The invention relates to a sealed container, a sealing cover and a sealing film thereof, wherein the sealing film comprises a first film and a second film, and the first film is provided with a through hole corresponding to an opening; the second membrane and the first membrane are arranged in a stacked mode, and the second membrane is provided with a closed area, a connecting area and an air valve area; the closed area corresponds to the through hole; the connecting area is fixedly and hermetically connected with the first membrane and surrounds the closed area; the air valve area is located between the closed area and the connecting area, the air valve area can be tightly attached to or relatively separated from the first membrane, and the air valve area is provided with an opening for ventilation. The sealing film is simple in structure, low in cost and capable of avoiding waste. Meanwhile, only one layer of second membrane is arranged at the position of the opening, so that the straw is easy to insert and use.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of containers, in particular to a sealed container, a sealed cover and a sealing film thereof.
Background
On containers with negative pressure inside, it is often necessary to provide an air valve for evacuation. The traditional air valve has the disadvantages of complex structure, more parts and high cost. Especially for disposable negative pressure containers, such as juice glass, which are discarded after use, the complicated air valve is not only costly, but also unnecessarily wasteful.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, it is desirable to provide a sealed container and a sealing lid and a sealing film thereof which are inexpensive.
A sealing film for placement over an opening of a container body, the sealing film comprising:
the first membrane is arranged on the container body, and a through hole corresponding to the opening is formed in the first membrane; and
the second membrane is stacked with the first membrane, and the second membrane is provided with a closed area, a connecting area and an air valve area; the closed area corresponds to the through hole; the connecting area is fixedly and hermetically connected with the first membrane, and surrounds the closed area; the air valve area is located between the closed area and the connecting area, the air valve area can be tightly attached to or relatively separated from the first membrane, and an opening for ventilation is formed in the air valve area.
In one embodiment, the opening includes a first slit, a second slit and a third slit which are connected in sequence, the opening is in the shape of three edges of an isosceles trapezoid, the second slit is an upper bottom, the first slit and the second slit are two waists, and the second slit is close to the closed area.

Detailed Description
To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the sealed container 10 of an embodiment includes a container body 100 and a sealing film 200, wherein the container body 100 may include a body 120 and a cover 140, and the body 120 and the cover 140 may be integrally connected, thermally connected, or detachably connected. In one embodiment, the cover 140 may be a rigid plastic or a flexible film. The sealed container 10 can be used for containing liquid such as fruit juice and the like, and can also be used for carrying other objects needing negative pressure sealing. In one embodiment, the cover 140 and sealing membrane 200 may be components of a sealing cap that may be placed over a container to which it is fitted to form the sealed container 10.
The sealing film 200 includes a first film 220 and a second film 240, the first film 220 is configured to be disposed on the container body 100, and the first film 220 has a through hole 222 formed therein. The container body 100 is formed with an opening 160, the opening 160 can be located on the cover 140, and the through hole 222 corresponds to the opening 160.
Referring concurrently to fig. 3 and 4, a second diaphragm 240 is disposed in a stacked relationship with the first diaphragm 220, and referring concurrently to fig. 5, the second diaphragm 240 has a closure region 242, a connection region 244, and a gas valve region 246 thereon. The sealing region 242 corresponds to the through-hole 222. A connection region 244 is fixedly and sealingly connected to the first membrane 220, the connection region 244 surrounding the closure region 242. The air valve area 246 is located between the closed area 242 and the connection area 244, the air valve area 246 can be closely attached to or relatively separated from the first membrane 220, and the air valve area 246 is provided with an opening 248 for ventilation.
In use, the first film 220 is placed on the container body 100, the suction device draws air from the second film 240, the opening 248 of the air valve section 246 is opened by the negative pressure, and the air valve section 246 and the first film 220 are separated from each other to form an air flow passage communicated with the opening 248. The gas within the container body 100 can enter the gas flow path between the gas valve area 246 and the first membrane 220 through the through-holes 222 of the first membrane 220 and then be discharged from the opening 248. After the evacuation is completed, a negative pressure is created in the container body 100, so that the opening 248 is automatically closed, and the air valve region 246 is tightly attached to the first film 220 to achieve a seal, thereby maintaining the negative pressure in the container body 100. The sealing film 200 has a simple structure and low cost, and avoids waste. In one embodiment, the second membrane 240 is a film through which a straw can be inserted. Since only one layer of the second membrane 240 is arranged at the position of the opening 160, the straw is easy to insert and convenient to use.
In one embodiment, the opening 248 may be a slot or a hole. In this embodiment, the opening 248 is a slit, and the sealing is more reliable. Further, in one embodiment, the opening 248 may be a slot with a zigzag or arc shape. Specifically, referring to fig. 5 again, in an embodiment, the opening 248 includes a first slit, a second slit and a third slit which are connected in sequence, the opening 248 is shaped like three sides of an isosceles trapezoid, the second slit is an upper bottom, the first slit and the second slit are two waists, and the second slit is close to the closed region 242. The shape of the opening 248 is such that the opening 248 is easily opened under the negative pressure formed by the air extraction device on the second diaphragm 240 side, and the air hole area formed after the opening is large, and when the opening 248 is closed, the connection is tight, and the sealing is reliable.
In the embodiment where the opening 248 is a slit, further, in an embodiment, the second diaphragm 240 has elasticity, which facilitates the second diaphragm 240 to recover its shape when the suction is completed, so that the opening 248 is closed. Referring to FIG. 6, in another embodiment, the opening 248 may also be shaped as a two-piece fold line. Referring to fig. 7, in yet another embodiment, the shape of the opening 248 may also be a circular arc.
In one embodiment, the connecting region 244 can be bonded to the first film 220 by adhesive or heat sealing. Further, for ease of handling and use, in one embodiment, the first film sheet 220 is a double-sided film sheet, and the first film sheet 220 includes a first side and a second side. The first face has adhesive throughout the face, and the first face is used to attach the container body 100. The second side is connected to the second membrane 240, and the area of the second side corresponding to the connection area 244 has an adhesive. When the sealing film 200 is mounted, the first surface of the first film 220 can be directly attached to the opening 160 of the container body 100, and the use is fast and convenient.
In one embodiment, the air valve area 246 surrounds the enclosure area 242. The number of the openings 248 is plural, and the plural openings 248 are uniformly distributed in the air valve area 246, so that the air in the container body 100 can be more rapidly pumped out when air is pumped out. Further, in one embodiment, the through-hole 222 and the sealing area 242 are both circular, and the air valve area 246 and the connection area 244 are both circular. During air suction, the second membrane 240 is affected by suction force, and the connection region 244 is not tightly connected to the first membrane 220 due to uneven force. The through hole 222 and the sealing area 242 are circular, and the air valve area 246 and the connecting area 244 are circular, so that stress balance is facilitated, and the sealing reliability is improved.
Referring again to fig. 2, in one embodiment, the cover 140 includes a body 142 and a boss 144 disposed on the body 142, the boss 144 surrounding the opening 160, the boss 144 corresponding to the air valve area 246. The boss 144 can lift up the gas valve area 246, and the second membrane 240 of the gas valve area 246 can be kept tight, which is beneficial to the outflow of gas and the recovery of the sealing state after the gas is pumped out.

the second membrane is stacked with the first membrane, and the second membrane is provided with a closed area, a connecting area and an air valve area; the closed area corresponds to the through hole; the connecting area is fixedly and hermetically connected with the first membrane, and surrounds the closed area; the air valve area is positioned between the closed area and the connecting area, the air valve area can be tightly attached to or relatively separated from the first membrane, and an opening for ventilation is formed in the air valve area;
the air valve area surrounds the closed area, the number of the openings is multiple, and the openings are uniformly distributed in the air valve area;
the second membrane has elasticity, and when air is pumped out, the air valve area is separated from the first membrane relatively to form an air flow channel communicated with the opening; after the air exhaust is finished, the air valve area is tightly attached to the first membrane, and the sealing is realized.
2. The sealing film according to claim 1, wherein the opening comprises a first slit, a second slit and a third slit connected in sequence, the opening has three sides in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, the second slit is an upper base, the first slit and the second slit have two waists, and the second slit is close to the sealing area.

The sealing film of claim 1, wherein said first film sheet is a double-sided film sheet, said first film sheet comprising a first side and a second side; the whole first surface is provided with adhesive, and the first surface is used for connecting the container body; the second face is connected with the second membrane, and the area of the second face corresponding to the connecting area is provided with adhesive.
4. The sealing membrane of claim 1, wherein the second membrane is a membrane through which a straw can be inserted.
5. The sealing film according to claim 1, wherein the through hole and the closed region are both circular, and the air valve region and the connection region are both circular.
6. The sealing film of claim 1, comprising at least one of:
the opening is a gap and/or a hole;
the opening is a fold line-shaped or arc-shaped gap;
the connecting area is connected with the first membrane in a gluing or heat sealing mode.
7. A sealing cover, comprising:
the cover body is provided with an opening; and
a sealing film as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the first membrane is provided on the container body, and the through-hole corresponds to the aperture.
8. The seal cover of claim 7, comprising at least one of:
the cover body comprises a body and a boss arranged on the body, the boss surrounds the opening, and the boss corresponds to the air valve area; and
the cover body is made of hard plastic or flexible thin film.
9. A sealed container, comprising:
the container body is provided with an opening; and
a sealing film as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the first membrane is provided on the container body, and the through-hole corresponds to the aperture.
