Abstract
一种一卡通驰车机器人,在其机座的前后两侧各装有一个左、右驱动轮,在机座上面设有两根横梁,在每一横梁的前后部分别滑动安装一块移动台板,在该移动台板上分别装有激光移动定位探测器,在该移动台板内置分别设有机械手,在四只机械手左右相对的一端分别设置丁字状伸缩器;在移动台板与横梁搭接处分别设有一条凹槽形的平行道轨;在移动台板前后二端的下方各设置二只移动球轮,该移动球轮设在平行道轨凹槽内,用于固定导向和平行移动;在该机座上面的中部设置一只综合驱动装置、蓄电池、导向器,用于联系指令并操纵移动台板和激光定位探测器的往复移动。本发明的优点是:能自动进、出库,自动停取车,方便快捷。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种一卡通驰车机器人,主要用于地下车库的车辆输送。
背景技术
在当前我国城市经济社会发展进程中,城市公路停车供需矛盾日益突出,特别是在我国城市土地资源高度紧缺和汽车拥有量快速增长背景下,由于停车设施总量不夠、配置不合理,利用效率低和停车管理不到位而导致了严重的停车难影响安全、交通拥堵等问题,而用于小型汽车车辆的立体停车场,都要占用土地大,破坏绿化环境影响生态,而且,都要驾驶员开车绕道进入停车泊位,存在过道长,占地面积多,进出车库麻烦,特别像北上广深杭等国际机场地下三层立体停车场都要驾驶员开车绕道进出停车,过道很长,由于没有智能装置,寻找泊位都比较困难,既要开车燃油,又有噪音污染,油烟排放多,安全防范不佳,这种停车场呈方块型排列,还要前后进出车道,占地面积大,停车泊位少,停泊存取车不便,自动化程度低,不能适应满足现代经济社会人们的绿色环保发展需求,特别是现有的高速公路的服务区停车杂乱无章,服务设施不配套,又不方便。因此需要一种能够为车主提供休闲服务的、地面设施与地下车库结合的多功能服务区,而目前还没有满足这样的服务区对车辆输送的车辆输送装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种一卡通驰车机器人,以满足能够为车主提供休闲服务、地面设施与地下车库结合的多功能服务区对车辆输送的需求。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种一卡通驰车机器人,其特征在于,包括机座,在该机座的前后两侧各装有一个左、右驱动轮,在该机座上面设有两根相互平行的横梁,在每一横梁的前后部分别滑动安装一块移动台板,在该移动台板上分别装有激光移动定位探测器,在该移动台板内置分别设有机械手,在四只机械手左右相对的一端分别设置丁字状伸缩器;在移动台板与横梁搭接处分别设有一条凹槽形的平行道轨;在移动台板前后二端的下方各设置二只移动球轮,该移动球轮设在平行道轨凹槽内,用于固定导向和平行移动;在该机座上面的中部设置一只综合驱动装置、蓄电池、导向器,用于联系指令并操纵移动台板和激光定位探测器的往复移动;工作时能自动导向进入车辆底下,激光定位探测器移动探测到车轮的位置,机械手组合伸缩将车轮抱住、放开,将车辆输进出于停车泊位之上,完成存取车工作。
所述的机械手呈半O字型或D字状,便于托住车辆的车轮。
所述的横梁采用工字钢。
所述的综合驱动装置通过齿轮传动机构驱动前部的两个丁字状伸缩器和后部的两个丁字状伸缩器同步伸缩;该综合驱动装置通过无线网络与车库的控制系统建立通信连接。
本发明的优点是:能自动进、出库,自动停取车,方便快捷。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本发明一卡通驰车机器人,包括机座17(长×宽×高=3500×1350×350(mm)),设置有二根工字钢横梁18、19;二组左右驱动轮20-23,激光移动定位探测器24-27,置于二二串连四块移动台板28-31上,台板内置有机械手32-35(负载4×250kg),机械手呈半O字型,D字状,便于手捧车轮。移动台板搁置于二根横梁上,可来去探测移动,四只机械手设置丁字状伸缩器36-39,丁字伸缩器有二组;一组由左上齿条47与右下齿条48,二根上下齿条应相对切合于中间齿轮51驱动;和二组由右上齿条49与左下齿条50也应相对切合于中间齿轮52驱动(也可采用其他传动机构,属于常规技术);移动台板与横梁搭接处有一条平行道轨40-43,可固定导向,道轨设置在横梁上为凹形槽轨;移动台板二端的下方各设置二只移动球轮左例55-58;右例59-62对接于凹形槽轨中)既可固定导向,又可平行移动,中间设置一只综合驱动装置44,蓄电池45,导向器46,联系指令操纵,用于移动台板,激光定位探测器来往。本发明能自动导向进入车辆底下,激光定位探测器移动探测到车轮的位置,机械手组合伸缩将车轮抱住,放开,一卡通智能载运车机器人将车辆输进出于停车泊位之上,完成存取车工作。
Claims (4)
1.一种绿环卡通综合智能服务区,其特征在于,包括:车辆进出口、光伏发电站系统、一卡通智能载运车机器人、液压升降平台、磁悬浮层列旋转泊车平台和控制中心,亭式结构的车辆进出口设在绿环卡通综合智能服务区的地面的中部,在车辆进出口的周围设有生态休闲设施和进、出车辆进出口的车道;在车辆进出口设有与设在地下的磁悬浮层列旋转泊车平台的升降井,在升降井内设有液压升降平台,在该液压升降平台上设有一卡通智能载运车机器人;在车辆进出口的入口旁设有控制中心的读卡器;在整个态休闲设施的上方设有光伏发电站系统的光伏发电组件,组成遮阳避雨的天棚。
2.如权利要求1所述的绿环卡通综合智能服务区,其特征在于,所述的光伏发电站系统由光伏发电组件、电流互感器、低压进线柜进线母排、配电室配电变压器、直流汇流箱、回流箱双十回路、直流配电柜、交流配电柜、逆变器、开关柜,由控制中心控制光伏发电站系统的工作;该光伏发电站系统采用库頂光伏并网发电系统原理,将光伏发电组件的太阳能电池板安装在天棚顶上,发电系统与常规电网相连,共同承担供电任务;当有阳光时逆变器将光伏发电系统所发的直流电直变成正弦交流电,产生的交流电可以直接供给交流负载,然后将剩余的电输入电网;在没有太阳时,负载用电全部由电网供给。
3.如权利要求1所述的绿环卡通综合智能服务区,其特征在于,所述的一卡通智能载运车机器人包括:机座,前置左、右驱轮动轮,后置左、右驱动轮,驱动阀,导向装置,定位探测器,移动台板,机械手,移动台板置于二侧可移动的探测定位驱动器;该一卡通智能载运车机器人自动导向进入车辆底下,定位探测器移动探测到车轮的位置,机械手将车轮抱合,一卡通智能载运车机器人将车辆在车辆进出口、液压升降平台与磁悬浮层列旋转泊车平台上的停车泊位之间转送。
4.如权利要求1所述的绿环卡通综合智能服务区,其特征在于,所述的磁悬浮旋转泊位平台包括:五环层列式平台,五环层列式泊位平台底部各置有一条U字型磁悬浮凹型轨道,底下各装有一套磁悬浮转动V字型导轮,连接安装有一套磁悬浮技术驱动装置,可按进出指令就近进行順时针和逆时针转动;V字型磁悬浮转动导轮,像踩碾中药用的V字型锐轮,导轮在磁县浮作用下能够悬浮行走,节能减排。
