本发明公开了一种旋转换向阀,属于阀门领域,包括阀体,所述阀体内设有圆柱形阀腔,所述阀腔贯穿阀体的顶端,阀体顶端设有用于封堵阀腔的阀盖,阀腔内壁的同一圆周上均匀的设有四个与阀体外壁连通的通孔,所述阀腔内设有与阀腔相适配的阀芯,阀芯的顶端伸出阀盖,位于阀腔内的阀芯侧壁的同一圆周上均匀的设有两个间隔分布的弧形流道,每个弧形流道配置成与两个通孔连通。本发明设计合理、结构小巧,换向行程小。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门领域,特别涉及一种旋转换向阀。
背景技术
换向阀是一种用于切换流体流向的阀门,在液气压领域中应用广泛;但是现有的换向阀的阀芯多是直动式的,这种结构的换向阀存在阀芯及阀体的结构较大,不利于系统小型化的缺点。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的阀芯直动式的换向阀结构大的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种旋转换向阀。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种旋转换向阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内设有圆柱形阀腔,所述阀腔贯穿阀体的顶端,阀体顶端设有用于封堵阀腔的阀盖,阀腔内壁的同一圆周上均匀的设有四个与阀体外壁连通的通孔,所述阀腔内设有与阀腔相适配的阀芯,阀芯的顶端伸出阀盖,位于阀腔内的阀芯侧壁的同一圆周上均匀的设有两个间隔分布的弧形流道,每个弧形流道配置成与两个通孔连通。
优选的,所述弧形流道的横截面尺寸等于通孔的直径。
优选的,所述弧形流道的横截面为半圆形。
进一步的,所述阀盖设有与所述阀芯的顶端相适配的通孔,所述通孔的内壁设有环形密封槽,环形密封槽内设有环形密封圈。
进一步的,所述阀芯的顶端设有转动手柄。
采用上述技术方案,由于阀腔内壁上的通孔、阀芯外壁上的间隔分布的弧形流道的设置,使得阀芯在旋转到一个位置时,某一通孔与相邻的通孔通过弧形流道连通,再旋转45°时,某一通孔又能够通过弧形流道连通与另一额相邻的通孔连通,实现二位四通的换向结构;本发明具有体积小、换向行程小、换向快捷的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
如图1-3所示,一种旋转换向阀,包括圆柱形的阀体1,阀体1的顶端面上设有内凹的圆柱形阀腔,阀体1顶端设有用于封堵阀腔的阀盖5,阀盖5与阀体1通过螺栓连接,阀腔内壁的同一圆周上均匀的设有四个与阀体1的外壁连通的通孔2,阀腔内设有与阀腔相适配的阀芯3,阀芯3为阶梯状,阀盖5设有与阀芯3的顶端相适配的通孔,阀芯3的顶端伸出通孔位于阀体1外部,为了密封,通孔的内壁设有环形密封槽,环形密封槽内设有环形密封圈6。
位于阀腔内的阀芯3侧壁的同一圆周上均匀的设有两个间隔分布的弧形流道4,每个弧形流道4配置成能够与两个通孔2连通,弧形流道4的横截面尺寸等于通孔2的直径,弧形流道4的横截面为半圆形。
为了便于旋转阀芯4,阀芯4的顶端设有转动手柄7。

1.一种旋转换向阀,其特征在于:包括阀体,所述阀体内设有圆柱形阀腔,所述阀腔贯穿阀体的顶端,阀体顶端设有用于封堵阀腔的阀盖,阀腔内壁的同一圆周上均匀的设有四个与阀体外壁连通的通孔,所述阀腔内设有与阀腔相适配的阀芯,阀芯的顶端伸出阀盖,位于阀腔内的阀芯侧壁的同一圆周上均匀的设有两个间隔分布的弧形流道,每个弧形流道配置成与两个通孔连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转换向阀,其特征在于:所述弧形流道的横截面尺寸等于通孔的直径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的旋转换向阀,其特征在于:所述弧形流道的横截面为半圆形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的旋转换向阀,其特征在于:所述阀盖设有与所述阀芯的顶端相适配的通孔,所述通孔的内壁设有环形密封槽,环形密封槽内设有环形密封圈。
