of the second link is movably connected with the first pressing plate 4, and the second end 622 of the second link is movably connected with the second pressing plate 5.
Specifically, the first pressing plate 4 is a rectangular plate-shaped structure, the length of the first pressing plate is matched with the length of the first long groove of the first channel 34, the width of the first pressing plate is matched with the width of the first long groove, and the first pressing plate 4 can penetrate through the first long groove of the first channel 34 to enter the first bill storage space 340; the first pressing plate 4 is provided with a first long hole 41 and a second long hole 42, the first long hole 41 and the second long hole 42 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the first pressing plate 4, and the length direction of the first long hole 41 and the length direction of the second long hole 42 both extend along the length direction of the first pressing plate 4; further, the first elongated hole 41 and the second elongated hole 42 are located on a side of the first presser plate 4 facing away from the first channel 34.
The second pressing plate 5 is a rectangular plate-shaped structure, the length of the second pressing plate is matched with that of the second long groove of the second channel 35, the width of the second pressing plate is matched with that of the second long groove, and the second pressing plate 5 can penetrate through the second long groove of the second channel 35 to enter the second bill storage space 350; the second pressure plate 5 is provided with a third long hole 51 and a fourth long hole 52, the third long hole 51 and the fourth long hole 52 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the second pressure plate 5, and the length direction of the third long hole 51 and the length direction of the fourth long hole 52 both extend along the length direction of the second pressure plate 5; furthermore, the third elongated hole 51 and the fourth elongated hole 52 are located on a side of the second presser plate 5 facing away from the second channel 35.
The first end 611 of the first connecting rod is inserted into the first long hole 41 of the first pressing plate 4 and can slide along the length direction of the first long hole 41, and the second end 612 of the first connecting rod is inserted into the third long hole 51 of the second pressing plate 5 and can slide along the length direction of the third long hole 51; the first end 621 of the second link is inserted into the second long hole 42 of the first pressing plate 4 and can slide along the length direction of the second long hole 42, and the second end 622 of the second link is inserted into the fourth long hole 52 of the second pressing plate 5 and can slide along the length direction of the fourth long hole 52.
The ticket-pressing assembly 38 further comprises a resilient member connected between the first link 61 and the second link 62 to provide the ticket-pressing assembly 38 with a tendency to move towards the initial state. Specifically, under the action of the elastic element, the first link 61 and the second link 62 always have a tendency to rotate around the rotating shaft 60 in a set direction, so that the first end 611 of the first link moves along the first long hole 41 of the first pressure plate 4 in a direction away from the second long hole 42, and the second end 612 of the first link moves along the third long hole 51 of the second pressure plate 5 in a direction away from the fourth long hole 52; the first end 621 of the second link moves along the second long hole 42 of the first pressing plate 4 in a direction away from the first long hole 41, the second end 622 of the second link moves along the fourth long hole 52 of the second pressing plate 5 in a direction away from the third long hole 51, that is, the first end 611 of the first link and the first end 621 of the second link move in a direction away from each other, and the second end 612 of the first link and the second end 622 of the second link move in a direction away from each other, that is, under the action of the elastic element, the first link 61 and the second link 62 are always closed relatively, and the first pressing plate 4 and the second pressing plate 5 are driven to move back into the accommodating space 380, so that the ticket pressing assembly 38 is in an initial state.
The ticket-pressing assembly 38 further comprises a driving assembly 7, and the driving assembly 7 is in transmission connection with the connecting rod assembly 6 and is used for driving the connecting rod assembly 6 to switch the ticket-pressing assembly 38 from the initial state to the ticket-pressing state. Specifically, the driving assembly 7 includes a first swing link 73, a second swing link 74 and a motor 71; the first swing rod 73 and the second swing rod 74 are in transmission connection with the motor 71; the first swing link 73 is arranged adjacent to the first connecting rod 61, the second swing link 74 is arranged adjacent to the second connecting rod 62, the first swing link 73 drives the first connecting rod 61 to rotate around the shaft in the first direction, and simultaneously, the second swing link 74 drives the second connecting rod 62 to rotate around the shaft in the second direction, so that the first pressing plate 4 passes through the first passage 34 to enter the first bill storage space 340, and the second pressing plate 5 passes through the second passage 35 to enter the second bill storage space 350; the first direction is opposite to the second direction. Further, the first swing link 73 and the second swing link 74 are both in transmission connection with the motor 71, and drive the first pressing plate 4 to enter the first bill storage space 340 through the first long slot of the first channel 34, and drive the second pressing plate 5 to enter the second bill storage space 350 through the second long slot of the second channel 35, so that the ticket pressing assembly 38 is in a ticket pressing state.
Specifically, the first end of the first oscillating bar 73 is in transmission connection with the motor 71, and under the driving of the motor 71, the first oscillating bar 73 can oscillate around the first end to drive the second end of the first oscillating bar 73 to oscillate therewith, so that the second end of the first oscillating bar 73 is in contact with or separated from the first connecting rod 61, when the second end of the first oscillating bar 73 is in contact with the first connecting rod 61, the first connecting rod 61 can be driven to rotate around the shaft 60 along the first direction, so that the first end 611 of the first connecting rod moves along the first long hole 41 in a direction close to the second long hole 42, and the second end 612 of the first connecting rod moves along the third long hole 51 in a direction close to the fourth long hole 52; the first end of the second swing link 74 is in transmission connection with the motor 71, and under the driving of the motor 71, the second swing link 74 can swing around the first end to drive the second end of the second swing link 74 to swing along with the first end, so that the second end of the second swing link 74 is in contact with or separated from the second connecting rod 62, when the second end of the second swing link 74 is in contact with the second connecting rod 62, the second connecting rod 62 can be driven to rotate around the shaft 60 along the second direction, so that the first end 621 of the second connecting rod moves towards the direction close to the first long hole 41 along the second long hole 42, and the second end 622 of the second connecting rod moves towards the direction close to the third long hole 51 along the fourth long hole 52. The first link 61 and the second link 62 thus drive the first presser plate 4 through the first long slot of the first passage 34 into the first bill storage space 340, and the second presser plate 5 through the second long slot of the second passage 35 into the second bill storage space 350, even though the ticket-pressing assembly 38 is in the ticket-pressing state.
In this embodiment, the driving assembly 7 further includes a transmission gear set 72, and the motor 71 and the transmission gear set 72 are both fixedly mounted below the bottom plate 11; the driving assembly 7 further includes a first supporting shaft 731 and a second supporting shaft 741, wherein the first supporting shaft 731 and the second supporting shaft 741 are both pivoted to the bottom plate 11, the transmission gear set 72 includes a plurality of gears sequentially engaged with each other, wherein a first gear 721 of the plurality of gears is engaged with a motor gear 711 fixedly sleeved on an output shaft of the motor 71, the first gear 721 is fixedly sleeved on the second supporting shaft 741, a second gear 722 of the plurality of gears is fixedly sleeved on the first supporting shaft 731, and the first supporting shaft 731 and the second supporting shaft 741 can synchronously and reversely rotate around their axes under the driving of the motor 71; the first end of the first oscillating bar 73 is fixedly connected with the first supporting shaft 731, and when the first supporting shaft 731 rotates around the axis of the first supporting shaft 731, the first oscillating bar 73 rotates around the axis of the first supporting shaft 731; the first end of the second swing link 74 is fixedly connected with the second support shaft 741, and when the second support shaft 741 rotates around its own axis, the second swing link 74 rotates around the axis of the second support shaft 741.
When the output shaft of the motor 71 rotates along a set direction, the transmission gear set 72 can drive the first swing link 73 and the second swing link 74 to swing around respective support shafts at the same time, the first swing link 73 abuts against the first link 61, the second swing link 74 abuts against the second link 62, the first link 61 is respectively driven to rotate around the shaft 60 along the first direction, the second link 62 is driven to rotate around the shaft 60 along the second direction, the first link 61 and the second link 62 are relatively opened, the first pressing plate 4 is respectively driven to pass through the first long groove of the first channel 34 to enter the first bill storage space 340, the second pressing plate 5 is driven to pass through the second long groove of the second channel 35 to enter the second bill storage space 350, and the bill pressing assembly 38 is in a bill pressing state; when the output shaft of the motor 71 rotates in the direction opposite to the set direction, the transmission gear set 72 can drive the first swing link 73 and the second swing link 74 to simultaneously rotate around the respective support shafts, the second end of the first swing link 73 is far away from the first connecting rod 61, and the second end of the second swing link 74 is far away from the second connecting rod 62, at this time, under the action of the elastic element, the first connecting rod 61 and the second connecting rod 62 are relatively closed, and the first pressing plate 4 and the second pressing plate 5 are driven to retract into the accommodating space 380, so that the ticket pressing assembly 38 is in the initial state.
Further, the ticket box 3 further comprises a guiding component 8, wherein the guiding component 8 is arranged between the first pressing plate 4 and the wall of the ticket box 3, or the guiding component 8 is arranged between the second pressing plate 5 and the wall of the ticket box 3, and is used for guiding the first pressing plate 4 or the second pressing plate 5 to move along the ticket pressing direction of the ticket pressing component 38. In the present embodiment, the ticket box 3 includes two guide assemblies 8 respectively disposed between the first presser plate 4 and the rear wall 315, and between the second presser plate 5 and the rear wall 315, and the guide assemblies 8 disposed between the first presser plate 4 and the rear wall 315 will be described as an example below.
Fig. 6 is a third partial structural view of a ticket box according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the guiding module 8 includes an insert plate 81 and a guiding groove 82, and the guiding groove 82 is disposed on the box wall and extends along the ticket pressing direction of the ticket pressing module 38; one end of the inserting plate 81 is fixedly connected to the first pressing plate 4 or the second pressing plate 5, and the other end is in inserting fit with the guide groove 82 and can move along the guide groove 82. One end of the inserting plate 81 is fixedly connected with one end of the first pressing plate 4 close to the rear wall 315, the length of the inserting plate extends along the length direction of the first pressing plate 4, the width of the inserting plate extends along the width direction of the first pressing plate 4 and has a set width, the guide groove 82 is arranged on the rear wall 315, the length of the guide groove 82 extends along the bill stacking direction, the width of the guide groove is matched with the width of the inserting plate 81, the inserting plate 81 is in inserting fit with the guide groove 82, and the inserting plate 81 can move along the length direction of the guide groove 82. Further, the guide assembly 8 further comprises four rollers 83, two of the four rollers 83 are respectively arranged on two sides of the inserting plate 81 in the width direction, and are respectively located on two sides of the rear wall 315 along the length direction of the inserting plate 81, each roller 83 can freely rotate around the axis of the roller, and when the inserting plate 81 moves along the length direction of the guide groove 82, each roller 83 rolls along the rear wall 315, so that the first pressing plate 4 can move more stably.
In other embodiments of the invention, the guide member 8 may be formed by the walls of the document cassette 3, such that the spacing between the front wall 311 and the rear wall 315 is adapted to the length of the first and second platens 4, 5, the first and second platens 4, 5 always moving in the direction of document stacking under the combined constraint of the front wall 311 and the rear wall 315.
The working process of the bill identifying and recycling device provided by the invention is described below.
When the bill identifying and recycling device is used, a bill is inserted into the identifying device 2 from the bill inlet 20, the bill moves along the identifying passage 21, the bill surface information of the bill is read by the identifying device 22 and is uploaded to the control mechanism, the control mechanism identifies the authenticity and the type of the bill according to the bill, the bill identified as the authenticity is ejected from the bill inlet 20 of the identifying device 2, the type of the bill is judged, when the bill is judged as a first type of bill, the reversing mechanism 213 is controlled to be communicated with the straight passage 210 and the first inclined passage 211, the bill enters the first passage 34 in the bill box 3 from the first inclined passage 211, as shown in fig. 7, the motor 71 of the bill pressing component 38 rotates along the set direction, the first connecting rod 61 and the second connecting rod 62 are driven to be relatively opened through the transmission gear set 72, the first swing rod 73 and the second swing rod 74, and the first pressing plate 4 is respectively driven to pass through the first long groove 340 of the first passage 34 and enter the first bill storage space 340, the first pressing plate 4 presses the bills in the first channel 34 into the first bill storage space 340, the second pressing plate 5 passes through the second long slot of the second channel 35 to enter the second bill storage space 350, and then the output shaft of the motor 71 is controlled to rotate in the direction opposite to the set direction, as shown in fig. 8, the first swing link 73 and the second swing link 74 are respectively far away from the first connecting rod 61 and the second connecting rod 62, the first connecting rod 61 and the second connecting rod 62 are relatively closed under the action of the elastic element, the first pressing plate 4 and the second pressing plate 5 are driven to retract into the accommodating space 380, and the first supporting plate 361 in the first bill storage space 340 tightly presses the bills on the second channel plate 342 under the action of the first elastic element 362; when the bill is judged to be a second bill, the reversing mechanism 213 is controlled to communicate the straight channel 210 with the second inclined channel 212, the bill enters the second channel 35 in the bill box 3 through the second inclined channel 212, as shown in fig. 7, the motor 71 of the bill pressing assembly 38 rotates in a set direction, the first connecting rod 61 and the second connecting rod 62 are driven to open relatively through the transmission gear set 72, the first swing link 73 and the second swing link 74, the first pressing plate 4 is respectively driven to pass through the first long groove of the first channel 34 to enter the first bill storage space 340, the second pressing plate 5 passes through the second long groove of the second channel 35 to enter the second bill storage space 350, the second pressing plate 5 presses the bill in the second channel 35 into the second bill storage space 350, then the output shaft of the motor 71 is controlled to rotate in the opposite direction of the set direction, as shown in fig. 8, the first swing link 73 and the second swing link 74 are respectively far away from the first connecting rod 61 and the second connecting rod 62, the first link 61 and the second link 62 are closed relatively under the action of the elastic element, the first pressing plate 4 and the second pressing plate 5 are driven to retract into the accommodating space 380, and the second supporting plate 371 located in the second bill storage space 350 tightly presses the bill against the fourth channel plate 352 under the action of the second elastic element 372.
The invention provides a ticket box comprising a first channel 34, a second channel 35, a first ticket storage space 340 for receiving tickets in the first channel 34, a second ticket storage space 350 for receiving tickets in the second channel 35, and a ticket-pressing assembly 38; the ticket pressing assembly 38 comprises a first pressing plate 4 and a second pressing plate 5, the ticket pressing assembly 38 has an initial state and a ticket pressing state, and when the ticket pressing assembly 38 is in the initial state, the first pressing plate 4 and the second pressing plate 5 are located between the first channel 34 and the second channel 35; when the ticket pressing assembly 38 is in a pressed state, the first platen 4 passes through the first passage 34 into the first ticket storage space 340, while the second platen 5 passes through the second passage 35 into the second ticket storage space 350. Compared with the ticket boxes in the related art, the ticket box 3 provided by the embodiment of the invention can store two kinds of tickets in a classified manner, and is more convenient and easy to use; furthermore, the ticket box 3 provided by the embodiment of the invention uses one ticket pressing component 38 to press tickets to two ticket storage spaces simultaneously, has a simple structure and small occupied space, and is beneficial to the miniaturization design of the ticket box; further, when the ticket pressing assembly 38 presses tickets, the moving strokes of the first pressing plate 4 and the second pressing plate 5 are equal, and the pressure is the same, so that reliable ticket pressing is ensured in both the first ticket storage space 340 and the second ticket storage space 350.
The bill identifying and recycling device of the bill box 3 provided by the invention can store two kinds of bills in a classified manner, so that the bill identifying and recycling device is easier to use; further, two bills directly enter the first channel 34 or the second channel 35, and then are pressed into the two bill storage spaces simultaneously by the bill pressing assembly 38, so that the bill recovery efficiency is higher.

1. A ticket box comprising a first passageway, a second passageway, a first ticket storage space for receiving tickets in the first passageway, a second ticket storage space for receiving tickets in the second passageway, and a ticket holddown assembly;
the ticket pressing assembly comprises a first pressing plate and a second pressing plate, and the ticket pressing assembly has an initial state and a ticket pressing state,
when the ticket pressing assembly is in an initial state, the first pressing plate and the second pressing plate are both positioned between the first channel and the second channel;
the ticket pressing assembly further comprises a connecting rod assembly;
the connecting rod assembly comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod and a shaft;
the middle parts of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are hinged through the shaft;
the first end of the first connecting rod is movably connected with the first pressure plate, and the second end of the first connecting rod is movably connected with the second pressure plate;
the first end of the second connecting rod is movably connected with the first pressure plate, and the second end of the second connecting rod is movably connected with the second pressure plate;
the ticket pressing assembly further comprises a driving assembly, the driving assembly is in transmission connection with the connecting rod assembly and is used for driving the connecting rod assembly to enable the ticket pressing assembly to be switched from an initial state to a ticket pressing state, the driving assembly comprises a motor, a first swing rod and a second swing rod, the first swing rod and the second swing rod are in transmission connection with the motor, the first swing rod is arranged adjacent to the first connecting rod, and the second swing rod is arranged adjacent to the second connecting rod;
when the output shaft of the motor rotates along a set direction, the first swing rod drives the first connecting rod to rotate around the shaft along a first direction, and simultaneously, the second swing rod drives the second connecting rod to rotate around the shaft along a second direction, so that the first pressing plate penetrates through the first channel to enter the first bill storage space, and the second pressing plate penetrates through the second channel to enter the second bill storage space; the first direction is opposite to the second direction.

The ticket box of claim 1, wherein the first pressure plate has a first slot and a second slot, the first slot and the second slot being spaced apart along a length of the first pressure plate, and the length of the first slot and the length of the second slot each extending along the length of the first pressure plate;
the second pressing plate is provided with a third long hole and a fourth long hole, the third long hole and the fourth long hole are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the second pressing plate, and the length direction of the third long hole and the length direction of the fourth long hole both extend along the length direction of the second pressing plate;
the first end of the first connecting rod is inserted into the first long hole and can slide along the length direction of the first long hole, and the second end of the first connecting rod is inserted into the third long hole and can slide along the length direction of the third long hole;
the first end of the second connecting rod is connected with the second long hole in an inserting mode and can slide along the length direction of the second long hole, and the second end of the second connecting rod is connected with the fourth long hole in an inserting mode and can slide along the length direction of the fourth long hole.
3. A ticket box according to claim 1, wherein the ticket depressing assembly further comprises a resilient member connected between the first and second links to provide the ticket depressing assembly with a tendency to move towards an initial condition at all times.

The ticket box of claim 1, further comprising a guide assembly disposed between the first platen and a wall of the ticket box or between the second platen and the wall of the ticket box for guiding the first platen or the second platen to move in a direction of pressing a ticket of the ticket-pressing assembly.
5. A ticket box according to claim 4, wherein the guide assembly comprises a guide slot and an insert plate;
the guide groove is arranged on the box wall and extends along the ticket pressing direction of the ticket pressing component;
one end of the inserting plate is fixedly connected to the first pressing plate or the second pressing plate, and the other end of the inserting plate is in inserting fit with the guide groove and can move along the guide groove.
6. A bill discriminating and recycling apparatus comprising an identification means and a box according to any one of claims 1 to 5;
an identification channel is arranged in the identification device, is in a herringbone shape and comprises a first inclined channel and a second inclined channel;
the first inclined channel is communicated with a first channel of the ticket box, and the second inclined channel is communicated with a second channel of the ticket box.
