本发明公开了一种防静电包芯纱,包括芯纱、内包覆纱和外包覆纱,所述芯纱为由弹性纤维、透气纤维和保温纤维组成的合捻纱,所述内包覆纱为抗静电纤维,所述外包覆纱为亲肤纤维,所述内包覆纱和外包覆纱的包裹方向相反。以本发明制得的防静电面料,具有弹性好防缩水,透气性好,穿着舒适的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及包芯纱技术领域,特别是一种防静电包芯纱。
背景技术
防静电面料是经过防静电加工处理的面料,广泛用于石油工业、矿冶工业、化学工业、电子工业、特种工业及其它工业。一般的防静电面料,弹性差易缩水,透气性差,穿着不舒适。因此,一般的防静电面料存在弹性差易缩水,透气性差,穿着不舒适的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供了一种防静电包芯纱。以本发明制得的防静电面料,具有弹性好防缩水,透气性好,穿着舒适的特点。
本发明的技术方案:防静电包芯纱,包括芯纱、内包覆纱和外包覆纱,所述芯纱为由弹性纤维、透气纤维和保温纤维组成的合捻纱,所述内包覆纱为抗静电纤维,所述外包覆纱为亲肤纤维,所述内包覆纱和外包覆纱的包裹方向相反。
前述的防静电包芯纱中,所述弹性纤维为氨纶纤维,所述透气纤维为亚麻纤维,所述保暖纤维为羊毛纤维,所述防静电纤维为金属纤维,所述亲肤纤维为棉纤维。
前述的防静电包芯纱中,所述金属纤维为银纤维。
前述的防静电包芯纱中,所述芯纱为长纤维,所述外包覆纱为短纤维。
前述的防静电包芯纱中,所述芯纱的重量占比为67%~75%,所述内包覆纱的重量占比为5%~8%,所述外包覆纱的重量占比为20%~25%。
前述的防静电包芯纱中,所述弹性纤维、透气纤维和保温纤维的重量占比为(0.2~0.6):2:2。
与现有技术比较,本发明包括芯纱、内包覆纱和外包覆纱,所述芯纱为由弹性纤维、透气纤维和保温纤维组成的合捻纱,所述内包覆纱为抗静电纤维,所述外包覆纱为亲肤纤维,所述内包覆纱和外包覆纱的包裹方向相反。所述芯纱具有弹性好、透气性好、保温性好的特点。所述内包覆纱和外包覆纱使本发明既具有抗静电和亲肤的特点,又具有良好的弹性。所述芯纱的重量占比为67%~75%,所述内包覆纱的重量占比为5%~8%,所述外包覆纱的重量占比为20%~25%,所述弹性纤维、透气纤维和保温纤维的重量占比为(0.2~0.6):2:2,可使本发明的的透气性、弹性、保温性能、抗静电性能、亲肤性能达到最佳。以本发明制得的防静电面料,具有弹性好防缩水,透气性好,穿着舒适的特点。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例1。防静电包芯纱,包括芯纱、内包覆纱和外包覆纱,所述芯纱为由弹性纤维、透气纤维和保温纤维组成的合捻纱,所述内包覆纱为抗静电纤维,所述外包覆纱为亲肤纤维,所述内包覆纱和外包覆纱的包裹方向相反。
所述弹性纤维为氨纶纤维,所述透气纤维为亚麻纤维,所述保暖纤维为羊毛纤维,所述防静电纤维为金属纤维,所述亲肤纤维为棉纤维。
所述金属纤维为银纤维。
所述芯纱为长纤维,所述外包覆纱为短纤维。
所述芯纱的重量占比为67%,所述内包覆纱的重量占比为8%,所述外包覆纱的重量占比为25%。
6、根据权利要求1所述的防静电包芯纱,其特征在于:所述弹性纤维、透气纤维和保温纤维的重量占比为0.2:2:2。

1.防静电包芯纱,其特征在于:包括芯纱、内包覆纱和外包覆纱,所述芯纱为由弹性纤维、透气纤维和保温纤维组成的合捻纱,所述内包覆纱为抗静电纤维,所述外包覆纱为亲肤纤维,所述内包覆纱和外包覆纱的包裹方向相反。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防静电包芯纱,其特征在于:所述弹性纤维为氨纶纤维,所述透气纤维为亚麻纤维,所述保暖纤维为羊毛纤维,所述防静电纤维为金属纤维,所述亲肤纤维为棉纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防静电包芯纱,其特征在于:所述金属纤维为银纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防静电包芯纱,其特征在于:所述芯纱为长纤维,所述外包覆纱为短纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防静电包芯纱,其特征在于:所述芯纱的重量占比为67%~75%,所述内包覆纱的重量占比为5%~8%,所述外包覆纱的重量占比为20%~25%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防静电包芯纱,其特征在于:所述弹性纤维、透气纤维和保温纤维的重量占比为(0.2~0.6):2:2。
