Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides an interactive projection washing machine and a control method. According to the interactive projection washing machine, a user can directly perform touch control operation in the projection display area, and the interactive projection washing machine is sensitive and accurate; meanwhile, the opaque structure in the projection display area can be dark, so that the definition of the display content can be improved; meanwhile, when the user needs to check the state in the barrel, the projection device projects the image of the operation condition of the washing machine acquired by the image acquisition device to a projection display area, so that the user can conveniently observe the operation condition in the washing machine at any time.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the first purpose of the invention is to provide an interactive projection washing machine, comprising:
the machine body is provided with an openable/closable opaque door cover, and a projection display area is arranged on the opaque door cover;
the image acquisition device is arranged in the machine body and is used for acquiring running images in the washing machine;
the projection device is arranged on the machine body or the opaque door cover and projects an operation display menu of the washing machine and/or an internal operation image of the washing machine collected by the image collection device into a projection display area for display;
and the touch operation device is arranged on the surface of the projection display area, corresponds to the operation display menu, receives an operation signal corresponding to the operation display menu and transmits the operation signal to the projection device to display corresponding content in a projection manner.
In a further scheme, the projection device can project the operation display menu and the running image in the washing machine to the same projection display area in a switchable manner, or project the operation display menu and the running image to different projection display areas respectively;
preferably, the projection display area is covered with a light shielding layer for improving display definition.
In a further scheme, the projection display area at least comprises a first projection display area and a second projection display area, the projection device projects an operation display menu to the first projection display area, and simultaneously projects an operation image in the washing machine to the second projection display area for simultaneous display;
preferably, the touch operation device is disposed in the first projection display area.
The control device is respectively and electrically connected with the projection device, the image acquisition device and the touch operation device;
the control device can receive a user touch signal output by the touch operation device, and controls the projection device to project and display a corresponding operation display menu and/or an internal operation image of the washing machine collected by the image collection device after judgment and analysis.
In a further proposal, the touch operation device is a touch control film or a touch control screen, is arranged on the outer surface of the projection display area of the door cover and corresponds to the displayed operation display menu,
preferably, a projection trigger key for starting the projection device is arranged in the projection display area;
more preferably, an image capture trigger key for turning on the image capture device is further provided in the projection display area.
In a further scheme, the image acquisition device is a camera, is arranged on a disk seat or on the inner side of a door cover in the washing machine and acquires an operation image in the washing machine.
Preferably, the washing machine further comprises a light source, wherein the light source is arranged on a tray seat in the washing machine or on the inner side of the door cover, illuminates the inside of the washing machine, and is convenient for the image acquisition device to acquire running images in the washing machine.
In a further scheme, the opaque door cover is positioned at the top or the side of the washing machine; the projection device and the control device are arranged on the machine body and/or the opaque door cover;
preferably, the washing machine is a pulsator washing machine, the projection device is arranged on a tray seat of the washing machine, and the control device is arranged on the door cover; or the projection device and the control device are both arranged on the door cover;
or the washing machine is a drum washing machine, and the projection device and the control device are arranged on the door cover and/or the table panel.
The second objective of the present invention is to provide a control method for an interactive projection washing machine, wherein the washing machine controls a projection device to project an operation display menu of the washing machine to a projection display area for displaying according to whether a door is closed; then, the washing machine receives an operation signal of a user on the touch operation device, controls the projection device to adjust and project corresponding content, and/or projects an operation image in the washing machine collected by the image collection device to a projection display area through the projection device to display the operation state in the washing machine.
In a further aspect, the control method includes the steps of:
the washing machine judges whether the door cover is closed,
if so, controlling the projection device to project the operation display menu to a projection display area for display, and adjusting and displaying corresponding content according to the touch operation of the user;
when the washing machine judges that the user does not operate within a certain time or receives an image acquisition triggering operation signal, controlling the image acquisition device to be turned on, and controlling the projection device to project an operation image in the washing machine to a projection display area;
if the judgment result is negative, controlling the projection device to be closed or projecting the projection content to other projection display areas for displaying, wherein the other projection display areas are at least arranged on the disk seat and the detergent box.
According to the further scheme, when the washing machine judges that the door cover is closed, the projection device is controlled to project the operation display menu to the first projection display area, and the running image in the washing machine is projected to the second projection display area and displayed at the same time;
and when the washing machine judges that the user does not operate within a certain time, controlling the display only in the second projection display area.
After adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the touch operation device is arranged in the projection display area, the display content is displayed in the projection display area convenient for a user to check and operate by using the projection device and the touch operation device, the content displayed in the projection display area corresponds to the corresponding position of the touch operation device, the touch operation of the user is convenient, and the touch operation device is accurate and sensitive; and when the user operates on the touch operation device in the display area, the control device detects and analyzes the operation signal of the user, determines the operation behavior of the user and responds.
2. The interactive projection washing machine adopts a projection display mode, the door cover is set to be opaque, an opaque projection display area is formed, the definition of display contents can be greatly improved, and the display contents can be clearly observed at a distance; meanwhile, the image acquisition device is additionally arranged in the washing machine, when a user needs to check the state in the barrel, the control device controls the projection device to project the image of the running state of the washing machine acquired by the image acquisition device to the projection display area, and the user can conveniently observe the running condition in the washing machine at any time.
3. The projection display area of the invention can be provided with a plurality of areas, and the operation display menu and the running image in the washing machine can be displayed respectively or simultaneously. In addition, each projection display area surface for projecting the operation display menu is provided with a touch operation device, when the control device judges that the projection display content is projected to a certain projection display area, the corresponding touch operation device is powered on, and can receive and respond to the touch operation of a user, and the touch operation device which does not work is powered off. Therefore, the display and operation can be carried out at different positions according to requirements, and meanwhile, energy can be saved.
The following describes embodiments of the present invention in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments are used for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "inner", "outer", etc., indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; may be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate. Example one
As shown in fig. 1-4, the present embodiment provides an interactive projection washing machine, including:
a machine body 1, an opaque door cover 2 which can be opened/closed is arranged on the machine body 1,
a projection display area 4 is arranged on the opaque door cover 2;
the image acquisition device is arranged in the machine body 1 and is used for acquiring running images in the washing machine;
the projection device is arranged on the machine body 1 or the opaque door cover 2 and projects an operation display menu of the washing machine and/or an internal operation image of the washing machine collected by the image collection device into the projection display area 4 for display;
and the touch operation device 5 is arranged on the surface of the projection display area 4, corresponds to the operation display menu, receives an operation signal corresponding to the operation display menu, and transmits the operation signal to the projection device to display corresponding content in a projection manner.
The washing machine of the embodiment has a laundry loading opening on the machine body 1, and the door is movably disposed on the machine body 1 to open and close the laundry loading opening. The clothes input opening can be arranged at the top of the machine body 1 or at the side part of the machine body 1, namely the washing machine can be a pulsator washing machine or a roller washing machine. The general washing machine has a large clothes input opening and a large corresponding door cover area, and the door cover directly faces to a user, so that the general washing machine is suitable for displaying or setting an operation area on the door cover so as to be convenient for the user to observe and/or operate.
The door cover is opaque, can adopt opaque dark color material to wholly set up or multiple dark color opaque material combination setting, also can set up opaque structural layer on transparent door cover, makes the colour of door cover darker. When the projection display area 4 projected on the door cover by the projection device displays, the definition is greatly improved, so that a user can clearly observe the progress display of the washing machine at a distance.
In order to clearly display, the operation condition in the barrel can be monitored in real time when a user can observe and operate conveniently, and the image acquisition device is arranged in the washing machine for monitoring the operation condition in the washing machine. The image acquisition device can monitor in real time or the detection of opening that is controlled to give projection arrangement with image signal transmission, make projection arrangement project the image and show in projection display area 4, so that observe the inside condition of washing machine.
The sensing contact of the touch operation device 5 corresponds to the operation display menu projected in the projection display area 4, so that the user can display corresponding content when touching the corresponding menu, and the function of touch control is realized. The touch operation device 5 may be a touch film, a touch screen, or the like that enables touch control.
The projection display area 4 may be provided in plural, and the operation display menu and the operation image inside the washing machine may be displayed separately or simultaneously. In addition, each projection display area surface for projecting the operation display menu is provided with a touch operation device 5, when the control device judges that the projection display content is projected to a certain projection display area 4, the corresponding touch operation device 5 is powered on, and can receive and respond to the touch operation of the user, and the touch operation device 5 which is not in operation is powered off. Therefore, the display and operation can be carried out at different positions according to requirements, and meanwhile, energy can be saved.
The image acquisition device is arranged inside the washing machine and faces the direction of the washing barrel, so that an internal running image can be conveniently acquired, and a user can conveniently check the washing conditions of clothes and the like, such as the dirty condition of rinsing water.
The system further comprises a control device, wherein the control device is respectively and electrically connected with the projection device, the image acquisition device and the touch operation device 5;
the control device can receive the user touch signals output by the touch operation device 5, and controls the projection device to project and display the corresponding operation display menu and/or the internal operation images of the washing machine collected by the image collection device after judgment and analysis.
The control device is a control unit of the washing machine and is used for receiving an operation signal of a user on the touch operation device in the projection display area 4, analyzing and judging the operation signal, and controlling the projection device and the image acquisition device to make corresponding response and display corresponding content. The washing machine of the scheme can realize the functions of projection display and operation on the door cover without a special control panel/operation panel or using other keys or display screens, is more visual and more convenient to operate, and can observe the operation condition inside the washing machine.
In a further scheme, the opaque door cover 2 is positioned at the top or the side of the washing machine; the projection device and the control device are arranged on the machine body 1 and/or the opaque door cover 2;
preferably, the washing machine is a pulsator washing machine, the projection device is arranged on a tray seat of the washing machine, and the control device is arranged on the door cover; or the projection device and the control device are both arranged on the door cover;
or the washing machine is a drum washing machine, and the projection device and the control device are arranged on the door cover and/or the table panel.
The washing machine of the embodiment can be a top-opening type washing machine, such as a pulsator washing machine, and can also be a side-opening type washing machine, such as a drum washing machine. The door closure of impeller washing machine is at the top, and projection arrangement sets up in the washing machine outside, can be towards the projection display zone 4 of door closure projection show can, projection arrangement and organism 1 can swing joint, when needing the projection, stretches out or pops out, when not needing the projection, hides and withdraws.
The projection device is preferably arranged on the disc seat of the pulsator washing machine, the control device is arranged on the door cover or is arranged on the door cover, the projection distance of the projection device can be shortened, the projection display definition is further enhanced, a better display picture is formed, and the user experience is enhanced.
The top panel of the drum washing machine can be used for displaying besides the side door cover. The projection device can change the projection position according to the program process, for example, when the program is selected, the projection display area 4 with the touch operation device 5 is projected on the door cover, so that the operation of a user is facilitated; during the program execution process, the operation process can be projected on the table panel for display, and the door cover displays the image of the operation inside the washing machine.
The control method of the scheme comprises the following steps:
the washing machine controls the projection device to project the operation display menu of the washing machine to the projection display area 4 for display according to whether the door cover is closed; then, the washing machine receives the operation signal of the user on the touch operation device 5, controls the projection device to adjust and project corresponding content, and/or projects the operation image in the washing machine collected by the image collection device to the projection display area 4 through the projection device, and displays the operation condition in the washing machine.
The further control method comprises the following steps:
the washing machine judges whether the door cover is closed,
if the judgment result is yes, controlling the projection device to project the operation display menu to the projection display area 4 for display, and adjusting and displaying corresponding content according to the touch operation of the user;
when the washing machine judges that the user does not operate within a certain time or receives an image acquisition triggering operation signal, the washing machine controls the image acquisition device and the light source to be turned on, and controls the projection device to project an operation image in the washing machine to the projection display area 4;
if the judgment result is no, controlling the projection device to be closed or projecting the projection content to other projection display areas 4 for displaying, wherein the other projection display areas 4 are at least arranged on the disk seat and the detergent box.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment is a further limitation of the first embodiment, and the projection apparatus of the present embodiment projects the operation display menu and the operation image in the washing machine to the same projection display area 4 in a switchable manner, or projects the operation display menu and the operation image to different projection display areas 4 respectively.
The projection device of the embodiment is provided with at least one projection device, is controlled by the control device, and simultaneously or switchably projects and displays the operation display menu and the running image in the washing machine. The projection devices can also be provided with a plurality of projection operation display menus and running images in the washing machine, and the projection operation display menus and the running images are independently controlled, can be displayed simultaneously, and can also be displayed respectively according to requirements.
At least one projection display area 4 is arranged, and the projection device can project the operation display menu and the running image in the washing machine to one projection display area 4 in a switchable manner or project the operation display menu and the running image to different projection display areas, and the operation display menu and the running image can be displayed simultaneously or respectively according to requirements. Therefore, the flexibility of projection display can be improved, a user can select programs or observe running images in the washing machine at any time according to needs, and experience is enhanced.
In a preferred embodiment, the projection display area 4 is covered with a light shielding layer 3 for improving display resolution. The light shielding layer 3 can be a dark paint layer attached to the door cover, and can also be a dark film or plate, so that the display definition is improved.
In a further scheme, as shown in fig. 2, the projection display area 4 at least includes a first projection display area 6 and a second projection display area 7, and the projection device projects the operation display menu to the first projection display area 6 and projects the operation image inside the washing machine to the second projection display area 7 for simultaneous display.
The two projection display areas 4 of the scheme are arranged, and can simultaneously display an operation display menu and an operation image in the washing machine. As a preferred embodiment, the touch operation device 5 is disposed in the first projection display area 6, and the touch operation device 5 may be a touch film or a touch screen, and the sensing touch point of the touch operation device corresponds to the operation display menu so as to receive the touch operation signal of the user. The user can operate in the first projection display area 6 and observe the running image of the inside of the washing machine in the second projection display area 7.
The control method comprises the following steps:
when the washing machine judges that the door cover is closed, the projection device is controlled to project the operation display menu to the first projection display area 6, and the operation image in the washing machine is projected to the second projection display area 7 and displayed at the same time;
when the washing machine judges that the user has not operated for a certain time, it controls only the display in the second projection display area 7.
In a further aspect, the touch operation device 5 is a touch film or a touch screen, and is disposed on an outer surface of the door cover and corresponds to the displayed operation display menu.
The door cover can be made of dark opaque materials, so that the appearance of the washing machine is attractive and elegant, and the texture is low and atmosphere. The whole door cover can be used as a display area, the area is large, the display effect is good, and the observation visual field is good. The touch film may cover the door cover, and the sensing contacts of the touch film correspond to display contents projected on the door cover. The user puts in the clothing, after closing the door closure, can observe the operation menu that shows on the door closure, select the procedure as required.
In a preferred embodiment, a projection trigger key for turning on the projection device is provided in the projection display area 4.
The projection device can be temporarily closed in the process of executing each program by the washing machine so as to save energy consumption. When a user needs to check the operation display menu of the washing machine, the projection device is triggered to be started for display. The scheme can be realized by arranging a projection trigger key for starting the projection device at a certain position of the touch film or the touch screen in the projection display area 4. When the washing machine judges that the user does not operate within a certain time, the projection device is automatically closed; when a user needs to operate or check display, the projection trigger key is triggered, the control device receives an operation signal, and the projection device is controlled to perform projection display again.
The projection trigger key is not limited to a manual trigger key, and an automatic trigger sensor can be arranged, wherein the sensor can be infrared sensing or distance sensing. When the user is sensed to be within the set distance range, the information is automatically fed back to the control device, and the control device controls the projection device to perform projection display. And when the fact that the user leaves the set distance range is detected, the information is automatically fed back to the control device, and the control device controls the projection device to be closed.
More preferably, the touch operation device 5 is further provided with an image capture trigger key for turning on the image capture device.
The control device can automatically control the image acquisition device to be started after the projection device is closed, and projects and displays the running image in the washing machine, so that the running condition in the washing barrel can be observed conveniently in the process of executing programs by the washing machine. In order to reduce energy consumption, the running image may be displayed when the user needs to view the running image. Therefore, the user can directly trigger the image acquisition trigger key according to the requirement to display the running image in the washing machine.
The image acquisition trigger key is not limited to a manual trigger key, and an automatic trigger sensor can be arranged, wherein the sensor can be infrared sensing or distance sensing. When the user is sensed to be within the set distance range, the information is automatically fed back to the control device, and the control device controls the projection device to project and display the running image. And when the fact that the user leaves the set distance range is detected, the user automatically feeds back the information to the control device, and the control device controls the projection device to close displaying the running image.
EXAMPLE III
The present embodiment is further defined by the first embodiment or the second embodiment, wherein the image capturing device is a camera, and is disposed on a tray or inside a door cover inside the washing machine to capture an operation image inside the washing machine. The washing machine also comprises a light source which is arranged on a tray seat inside the washing machine or on the inner side of the door cover to illuminate the inside of the washing machine, so that the image acquisition device can conveniently acquire running images in the washing machine.
The scheme can provide a clearer operation image in the washing machine, and the control method of the scheme comprises the following steps:
the washing machine judges whether the door cover is closed,
if the judgment result is yes, controlling the projection device to project the operation display menu to the projection display area 4 for display, and adjusting and displaying corresponding content according to the touch operation of the user;
when the washing machine judges that the user does not operate within a certain time or receives an image acquisition triggering operation signal, the washing machine controls the image acquisition device and the light source to be turned on, and controls the projection device to project an operation image in the washing machine to the projection display area 4;
if the judgment result is no, controlling the projection device to be closed or projecting the projection content to other projection display areas 4 for displaying, wherein the other projection display areas 4 are at least arranged on the disk seat and the detergent box.
