The invention discloses a spacecraft cabin inter-segment connection-release combined device capable of being reused on orbit, which consists of an initiating connection-unlocking assembly and an electromagnetic connection-release assembly; the initiating explosive device connecting-unlocking assembly consists of an initiating explosive device support and an initiating explosive device unlocking device, and the initiating explosive device connecting-unlocking assembly plays a main bearing role in a launching active section of the spacecraft; the initiating explosive device unlocking device is installed at the upper end of the initiating explosive device support through a screw, the electromagnetic connection-release assembly consists of an electromagnetic chuck support, an electromagnetic chuck, an adsorption end and an adsorption end support, and the assembly plays a main bearing role when the spacecraft is in an on-orbit maneuver; the electromagnetic chuck is installed on the electromagnetic chuck support through a screw, the adsorption end is installed on the electromagnetic chuck through a screw, and the adsorption end support is located on the adsorption end and is movably connected with the adsorption end. Furthermore, the electromagnetic chuck in the electromagnetic connection-release assembly generates suction force on the suction end after being electrified according to the instruction, so that the two cabins of the spacecraft can be sucked and kept in the state; after the electromagnetic chuck is powered off according to the instruction, the suction force on the adsorption end disappears, and the two cabins of the spacecraft can be freely separated; this connection-release action is repeatable.
Furthermore, the adsorption end is made of soft magnetic materials with high saturation magnetic induction intensity, low residual magnetic induction intensity and low coercive force, and the residual attraction between the electromagnetic chuck and the adsorption end can be reduced to the maximum extent under the condition that the attraction between the electromagnetic chuck and the adsorption end is enough under the power-on state of the electromagnetic chuck.
