Abstract

一种能够对导向装置沿闷盖圆周面有密封功能的密封式闷盖,密封式闷盖外形结构是一个阶梯法兰,第一阶小圆柱外圆与轴承座内圆配合起到径向定位的作用,第二阶大圆柱外圆卡在轴承座槽内起到轴向定位的作用。在第一阶小圆柱外圆柱面上设计若干个密封槽结构,在密封槽中填充密封材料后就可以解决沿闷盖圆周面渗漏的问题。

本发明涉及一种刮板传输机械导向装置的闷盖,尤其是圆周面有密封结构的密封式闷盖。
背景技术
目前,公知的闷盖是一种实心阶梯法兰,第一阶小圆柱外圆与轴承座内圆配合起到径向定位的作用,第二阶大圆柱外圆卡在轴承座槽内起到轴向定位的作用,其缺点是第一阶小圆柱外圆上没有密封机构,导向装置在液体中使用时会出现沿闷盖圆周面渗漏现象。
发明内容
为了克服现有闷盖没有密封功能的不足,本发明提供一种密封式闷盖,该密封式闷盖不仅起到闷盖的作用而且具有密封功能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:密封式闷盖外形结构是一个阶梯法兰,第一阶小圆柱外圆与轴承座内圆配合起到径向定位的作用,第二阶大圆柱外圆卡在轴承座槽内起到轴向定位的作用。在第一阶小圆柱外圆柱面上设计若干个密封槽结构,在密封槽中填充密封材料后就可以解决沿闷盖圆周面渗漏的问题。
本发明的有益效果是,解决了沿闷盖圆周面渗漏的问题。

具体实施方式
在图1所示的实施例中,密封式闷盖外形结构是一个阶梯法兰,第一阶小圆柱外圆直径¢140mm、厚度7mm,它与轴承座内圆配合起到径向定位的作用;第二阶大圆柱外圆直径¢148mm、厚度8mm,它卡在轴承座槽内起到轴向定位的作用。在第一阶¢140mm小圆柱外圆柱面上设计1个密封槽结构,密封槽中心线距小圆柱端面的定位尺寸参数为3.5mm、槽宽2mm、槽底深5mm,工作运行中,在密封槽中填充密封材料后就可以解决沿闷盖圆周面渗漏的问题。
