the sizing material layer comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 100-103 parts of asphalt, 401025-30 parts of naphthenic oil, 12.5-13 parts of modifier, 22.5-26 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 10-15 parts of silica gel, 20-23 parts of phenolic resin, 1.8-2.6 parts of filler, 4.5-5.5 parts of anti-aging agent, 2.1-2.5 parts of accelerator, 5.5-6 parts of coupling agent and 3.5-4 parts of plasticizer;
the modifier is prepared from epoxidized soybean oil, activated clay and copper sulfate according to a weight ratio of 4: 1: 2 in a mass ratio;
the silica gel: the mesh number is 2200 meshes, the decolorization rate is 95 percent, and the water content is 10 percent;
the filler is prepared from light calcium carbonate, boric acid and magnesium sulfate according to the weight ratio of 7: 2: 0.5 by mass ratio;
the coupling agent is: the titanate coupling agent 101, the titanate coupling agent 201 and the titanate coupling agent 311 are mixed according to the mass ratio of 1:1: 1;

the coating sizing material layer is as follows: the tire base layer is pulled to pass through an oil coating pool at the pulling speed of 5m/s, then extruded under the pressure of an oil filtering press roll of 0.4MPa, the thickness of a rubber material layer is controlled, and then cooled to normal temperature through a cooling roll; and obtaining the waterproof coiled material substrate.
