The electric kettle with the folding handle is based on a combined design, each component can have four combined states according to different purposes, and the specific operation method comprises the following steps:

Claims (4)

1. An electric kettle with a folding handle comprises a kettle body component, a kettle cover component and a base component; the kettle body assembly comprises an inner container, a kettle nozzle is arranged on one side of the upper end of the inner container, an electric heating disc and a temperature sensor are arranged at the bottom of the inner container, and the inner container is arranged in a shell; the base component comprises a base for bearing the kettle body component; the method is characterized in that: it also has inner cylinder component and nested cup group;
the inner container is in a slender barrel shape, and the inner wall of the middle upper part of the inner container is provided with a vent groove which is formed in a concave manner and extends up and down; high-temperature-resistant heat-insulating materials are filled between the side walls and the bottoms of the inner container and the shell, and a coupler socket electrically connected with the electric heating disc and the temperature sensor is arranged in the center of the bottom of the shell; the outer side wall of the shell is provided with a convex rib which protrudes outwards and extends up and down, the outer side wall of the convex rib is inwards provided with an accommodating groove, and a folding handle is arranged in the accommodating groove; a positioning pit A, a positioning pit B and a positioning pit C are arranged on the upper annular end surface of the kettle body assembly;
the base assembly comprises a vertical plate vertically extending upwards from one side of the base; a controller is arranged in the base, a coupler plug electrically connected with the controller is arranged at the center of the upper side of the base, and a power supply interface and a control panel of the controller are both arranged on the outer side wall of the vertical plate; when the kettle body assembly is combined with the base assembly, the coupler plug is coupled with the coupler socket, and the controller is electrically connected with the electric heating disc and the temperature sensor and can work cooperatively; a locking mechanism which can lock the base component and the kettle body component to maintain the combined state is arranged between the base component and the kettle body component;
the inner barrel component comprises a barrel body with a bottom, the upper end of the barrel body is provided with a circle of inserting steps, the upper end of each inserting step is provided with a circle of barrel edge, and the lower side of each barrel edge is provided with a positioning ball; the lower side of the barrel body is provided with a water collecting barrel which is communicated with a plurality of reflux holes penetrating the bottom of the barrel body, and the outer wall of the water collecting barrel is sleeved with a clamping sleeve; a gas distribution nozzle is fixed on the upper side of the bottom of the cylinder body; a first air passage extending from the outer side wall of the inserting step to the lower end face of the inserting step and a second air passage extending from the outer side wall of the inserting step to the bottom of the cylinder body and communicated with the gas distribution spray head are arranged in the inner cylinder component; when the inner barrel assembly is combined with the kettle body assembly and the positioning ball falls into one of the positioning pit A, the positioning pit B and the positioning pit C, the barrel edge is positioned at the upper end part of the kettle body assembly, the insertion step is in insertion fit with the upper end opening of the inner container, the barrel body is suspended in the inner container, a gap is formed between the side walls of the barrel body and the inner container, and an object placing space is formed between the water collecting barrel and the bottom of the inner container; when the positioning ball is respectively matched with the positioning pit A, the positioning pit B and the positioning pit C, the matching relation of the inner cylinder component and the kettle body component is respectively as follows: a. the upper port of the first air passage and the upper port of the second air passage are blocked by the inner wall of the inner container, and the spout is separated from the inner cavity of the inner container through an inserting step; b. the upper port of the first air passage is positioned at the spout, and the inner cavity of the inner container is communicated with the outside only through the first air passage; c. the upper end opening of the second air passage is positioned at the upper end of the vent groove, and the inner cavity of the inner container is communicated with the inner cavity of the cylinder body only through the vent groove, the second air passage and the air distribution spray head;
the upper port of the intussusception cup group can be sleeved and clamped on the clamping sleeve, and when the intussusception cup group is combined with the inner cylinder component and the inner cylinder component is combined with the kettle body component, the intussusception cup group is suspended in the inner container and is not contacted with the inner container;
the kettle cover assembly comprises a circular cover body, the lower side and the upper side of the cover body are respectively provided with a positioning step which can be inserted into the upper ports of the kettle body assembly and the inner cylinder assembly, and one side of the cover body is provided with a pressing handle extending outwards; a rotating mechanism is arranged between the pot cover component and the pot body component, the pot cover component can be combined with the pot body component by the rotating mechanism in a mode that the lower end face of the pot cover component faces downwards, and the pot cover component can be turned over after combination; the upper end surface of the cover body is provided with an exhaust groove, the outer end of the exhaust groove extends to the outer side wall of the cover body, and when the kettle cover assembly is combined with the inner barrel assembly in a mode that the upper end surface faces downwards, the upper port of the barrel is communicated with the outside only through the exhaust groove;
the folding handle comprises an upper section and a lower section which are hinged through a middle shaft, the upper end of the upper section is rotationally fixed in the accommodating groove through a fixed shaft, the lower end of the lower section is provided with a pin hole which is parallel to the middle shaft and penetrates through the lower section, two guide pins are limited by the pin hole and can axially move, and a pushing spring for driving the outer ends of the two guide pins to extend to the outer part of the lower section is arranged between the two guide pins; the middle lower part of each of the two side walls of the containing groove is provided with a guide groove extending up and down, and the outer end parts of the two guide pins are respectively limited in the two guide grooves and can slide up and down along the two guide grooves; when the folding handle is in an unfolding state, the upper section, the lower section and the convex ribs are distributed in a triangular shape, and the two guide pins are respectively positioned at the upper ends of the two guide grooves; when the folding handle is in a folding state, the upper section part and the lower section part are accommodated in the accommodating grooves, and the two guide pins are respectively positioned at the lower ends of the two guide grooves; the upper ends of the side walls of the two guide grooves are respectively provided with a positioning hole, and when the two guide pins move to the upper ends of the guide grooves, the two guide pins are respectively inserted into the two positioning holes; the bottom of locating hole respectively sets up the shaft hole that is little and lead to protruding muscle outer wall than its diameter, but two knock pins that are the I shape are injectd and axial displacement by the shaft hole respectively, and the one end of knock pin is located the locating hole and is used for ejecting the uide pin, and the other end is located protruding muscle outside for pressing, and when two knock pins moved to the centre and is nearest, two knock pin inner ends respectively just with the lateral wall parallel and level of two guide ways, and then can be ejecting from the locating hole with the uide pin.
