a. preparation of a layer of modified thermoplastic polyolefin material (1): adding ethylene propylene diene monomer, polypropylene, chicle, butyl methacrylate, zinc oxide and stearic acid into a double-screw extruder for blending, melting at 190-;
b. preparing an antioxidant surface layer (5): adding polyvinyl chloride, Chimassorb 2020, Tinuvin XT847 and an auxiliary agent into a double-screw extruder for blending, melting for 2-3min at the temperature of 130-;
c. preparing a high-performance TPO waterproof coiled material: the modified thermoplastic polyolefin material layer (1) and the non-woven fabric reinforcing layer (2) are subjected to hot pressing by a three-roll mill, then are cooled and then are subjected to hot press molding with the fireproof flame-retardant layer (3), the framework reinforcing layer (4) and the antioxidant surface layer (5) by the three-roll mill in sequence, and then are subjected to cooling, deviation rectification, edge cutting, rolling and packaging to prepare the high-performance TPO waterproof coiled material, wherein the rotating speeds of three rollers of the three-roll mill are different.
2. The high performance TPO waterproofing membrane according to claim 1 wherein: the mixture ratio of Chimassorb 2020 to Tinuvin XT847 is as follows: 4:1-1:1.
3. The high performance TPO waterproofing membrane according to claim 2, characterized in that: the ratio of Chimassorb 2020 to Tinuvin XT847 is 3: 1.
