本发明公开了一种附着力强的无人机用涂装涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的成分组成:有机硅改性醇酸树脂30‑60份、丙烯酸树脂18‑33份、氧化蓖麻油2‑6份、硅油1‑5份、二甲苯3‑9份、氧化锌3‑7份、碳酸钙2‑6份、云母粉1‑5份、环烷酸锌1‑3份、二氧化硅0.2‑0.6份、N‑甲基吡咯烷酮5‑14份、氨基硅烷1‑5份、偶氮系粉1‑4份、醇酯十二2‑5份、丙二醇丁醚1‑4份、去离子水8‑15份。本发明中本发明提供的低挥发性、快速干燥的涂料适用于塑料、金属等底材的无人机喷涂施工,尤其在ABS、PS、HIPS、PC、PVC、PET等多种塑料底材上,具备附着力好、低挥发性、干燥速度快、漆膜表面光泽度高的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种附着力强的无人机用涂装涂料。
背景技术
无人机又被称为无人驾驶航空飞行器,它依靠无线遥控技术与自备的程序操控飞行,随着无人机装备的发展和服务队伍的建设,我国已能够利用无人机为国民经济建设服务,无人机发展已经进入社会应用的新时期,他可以广泛应用于国土测绘、地质勘测、灾害监测、气象探测、电力巡检、空中交通管制、边境控制、通信中继、农药喷洒等民用领域。但是由于航拍机长时间在高空工作,机体会受到空气中酸、碱性物质以及紫外线的腐蚀,使其寿命减短,就需要在无人机上喷涂的涂料具有高附着力、低挥发性等特点。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种附着力强的无人机用涂装涂料。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种附着力强的无人机用涂装涂料,由下列重量份的成分组成:有机硅改性醇酸树脂30-60份、丙烯酸树脂18-33份、氧化蓖麻油2-6份、硅油1-5份、二甲苯3-9份、氧化锌3-7份、碳酸钙2-6份、云母粉1-5份、环烷酸锌1-3份、二氧化硅0.2-0.6份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮5-14份、氨基硅烷1-5份、偶氮系粉1-4份、醇酯十二2-5份、丙二醇丁醚1-4份、去离子水8-15份。
上述的一种附着力强的无人机用涂装涂料,由下列重量份的成分组成:有机硅改性醇酸树脂30-55份、丙烯酸树脂18-30份、氧化蓖麻油2-5份、硅油1-4份、二甲苯3-7份、氧化锌3-6份、碳酸钙2-5份、云母粉1-4份、环烷酸锌1-3份、二氧化硅0.2-0.4份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮5-10份、氨基硅烷1-4份、偶氮系粉1-3份、醇酯十二2-4份、丙二醇丁醚1-3份、去离子水8-10份。
上所述的一种附着力强的无人机用涂装涂料,由下列重量份的成分组成:有机硅改性醇酸树脂47份、丙烯酸树脂22份、氧化蓖麻油4份、硅油2份、二甲苯6份、氧化锌4份、碳酸钙4份、云母粉2份、环烷酸锌1份、二氧化硅0.3份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮8份、氨基硅烷3份、偶氮系粉2份、醇酯十二3份、丙二醇丁醚2份、去离子水9份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明中本发明提供的低挥发性、快速干燥的涂料适用于塑料、金属等底材的无人机喷涂施工,尤其在ABS、PS、HIPS、PC、PVC、PET等多种塑料底材上,具备附着力好、低挥发性、干燥速度快、漆膜表面光泽度高的特点。

一种附着力强的无人机用涂装涂料,由下列重量份的成分组成:有机硅改性醇酸树脂47份、丙烯酸树脂22份、氧化蓖麻油4份、硅油2份、二甲苯6份、氧化锌4份、碳酸钙4份、云母粉2份、环烷酸锌1份、二氧化硅0.3份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮8份、氨基硅烷3份、偶氮系粉2份、醇酯十二3份、丙二醇丁醚2份、去离子水9份。
