the self-rotating nozzle 12 is arranged in a through hole at the water outlet 112 of the spray head 11, the self-rotating nozzle 12 comprises a hollow body, an impeller 121 and a rotating shaft 122, the impeller 121 and the rotating shaft are arranged in the hollow body, the tail end 1213 of the body is a main spray hole 1231, at least part of the body 123 extends out of the water outlet 112 and is provided with a circumferential spray hole 1232, and spray water flow impacts the impeller 121 to rotate so as to change the spray water outlet direction of part of the water flow.
Different from the first embodiment, the self-rotating nozzle 12 is non-rotatably clamped in the through hole at the water outlet 112 of the shower head 11, and a limiting part for preventing the self-rotating nozzle from moving to the water outlet 112 under the impact of water flow is arranged in the shower head 11.
The impeller 121 is rotatably connected to the body 123 of the self-rotating nozzle 12.

the impeller at least comprises two propeller blades, at least part of the propeller blades extend obliquely along a rotating shaft, the oblique extending directions of the propeller blades are the same, the propeller blades are the same in shape and size and are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft;
the starting ends of the propeller blades extend in parallel along the rotating shaft, and the upper end surfaces of the propeller blades are perpendicular to the rotating shaft.
