A multifunctional correction plate device for ankle joints of hemiplegic patients comprises a bottom plate, a spring resetting device, a pedal plate, a positioning frame, a sliding groove, an angle adjusting frame structure, a detachable massage wheel structure, an auxiliary rod structure, an auxiliary holding tube structure, an anti-skidding cushion block and a protective strip, wherein two ends of the spring resetting device are respectively arranged at the middle position of the upper part of the bottom plate and the middle position of the lower part of the pedal plate through bolts; the left end of the pedal is connected to the upper part of the left end of the bottom plate in a shaft mode; the positioning frame is welded at the right lower part of the pedal; the sliding groove is arranged in the positioning frame; the angle adjusting frame structure is arranged in the middle of the upper part of the bottom plate and the right upper part of the inner side of the pedal; the detachable massage wheel structure bolt is arranged on the left side of the middle part of the angle adjusting frame structure; the auxiliary rod structure is embedded in the upper left part of the angle adjusting frame structure; the auxiliary holding tube structure is welded at the right upper part of the bottom plate; the antiskid cushion blocks are glued on the left side and the right side of the lower part of the bottom plate; the protective strip is glued on the left upper part of the pedal; the angle adjusting frame structure comprises a supporting plate, a mounting seat, a sliding rod, a puller bolt, a control sleeve, an adjustable control rod, a handle and a quick-release buckle, wherein the mounting seat is welded on the right side of the middle part of the supporting plate; the sliding rods are welded on the front side and the rear side of the left end of the supporting plate; the control sleeve is inserted in the right upper part of the mounting seat; the adjustable control rod is inserted at the right upper part of the control sleeve; the handle is welded at the upper end of the adjustable control rod; the quick release buckle is sleeved at the joint of the control sleeve and the adjustable control rod; the slide bar sliding connection of backup pad left end is in the spout, the right-hand member coupling of backup pad is on the bottom plate, and the patient rocks handle or auxiliary rod structure through the front and back, makes the slide bar slide in the spout, utilizes spring resetting means to play the effect of restoring to the throne to the footboard simultaneously and realizes that patient's ankle joint is corrected.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. in the invention, the auxiliary operating rod is arranged at the upper left part of the adjustable operating rod, which is beneficial to reducing the space between a user and the handle when the user is at the left side, thereby facilitating the operation of the angle of the adjustable operating rod by utilizing the auxiliary operating rod.
2. In the invention, the magic tape female buckle is adhered to the magic tape male buckle, so that the massage lantern ring can be conveniently fixed on the outer side of the rotating roller, and the massage ball is matched to further conveniently massage the legs of a patient.
3. In the invention, the reset spring is respectively arranged on the inner sides of the upper side mounting plate and the lower side mounting plate through the fixing bolt, which is beneficial to conveniently playing the reset function to the pedal.

In the invention, one end of the supporting plate is connected in the chute in a sliding way through the sliding rod, and the left end of the other end is connected to the right half part of the middle upper part of the bottom plate in a shaft mode and matched with the control sleeve, so that the inclination of the pedal plate can be flexibly adjusted, and the degree of movement of the ankle joint of a patient is further improved.
5. In the invention, the quick-release buckle is sleeved at the joint of the control sleeve and the adjustable control rod, which is beneficial to conveniently adjusting the height of the handle according to the height requirement of a user.
6. In the invention, the right upper part of the auxiliary bracket is also provided with the clamping block, which is beneficial to improving the fixing effect of the training grip, thereby preventing the training grip from moving and falling off.
7. According to the invention, the limiting plate is welded at the lower end of the positioning rod and matched with the limiting plate, so that the positioning rod can be prevented from popping out of the positioning sleeve, and the overlarge radian of the pedal plate can be further prevented.
8. In the invention, the puller bolt is in threaded connection with the connecting part of the mounting seat and the control sleeve, which is beneficial to conveniently detaching the control sleeve when not in use.

Principle of operation
In the working process of the invention, when in use, a patient stands on the pedal 3, then the length of the adjustable control rod 66 inserted in the control sleeve 65 is adjusted according to the height of the patient, the adjustable control rod is fixed by the quick-release buckle 68, then the handle 67 is shaken forwards and backwards to pass through the adjustable control rod 66, the control sleeve 65 and the support plate 61 enable the sliding rod 63 to slide in the sliding chute 5 to adjust the inclination of the pedal 3, meanwhile, the return spring 26 is utilized to reset the pedal 3, further the correction effect on the ankle joint of the foot is improved, if the patient sits on the chair, the auxiliary control rod 82 can be rotated out in the mounting frame 81, the auxiliary grip 83 is held to control the adjustable control rod 66, meanwhile, the massage ball 75 outside the massage sleeve ring 74 is utilized to massage the foot of the patient, finally, the patient can hold the grip 93 to train the push-up, so that the ankle joints of the hand and the ankle joints of the foot can be trained simultaneously.
