When the optical fiber is cut, the optical fiber is fixed through the lower supporting plate 19, the upper fixing plate 20, the moving plate 24 and the limiting plate 25, so that the optical fiber can be effectively prevented from moving in the cutting process, the operation of other electric equipment can be controlled through the control switch group 17 according to the use requirement, the position, the height, the angle and the inclination of the cutter 16 can be adjusted, and the cutting use of a user is facilitated.
