Referring to fig. 6 to 8, the tray 300 has an outer circumference 310 and an inner circumference 320, three locking grooves 330 and three unlocking notches 390 are uniformly distributed on an axial end surface 311 of the outer circumference 310 of the tray 300 facing the side of the fixed base 100, a stopper 331 is disposed at a middle position of each locking groove 330, the stopper 331 divides each locking groove 330 into a first half locking groove 332 and a second half locking groove 333, and each unlocking notch 390 is disposed between the first half locking groove 332 and the second half locking groove 333 in two adjacent locking grooves 330.
A movable buckle positioning cylinder 340 axially extending towards the direction of the fixed seat 100 is arranged on the hole edge of the inner circular hole 320 of the tray 300, and four elastic movable clamping hooks 350 protruding in the radial direction are uniformly distributed on the outer cylinder wall of the end of the movable buckle positioning cylinder 340 far away from the inner circular hole 320 of the tray 300. In order to increase the elasticity of each elastic movable hook 350, a gap 401 is formed on the movable hook positioning cylinder 340 at both sides of each elastic movable hook 350.
Four axially protruding elastic one-way buckle teeth 360 are uniformly distributed on the axial end surface 311 of the tray 300 facing the fixed seat 100, and the circumferential diameter of the four elastic one-way buckle teeth 360 is larger than the outer diameter of the movable buckle positioning cylinder 340. In order to increase the elasticity of each elastic one-way latch 360, a slit 101 is formed on the fixing base 100 on both sides of each elastic one-way latch 360.

The tray 300 is used to mount a ceiling type device.
Referring to fig. 9 to 16, during assembly, the movable buckle 200 is firstly sleeved on the movable buckle positioning cylinder 340 of the tray 300, when the movable buckle is sleeved, the cylinder 210 in the movable buckle 200 forces the elastic movable hook 350 on the movable buckle positioning cylinder 340 to contract radially inwards, after the first end 211 of the cylinder 210 in the whole movable buckle 200 passes over the elastic movable hook 350 on the movable buckle positioning cylinder 340, the elastic movable hook 350 on the movable buckle positioning cylinder 340 is restored outwards under the action of elastic force, so that the elastic movable hook 350 on the movable buckle positioning cylinder 340 is hooked on the end surface of the first end 211 of the cylinder 210 in the movable buckle 200, then the movable buckle 200 is rotated, so that the one-way buckle groove 231 on the lug 230 of the movable buckle 200 is engaged with the elastic one-way buckle tooth 360 on the tray 300, so that the movable buckle 200 can only rotate in one direction (e.g. anticlockwise) on the tray 300, cannot be rotated in the opposite direction (e.g., clockwise) to this direction.
After the movable buckle 200 is assembled with the tray 300, the tray 300 and the movable buckle 200 are mounted on the fixed seat 100 and locked, and the specific process is as follows:
the unlocking notch 390 of the tray 300 is aligned with the outer locking lug 130 of the fixing base 100 and the tray 300 is pushed toward the fixing base 100, so that the outer locking lug 130 of the fixing base 100 falls into the unlocking notch 390 of the tray 300, then, the tray 300 is rotated in a first direction, for example, counterclockwise, and drives the movable buckle 200 to rotate together in the first direction, so that the outer locking lug 130 of the fixing base 100 is snapped into the first half locking groove 332 of the locking groove 330 of the tray 300, until the elastic hook 152 on the elastic one-way latch 150 on the fixed seat 100 is guided by the guide rail 380 on the tray 300 to hook the corresponding one-way latch 370 on the tray 300, so as to lock the fixed seat 100 with the tray 300 and the movable latch 200, and after the fixed seat 100 is locked with the tray 300 and the movable latch 300, the tray 300 and the movable catch 200 can only continue to rotate in a first direction, e.g., counterclockwise, and cannot rotate in a second direction, e.g., clockwise, opposite the first direction, e.g., counterclockwise.
When the tray 300 and the movable buckle 200 need to be detached, the tray 300 and the movable buckle 200 need to be unlocked firstly, and the specific unlocking process is as follows:
the tray 300 and the movable buckle 200 are further rotated in a first direction, for example, counterclockwise, so that the elastic hooks 152 of the elastic unidirectional buckle teeth 150 on the fixed seat 100 are disengaged from the corresponding unidirectional buckle teeth 370 on the tray 300, meanwhile, the elastic hook 152 of the elastic one-way latch 150 of the fixing base 100 is guided by the guide rail 380 of the tray 300 to be separated from the path of the corresponding one-way latch 370 of the tray 300, to ensure that the corresponding one-way latch 370 on the tray 300 will not touch the elastic hook 152 on the elastic one-way latch 150 on the fixing base 100 when rotating in the second direction, for example clockwise, when the outer locking lug 130 of the fixing base 100 contacts the stop 331 in the locking slot 330, the rotation is stopped, and at this time, the one-way catching slot 222 of the catch 220 of the movable catch 200 is engaged with the one-way catching tooth 141 of the inner locking lug 140 of the holder 100, so that the movable catch 200 is engaged with the holder 100.
Then, the tray 300 is rotated in a second direction opposite to the first direction, for example, counterclockwise, for example, clockwise, at this time, since the movable buckle 200 is engaged with the fixed base 100, the one-way buckle slot 231 on the lug 230 on the movable buckle 200 is disengaged from the elastic one-way buckle tooth 360 on the tray 300, when the tray 300 is rotated in the second direction opposite to the first direction, for example, counterclockwise, for example, clockwise, the movable buckle 200 does not follow the tray 300 to rotate in the second direction, for example, clockwise, and in addition, since the elastic hook 152 on the elastic one-way buckle tooth 150 on the fixed base 100 is guided by the guide rail 380 on the tray 300 to disengage from the path of the corresponding one-way buckle tooth 370 on the tray 300, the corresponding one-way buckle tooth 370 on the tray 300 does not touch the elastic hook 152 on the elastic one-way buckle tooth 150 on the fixed base 100 when the tray 300 is rotated in the second direction.
When the tray 300 is rotated in a second direction, for example, clockwise, until the unlocking notch 390 of the tray 300 is aligned with the position of the external locking lug 130 of the fixing base 100, since the movable catch 200 is engaged with the fixing base 100 and cannot be axially separated, the tray 300 and the movable catch 200 cannot be unlocked from the fixing base 100, and the tray 300 and the fixing base 100 can only float relatively in the axial direction.
If the unlocking is needed, the tray 300 is pressed towards the fixing base 100 and the tray 300 continues to rotate towards a second direction, for example, clockwise, so that the outer locking lug 130 on the fixing base 100 is clamped into the second half locking groove 333 in the other locking groove 300 on the tray 300, when the outer locking lug 130 on the fixing base 100 stops rotating after contacting the limiting block 331 in the other locking groove 300, the one-way catch groove 232 on the lug 230 of the movable buckle 200 and the elastic one-way catch tooth 360 on the tray 300 are engaged with each other again, and the one-way catch groove 222 on the lug 220 of the movable buckle 200 and the one-way catch tooth 141 on the inner locking lug 140 on the fixing base 100 are disengaged.
Since the movable buckle 200 is engaged with the tray 300 again and disengaged from the fixing base 100, at this time, the tray 300 is rotated in a first direction, for example, in a counterclockwise direction, the tray 300 can simultaneously drive the movable buckle 200 to rotate in the first direction, for example, in the counterclockwise direction, until the tray 300 rotates in the first direction, for example, in the counterclockwise direction until the unlocking notch 390 on the tray 300 aligns with the outer locking lug 130 on the fixing base 100, the tray 300 can be unlocked from the fixing base 100, and meanwhile, the engaging lug 220 on the movable buckle 200 can also be separated from the inner locking lug 140 on the fixing base 100 in the radial direction, so that the tray 300 and the movable buckle 200 can be detached from the fixing base 100 together.
