Cups in public dining places such as hotels and restaurants are generally open glass cups and are mainly in a straight cylinder shape. Due to the requirement of sanitation, cups in public dining places need to be cleaned regularly, and household cups also need to be cleaned regularly. At present in public places such as hotel, restaurant and the like and the family to the washing of cup mainly rely on artifical cleaning cloth to wash, easily smash the cup because of the workman carelessly in the time of artifical washing, cause economic loss, during artifical washing, because the cup body is longer, the staff is difficult to stretch into the cup bottom, leads to the cup bottom to wash unclean, need wash the cup bottom with the help of external instrument, artifical cleaning work efficiency is low.

The intelligent robot can automatically clean the glass cup, and can solve the problems that the cup is not cleaned completely due to the fact that a cup is easily broken by workers during manual cleaning because the cup is cleaned by cleaning cloth manually, economic loss is caused, and the bottom of the cup is not cleaned completely due to the fact that hands are difficult to stretch into the bottom of the cup when the cup is cleaned manually because the cup is long, the bottom of the cup needs to be cleaned by means of an external tool, the manual cleaning work efficiency is low and the like.
The invention aims at solving the technical problem and is realized by the following technical scheme: an intelligent robot capable of automatically cleaning glass cups comprises a cylindrical bottom plate, a clamping device and a cleaning device, wherein the clamping device and the cleaning device are mounted on the cylindrical bottom plate, and the cleaning device is positioned in the clamping device; the clamping device fixes the cup, and the cleaning device cleans the interior of the cup.
The cleaning device comprises a cleaning motor, a cleaning cylindrical frame, a cleaning plate, a cleaning electric push rod, a cleaning telescopic screw rod, a cleaning nut, six cleaning screw rod sleeves, a cleaning rotary column and a cleaning rack plate, wherein the cleaning motor is arranged on a cylindrical bottom plate through a motor base, the cleaning cylindrical frame is arranged on an output shaft of the cleaning motor, the cleaning electric push rod is uniformly arranged on the outer wall of the lower end of the cleaning cylindrical frame along the circumferential direction of the cleaning cylindrical frame, the cleaning plate is arranged at the top end of the cleaning electric push rod through a flange, a hollow groove is formed in the central position of the cleaning plate, the cleaning cylindrical frame is positioned in the hollow groove, the six cleaning screw rod sleeves are uniformly arranged on the outer wall of the cleaning cylindrical frame along the circumferential direction of the cleaning cylindrical frame, the cleaning telescopic screw rods are arranged in the cleaning screw rod sleeves in a thread fit mode, the cleaning nut is sleeved on the cleaning, the cleaning rotary column is connected to the cleaning screw rod through a sliding fit mode, the nut rack is sleeved on the outer wall of the cleaning nut, the nut rack is meshed with the cleaning rack plate, the lower end of the cleaning rack plate is installed on the cleaning plate, the cleaning electric push rod works to drive the cleaning plate to move up and down, so that the cleaning rack plate installed on the cleaning plate moves up and down to drive the cleaning nut to rotate, the cleaning nut rotates to drive the cleaning telescopic screw rod to rotate and stretch along the axial direction of the cleaning telescopic screw rod, and an automatic cleaning track is provided for cleaning a cup.

The invention has the following advantages:
1. the automatic cup cleaning machine can solve the problems that a cup is easy to be broken due to carelessness of workers during manual cleaning and economic loss is caused due to the fact that the cup is cleaned mainly by a manual cleaning cloth, the bottom of the cup is not cleaned due to difficulty in putting hands deep into the bottom of the cup due to the caliber of the cup during manual cleaning, the manual cleaning work efficiency is low and the like, achieves automatic cup cleaning, avoids breaking the cup due to carelessness of manual work, does not need to clean the bottom of the cup manually by means of external tools under the condition that the calibers of the cup are different in size, does not need to clean the bottom of the cup with a longer cup body by means of external tools, and improves the work efficiency.
2. The automatic cup clamping device is provided with a clamping device, a clamping motor in the clamping device works to drive a clamping mechanism at the front end of a cylindrical bottom plate to work, and other clamping mechanisms are driven to work through the transmission of a clamping transmission gear, so that a cup is automatically and synchronously clamped.
3. The cleaning electric push rod in the cleaning device of the cleaning device works to drive the cleaning plate to move up and down, so that the cleaning rack plate arranged on the cleaning plate moves up and down to drive the cleaning nut to rotate, and the cleaning nut rotates to drive the cleaning telescopic screw rod to rotate and stretch along the axial direction of the cleaning telescopic screw rod, thereby providing an automatic cleaning track for cleaning a cup.

In order to make the technical means, the creation characteristics, the achievement purposes and the effects of the invention easy to understand, the invention is further explained below by combining the specific drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, an intelligent robot capable of automatically cleaning glasses comprises a cylindrical bottom plate 1, a clamping device 2 and a cleaning device 3, wherein the clamping device 2 and the cleaning device 3 are mounted on the cylindrical bottom plate 1, and the cleaning device 3 is located inside the clamping device 2; the clamping device 2 fixes the cup, and the cleaning device 3 cleans the interior of the cup.
The cleaning device 3 comprises a cleaning motor 33, a cleaning cylindrical frame 312, a cleaning plate 313, a cleaning electric push rod 314, a cleaning telescopic screw 315, a cleaning nut 316, six cleaning screw sleeves 319, a cleaning rotating column 317 and a cleaning rack plate 318, wherein the cleaning motor 33 is installed on the cylindrical bottom plate 1 through a motor base, the cleaning cylindrical frame 312 is installed on an output shaft of the cleaning motor 33, the cleaning electric push rod 314 is evenly installed on the outer wall of the lower end of the cleaning cylindrical frame 312 along the circumferential direction of the cleaning electric push rod, the cleaning plate 313 is installed at the top end of the cleaning electric push rod 314 through a flange, a hollow groove is formed in the central position of the cleaning plate 313, the cleaning cylindrical frame 312 is located in the hollow groove, the six cleaning screw sleeves 319 are evenly arranged on the outer wall of the cleaning cylindrical frame 312 along the circumferential direction of the cleaning cylindrical frame 312, the cleaning telescopic screw 315 is installed in the cleaning screw sleeves 319 in a thread matching mode, and the cleaning nut 316, the cleaning nut 316 is provided with a cleaning rotating column 317 along the circumferential direction, the other end of the cleaning rotating column 317 is connected to the cleaning screw rod sleeve 319 in a sliding fit mode, the outer wall of the cleaning nut 316 is sleeved with a nut rack 3161, the nut rack 3161 is meshed with the cleaning rack plate 318, the lower end of the cleaning rack plate 318 is arranged on the cleaning plate 313, the cleaning electric push rod 314 works to drive the cleaning plate 313 to move up and down, the cleaning rack plate 318 arranged on the cleaning plate 313 moves up and down to drive the cleaning nut 316 to rotate, the rotation of the cleaning nut 316 drives the cleaning telescopic screw 315 to rotate and stretch along the axial direction, and therefore an automatic cleaning track is provided for cleaning a cup.
The clamping device 2 comprises six clamping frames 25, clamping mechanisms 21, a clamping motor 23, a clamping transmission gear 22 and a clamping transmission annular frame 24, the six clamping frames 25 are installed on the cylindrical bottom plate 1 and are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the cylindrical bottom plate 1, the clamping frames 25 are provided with the clamping mechanisms 21, the clamping mechanisms 21 are connected through the clamping transmission gear 22, the clamping transmission gear 22 is sleeved on the inner wall of the clamping transmission annular frame 24 in a sliding fit mode, the clamping transmission annular frame 24 is installed on the clamping frames 25, the clamping motor 23 is installed on the clamping mechanism 21 at the front end of the cylindrical bottom plate 1 through a motor base, the clamping mechanism 21 is installed on an output shaft of the clamping motor 23, the clamping motor 23 works to drive the clamping mechanism 21 at the front end of the cylindrical bottom plate 1 to work, and other clamping mechanisms 21 are driven to work through the transmission of the clamping transmission gear, synchronously clamping the cup.
The clamping mechanism 21 comprises a clamping plate 212, a clamping chuck 213, driven clamping bevel gears 216, a clamping column 217, a first driving clamping gear 214 and a second driving clamping gear 215, the clamping plate 212 is installed on the inner wall of the clamping frame 25, the clamping chuck 213 is installed at the rear end of the clamping plate 212, the driven clamping bevel gears 216 are arranged on the front wall of the clamping chuck 213, the clamping column 217 is installed at the front end of the clamping plate 212 through a bearing, the first driving clamping gear 214 and the second driving clamping gear 215 are installed on the clamping column 217, the first driving clamping gear 214 is located below the second driving clamping gear 215, the first driving clamping gear 214 is meshed with the clamping transmission gear 22, the second driving clamping gear 215 is meshed with the driven clamping bevel gears 216, the clamping motor 23 drives the first driving clamping gear 214 and the second driving clamping gear 215 located at the front end of the cylindrical bottom plate 1 to work, and drives other first driving clamping gear 214 and the second driving clamping gear 215 through transmission of the clamping transmission gear 22 215 to rotate, thereby achieving the purpose of adjusting the clamping chuck 213.
The clamping chuck 213 comprises a clamping threaded disc 2131, clamping jaws 2132, a clamping disc cap 2133 and a clamping retainer ring 2134, the clamping disc cap 2133 is arranged on the clamping plate 212, the rear wall of the clamping disc cap 2133 is provided with three strip-shaped grooves, the rear end of the clamping disc cap 2133 is provided with the clamping retainer ring 2134 in a threaded engagement mode, the clamping threaded disc 2131 is internally provided with the clamping threaded disc 2131, the clamping threaded disc 2131 is positioned in front of the clamping retainer ring 2134, the front wall of the clamping threaded disc 2131 is provided with driven clamping tapered teeth 216, the rear wall of the clamping threaded disc 2131 is provided with threads, the rear wall of the clamping threaded disc 2131 is uniformly provided with the three clamping jaws 2132 in the circumferential direction in a threaded engagement mode, the clamping jaws 2132 are positioned in the strip-shaped grooves, the second driving clamping gear 215 drives the driven clamping tapered teeth 216 to rotate, so that the clamping threaded disc 2131 rotates, and the distance of the clamping jaws 2132 relative to the central position, the cup is adjusted according to the diameter of the cup.
The cleaning telescopic screw 315 is sleeved with cleaning cloth.
When the automatic cup cleaning machine works, the cleaning motor 33 works to drive the cleaning device 3 to rotate, a worker stands at a fixed position to sleeve a cup on the cleaning telescopic screw 315, the cleaning device 3 rotates to enable the cleaning telescopic screw 315 in the cleaning device 3 to correspond to the clamping frame 25 one by one, the clamping motor 23 in the clamping device 2 works to drive the first driving clamping gear 214 and the second driving clamping gear 215 at the front end of the cylindrical bottom plate 1 to work, the rotation of the first driving clamping gear 214 at the front end of the cylindrical bottom plate 1 enables the other first driving clamping gear 214 and the second driving clamping gear 215 to rotate through the transmission of the clamping transmission gear 22, all the clamping threaded discs 2131 synchronously rotate, all the clamping chucks 213 achieve the purpose of synchronous adjustment, and further clamp and fix the cup sleeved on the cleaning telescopic screw 315, the cleaning electric push rod 314 works to drive the cleaning plate 313 to move up and down, the cleaning rack plate 318 arranged on the cleaning plate 313 is enabled to move up and down to drive the cleaning nut 316 to rotate, the cleaning nut 316 rotates to drive the cleaning telescopic screw 315 to rotate and stretch along the axial direction, the cleaning cloth arranged on the cleaning telescopic screw 315 can well clean the inner wall of the cup, an automatic cup cleaning is realized, the cup can not be smashed due to manual negligence, the bottom of the cup with a longer cup body is not required to be cleaned by means of external tools, the problem that the cup is cleaned mainly by the cleaning cloth manually is solved, the cup is easy to be smashed due to carelessness of workers during manual cleaning, economic loss is caused, and during manual cleaning, because the cup body is longer and is difficult to stretch into the cup bottom with the hand and can lead to the cup bottom to wash unclean, artifical cleaning work inefficiency scheduling problem has reached the purpose.
