Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, throughout the description and the claims, the words "comprise", "comprising", and the like are to be construed in an inclusive sense as opposed to an exclusive or exhaustive sense; that is, it is the meaning of "including but not limited to".
Description: the inner and outer directions referred to in the present application refer to the inner and outer directions of the cooking appliance, and the upper, lower, lateral, vertical and other directions referred to are described in terms of the normal use state (closed cover state) of the cooking appliance.
The application provides a steam valve anti-leakage structure of a cooking utensil and the cooking utensil with the same, which can effectively prevent the steam valve from being leaked or not installed in place. When the steam valve is neglected to be installed, the cover of the cooking utensil can not be opened or closed, so that a user is reminded to install the steam valve, and further the working reliability and safety of the cooking utensil are guaranteed.
As shown in fig. 1 to 13, the present application provides a steam valve anti-installation structure of a cooking appliance, which may be a household appliance such as an electric cooker that needs water during heating and generates steam.
As shown in fig. 8 to 11, the cooking appliance includes an appliance cover 2 and a body 3, the appliance cover 2 can be opened or closed with respect to the body 3, the steam valve 1 is mounted on the appliance cover 2 of the cooking appliance, the appliance cover 2 includes a panel cover 21 and a panel assembly 22, the panel assembly 22 and the panel cover 21 together form a receiving cavity 23 for receiving the steam valve 1, after the steam valve 1 is mounted on the appliance cover 2, a space of the receiving cavity 23 can be filled, and a manner of mounting the steam valve 1 on the appliance cover 2 is preferably a side-draw type mounting.
The anti-leakage structure comprises a first part 31 arranged on the body 3 and a second part 25 arranged on the cover body 24 of the appliance cover 2, when the steam valve 1 is in leakage installation, the first part 31 and the second part 25 form interference, so that the appliance cover 2 cannot be opened or closed, a user is reminded of the leakage installation of the steam valve 1, and when the user correctly installs the steam valve 1, the appliance cover 2 can be closed or opened.
Further, the first portion 31 includes a fixedly disposed first interference portion 311. The tool cover 2 is hinged to the body 31 by a hinge shaft 32, and the first interference portion 311 is provided near the hinge shaft 32. Specifically, the body 3 is provided with a hinge shaft supporting portion 33, and a part of the hinge shaft supporting portion 33 constitutes the first interference portion 311. The structure of the first interference portion 311 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a columnar structure or a shaped protrusion structure, so long as it is ensured that the first interference portion 311 and the second interference portion 251 (described later) can interfere with each other when the steam valve 1 is neglected to be installed, so that the appliance cover 2 cannot be opened or closed with respect to the body 3.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, further, the second portion 25 includes a second interference portion 251 capable of moving relative to the cover body 24 and a driving structure 26 capable of moving the second interference portion 251 between a first position and a second position. When the steam valve 1 is mounted on the appliance cover 2, the second interference part 251 is located at the first position, at this time, the distance between the first interference part 251 and the second interference part 311 in the transverse direction is large, the first interference part 251 and the second interference part 311 do not interfere, and the appliance cover 2 can be opened or closed smoothly. When the steam valve 1 is neglected to be assembled, the second interference part 251 is located at the second position, at this time, the distance between the first interference part 311 and the second interference part 251 in the transverse direction is smaller, and when the appliance cover 2 is opened or closed, the first interference part 311 and the second interference part 251 interfere, and the appliance cover 2 cannot be completely opened or closed, so that the effect of reminding a user of neglecting to assemble the steam valve 1 is achieved.
In a preferred embodiment, the second interference part 251 includes a slider 2511, the anti-leakage structure further includes a guide structure 241 (refer to fig. 7) provided on the cover body 24, the guide structure 241 includes two guide ribs 2411 provided on an inner sidewall of the cover 21 in parallel with each other, the slider 2511 is provided between the two guide ribs 2411, and the two guide ribs 2411 guide and limit the slider 2511 so that the slider 2511 can slide on the cover 21 along a path formed by the guide structure 241. Further, as shown in fig. 5, a first mounting hole 2512 is formed in the slider 2511, as shown in fig. 6, a second mounting hole 27 is formed in the appliance cover 2, as shown in fig. 9, the driving structure 26 includes a driving member 261, a first end structure 2611 of the driving member 261 can extend into the accommodating cavity 23 through the first mounting hole 2512 and the second mounting hole 27, the driving member 261 can move in a vertical direction of the cooking appliance, and the slider 2511 is driven to move in a transverse direction of the cooking appliance, so that the slider 2511 moves between a first position and a second position.
Further, the driving member 261 includes a driving section 2612, the driving section 2612 is respectively connected to a first end structure 2611 and a second end structure 2613 (described in detail later) of the driving member 261, and the size of the driving section 2612 in the lateral direction is larger than that of the first end structure 2611 and the second end structure 2613 in the lateral direction, so that the strength of the driving member 261 is ensured, and meanwhile, the mass and the volume of the driving member 261 are reduced, and the occupied space is reduced. The bore wall of the first mounting bore 2512 includes a first drive ramp 2513 and the outer wall of the drive section 2612 includes a second drive ramp 2614, the first drive ramp 2513 cooperating with the second drive ramp 2614 to drive the slider 2511 to move in a lateral direction as the driver 261 moves in a vertical direction. Preferably, the cross-sectional shape of the first mounting hole 2512 in the lateral direction is square, and the axially outer edge shape of the driving section 2512 is adapted to the shape of the first mounting hole 2512. The inclination direction and the inclination angle of the first driving incline 2513 are the same as those of the second driving incline 2614. In this embodiment, to ensure that the implement cap 2 can be fully opened and closed when the slider 2511 is in the first position; in the second position, the first interference portion 311 interferes with the second interference portion 251, so that the tool cover 2 cannot be opened or closed, and the first driving inclined surface 2513 and the second driving inclined surface 2614 incline from bottom to top in the vertical direction in a direction away from the first interference portion 311. Of course, it is understood that the setting of the inclination angle directly determines the distance between the first interference portion 311 and the second interference portion 251, and thus, by changing the inclination angles of the first driving incline 2513 and the second driving incline 2614, the distance at which interference occurs between the first interference portion 311 and the second interference portion 251 can be adjusted.
Still further, the driving structure 26 further includes a reset member 262, where the reset member 262 is configured to provide a reset force to the driving member 261, so that the driving member 261 drives the slider 2511 to move to the second position when the steam valve 1 is not installed. The second portion 25 further includes a fixing structure 252, the fixing structure 252 is fixedly disposed on the cover body 24, the slider 2511 is disposed in the fixing structure 252 in a penetrating manner, the slider 2511 can slide relative to the fixing structure 252, and the resetting piece 262 is mounted in the fixing structure 252. The edge of the groove structure 2521 is provided with a mounting lug 2523, and the inner side wall of the face cover 21 is provided with a mounting post 211, and the mounting lug 2523 and the mounting post 211 are fixedly mounted together through, for example, threaded connection. Preferably, the return member 262 includes a spring that is received over the second end structure 2613 of the driver 261. Specifically, a first end of the spring rests against the bottom wall of the channel structure 2521 and a second end of the spring rests against the bottom surface of the drive section 2612. Preferably, the bottom wall of the groove body structure 2521 is provided with a through hole, and the second end structure 2613 of the driving element 261 can pass through the through hole on the bottom wall of the groove body structure 2521 and extend towards the inner side of the cooking utensil, so as to ensure that the bottom wall of the groove body structure 2521 can not obstruct the movement of the driving element 261 in the process of moving the driving element 261 in the vertical direction. Of course, it will be appreciated that the effect of avoiding obstruction of the movement of the driver 261 by the bottom wall of the slot structure 2521 may also be achieved by shortening the length of the second end structure 2613 of the driver 261.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, in the state that the appliance cover 2 is closed, if the steam valve 1 is not neglected, since no steam valve 1 applies a downward force to the first end structure 2611 of the driving member 261 in the vertical direction to compress the spring, the driving member 261 moves upward in the vertical direction under the action of the spring, thereby driving the slider 2511 to move to the second position, and at this time, the distance between the slider 2511 and the first interference portion 311 is small. When the user wants to open the tool cover 2, interference occurs between the slider 2511 and the first interference part 311, and the user cannot fully open the tool cover 2 to remind the user to install the steam valve 1. After the user installs the steam valve 1, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the steam valve 1 applies a downward force to the first end structure 2611 of the driving member 261 in the vertical direction, the driving member 261 moves downward, the spring is compressed, and then the slider 2511 is driven to move from the second position to the first position, the distance between the slider 2511 and the first interference portion 311 becomes large, and the user can completely open the appliance cover 2.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, in a state that the appliance cover 2 is opened, if the steam valve 1 is not installed, since the steam valve 1 applies a force to the first end structure 2611 of the driving member 261 to compress the spring, the driving member 261 moves toward a side away from the inside of the cooking appliance under the elastic force of the spring, thereby driving the slider 2511 to move to the second position, and at this time, the distance between the slider 2511 and the first interference portion 311 is small. When the user wants to close the tool cover 2, interference occurs between the slider 2511 and the first interference part 311, and the user cannot completely close the tool cover 2, so that the user is reminded of installing the steam valve 1. After the user installs the steam valve 1, as shown in fig. 13, when the steam valve 1 applies a force to the first end structure 2611 of the driving member 261, the driving member 261 moves downward, the spring is compressed, and the slider 2511 is driven to move from the second position to the first position, so that the distance between the slider 2511 and the first interference portion 311 becomes large, and the user can completely close the tool cover 2.
