Abstract
The invention relates to a cement applicator for construction, which comprises a vehicle body, wherein a movable base and a horizontal guide rail are respectively and correspondingly arranged at the front part and the rear part of the vehicle body; the motor is installed on the upper right side of the movable base and connected with a round wheel, and a convex block is arranged at the eccentric position of the rear end face of the round wheel. The horizontal guide rail is provided with a main track plate in a horizontal sliding mode, the right side of the main track plate is provided with a vertical groove for installing the convex block in a sliding mode, and the left part of the main track plate is provided with a circular track groove. The invention has high automation degree, can realize cement coating on the kerbstone piled in a straight line by controlling the alternate up-and-down movement and the backward movement of the shovel plate on the premise of controlling the running stop of the vehicle body, and has the effect of conveniently paving the kerbstone.

Background
The kerbstone refers to boundary stones arranged at the edge of a road surface, and is called kerbstone for short, and is commonly called as curbstone. It is used as a strip stone which is arranged at the edge of the road surface and is divided with other construction zones. Generally, in the construction of the side of a straight road, the kerb is laid as an indispensable project, and when the kerb is laid, the kerb is firstly stacked in a straight line arrangement manner, and then every two adjacent kerbs are connected by cementing. However, the actual number of the kerbs is large, the number of times of cement coating is large, and manual stacking by manpower is difficult to achieve.

The horizontal guide rail is provided with a main track plate in a horizontal sliding mode, the right side of the main track plate is provided with a vertical groove for installing the convex block in a sliding mode, and the left part of the main track plate is provided with a circular track groove.
The left side of the middle part and the right side of the middle part of the track groove are both communicated with auxiliary grooves, and a spring and a one-way limiting block are correspondingly arranged in each auxiliary groove in a fixed mode and a slidable mode; the springs are correspondingly connected with the one-way limiting blocks one by one; each one-way limiting block is in an isosceles trapezoid shape.
A round rod is slidably mounted in the track groove, a transfer block is welded on the front side of the round rod, and a shovel plate is fixedly mounted at the rear end of the transfer block; the middle area on the movable base is provided with a guide frame for vertically and slidably mounting the switching block, and the left side on the movable base is fixedly provided with a bearing box.
The bearing box is provided with a slot matched with the shovel plate.
In the invention, the parts of the two unidirectional limiting blocks positioned in the track grooves are in a right-angled triangle shape.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention has high automation degree, can realize cement coating on the kerbstone piled in a straight line by controlling the alternate up-and-down movement and the backward movement of the shovel plate on the premise of controlling the running stop of the vehicle body, and has the effect of conveniently paving the kerbstone.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a cement applicator for construction comprises a vehicle body 1, wherein a movable base 7 and a horizontal guide rail 1b are correspondingly arranged at the front part and the rear part of the vehicle body 1 respectively; the motor 2 is installed on the right side on the movable base 7, the motor 2 is connected with a round wheel 4, and a convex block 4a is arranged at the eccentric position of the rear end face of the round wheel 4.
The horizontal guide rail 1b is provided with a main track plate 5 in a horizontal sliding mode, the right side of the main track plate 5 is provided with a vertical groove 5b for installing the lug 4a in a sliding mode, and the left part of the main track plate 5 is provided with a circular track groove 5 a.
The left side and the right side of the middle part of the track groove 5a are both communicated with auxiliary grooves 5c, and a spring 12 and a one-way limiting block 3 are correspondingly arranged in each auxiliary groove 5c in a fixed mode and a slidable mode; the springs 12 are correspondingly connected with the one-way limiting blocks 3 one by one; each one-way limiting block 3 is in an isosceles trapezoid shape.
A round rod 6 is slidably mounted in the track groove 5a, a transfer block 8 is welded on the front side of the round rod 6, and a shovel plate 9 is fixedly mounted at the rear end of the transfer block 8; the middle area of the upper part of the movable base 7 is provided with a guide frame 10 for vertically and slidably mounting the transfer block 8, and the left side of the upper part of the movable base 7 is fixedly provided with a bearing box 11.
The bearing box 11 is provided with a slot 11a matched with the shovel plate 9.
In the invention, the parts of the two unidirectional limiting blocks positioned in the track grooves are in a right-angled triangle shape.
In the initial state, the blade 9 is located in the carrying case 11. Before the invention is used, pasty cement is filled into the bearing box 11, then the vehicle body 1 is stopped at the right side of a curb which is stacked in a linear arrangement mode, and the shovel plate 9 is positioned at the upper position between the first curb and the second curb on the front side.
When in use, the motor 2 drives the round wheel 4 and the lug 4a to rotate at a constant speed for one circle, the main track plate 5 can slide back and forth for one time left and right under the sliding cooperation effect, that is, the round bar 6 can slide in the track groove 5a, but is blocked by the two unidirectional limiting blocks 3, so that the round bar 6 can rotate only one counterclockwise, and the round bar 6 rotates counterclockwise in the track groove 5a to push the one-way restriction block 3 open, and in addition, under the sliding fit action of the switching block 8 and the guide frame 10, the round rod 6, the switching block 8 and the shovel plate 9 can slide up and down once respectively, namely, the shovel plate 9 stained with cement in the bearing box 11 moves downwards, firstly passes through the open slot 11a and then is inserted between the first curb stone and the second curb stone, namely, cement is coated on the joint of the two kerbs, and then the kerbs slide upwards to pass through the open slot 11a and then return to the bearing box 11 to be continuously contaminated with supplementary cement.
Further, the vehicle body 1 is controlled to move forwards to an upper area between two pieces of kerbstone which are not coated with cement, so that next cement coating is facilitated.
In conclusion, cement application to the linearly piled kerb can be automatically completed by controlling the up-and-down movement of the shovel plate 9 every time the vehicle body 1 stops.
