(3) Welding the back rest rails of the two door frames into a whole (as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the back rest rails are in an inverted L shape and comprise back rest stand columns and upper cross beams connected with the upper ends of the back rest stand columns into a whole, and the upper cross beams and the back rest stand columns are integrally bent and formed), in particular, welding the upper cross beams of the back rest rails of the two door frames into a whole; welding the front upper beam and the A-pillar supports of the two door frames into a whole; welding a front bumper lower beam and A-pillar supports of two door frames into a whole; thereby welding and manufacturing the headstock.

The end face of the trigger rod is provided with a ball. The first interface is connected with the third interface through a first connecting pipe.
When the trigger piston close to the first end of the trigger cylinder body abuts against the inner end face of the first end of the trigger cylinder body, the third interface is located between the two trigger pistons, and the fourth interface is located between the second end of the trigger cylinder body and the trigger piston close to the second end of the trigger cylinder body.

The hinge limiting plate is provided with an ejector rod through hole, the ejector rod sequentially penetrates through the ejector rod through hole and the ejector rod through hole, and the jacking plate and the jacking cylinder body are located on two opposite sides of the hinge limiting plate.
The inner side surface of the jacking cylinder body is also provided with a jacking piston limiting block 8.3, and the fifth interface is arranged on the end surface of the second end of the jacking cylinder body. when the third interface and the fourth interface are positioned between the two triggering pistons, the inner cavity of the jacking cylinder body is communicated with the inner cavity of the vertical cylinder body through the fifth interface, the second connecting pipe, the fourth interface, the third interface, the first interface and the first connecting pipe, at the moment, the upper piston moves downwards under the action of the pre-tightening compression spring, air between the upper piston and the lower piston is pressed into the jacking cylinder body, the jacking piston drives the ejector rod to extend out, so that the jacking plate is abutted against the door hinge mounting plate, and the gap between the jacking plate and the door hinge mounting plate is thoroughly eliminated (as the door frame rotation limiting frame rotates around the vertical rotating shaft, the door lock limiting plate is abutted against the door lock mounting plate on the rear-gear upright post, therefore, a gap needs to be reserved between the hinge limiting plate and the door hinge mounting plate, otherwise, the hinge limiting plate interferes with the door hinge mounting plate), and thus, the relative position of the vehicle door hinge mounting plate and the vehicle door lock mounting plate can be accurately limited, the relative position precision of the vehicle door hinge mounting plate and the vehicle door lock mounting plate after the backrest rail and the pedal upright post are welded into a whole is further effectively improved, and the problem that the relative position of the vehicle door hinge mounting plate and the vehicle door lock mounting plate does not accord with design requirements after the backrest rail and the pedal upright post are welded into a whole due to welding deformation or other reasons is effectively avoided.
After the pedal upright post and the rear backrest are connected into a whole by welding:
opening a switch valve;
then, the door frame rotation limiting frame rotates around the vertical rotating shaft, the door frame rotation limiting frame is rotated out, and in the process:
