Abstract
The invention discloses a rotary film cleaning machine, which comprises an operating mechanism, a long rod part, a rotating mechanism, a transmission mechanism and a cleaning part, wherein the operating mechanism is arranged at the lower part of the long rod part; the cleaning water enters the cleaning part through the long rod part, and after the component of the operating mechanism which reciprocates up and down passes through the inside of the long rod part, the component of the rotating mechanism is driven to move, and the reciprocating motion of the operating mechanism is converted into unidirectional rotation motion of the corresponding component of the cleaning part through the transmission mechanism. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, small volume, light weight, rapid cleaning of various plastic films at high and low positions, low cost, high efficiency and no need of using power supply equipment.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a cleaning device for daily life and agricultural production, in particular to a rotary film cleaning machine.
Background
In daily life and agricultural production, a plurality of film products which are not easy to detach are more and more, such as plastic greenhouses, plastic curtain cloth and the like. However, dust adsorbed on the film affects the beauty, light transmittance, and light transmittance as agricultural plastic, and crop growth. One end of the rotating wheel 15 is embedded into an inner hole of the overrunning clutch 14, the rotating drum 16 is a cylinder with a round hole in the center of the bottom of the left end, the round hole at the bottom of the rotating drum 16 is sleeved on the transverse pipe 19, the right end is sleeved on the rotating wheel 15 and is fixedly and hermetically installed by a screw, and the water pipe 20 enters the rotating drum 16 through a long rod part;
the circumference of the rotary drum 16 is provided with small holes 17 and brushes 18, and the small holes 17 and the brushes 18 are axially arranged at intervals.
The invention has the outstanding effects that: the invention has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, small volume and light weight, and can rapidly clean various plastic films at high and low positions without using power supply equipment. Structurally, the overrunning clutch 14 can enable the rotating wheel 15 to be repeatedly accelerated in a single direction, and the thin film can be cleaned by applying small positive pressure to the thin film under the friction of the brush 18 at a high rotating speed.

A rotary film cleaning machine comprises an operating mechanism, a long rod part, a rotating mechanism, a transmission mechanism and a cleaning part.
The long rod part comprises a lower rod 5, a connecting pipe 6, an upper rod 7, a transverse pipe 19 and an elbow pipe 21, wherein the lower rod 5 and the upper rod 7 are hollow light metal pipes, the middle is connected together through the connecting pipe 6, namely, the lower end of the long rod part adopts two contractible sections, dust at a film at a lower position is cleaned to retract the upper rod 7 into a barrel of the lower rod 5, and the upper rod 7 is pulled out and fixed by the connecting pipe 6 when dust at a film at a higher position is cleaned.
The upper part of the upper rod 7 is connected with an elbow pipe 21, one end of the elbow pipe 21 is connected with the cleaning part through a transverse pipe 19, and the other end is connected with the rotating mechanism.
The operating mechanism comprises a long hole 1, a stand column 2, a handle 3 and a stay wire 4, wherein the long hole 1 is formed in the lower pipe wall of the lower rod 5 along the axial direction, one end of the handle 3 penetrates through the long hole 1 to extend into the metal pipe of the lower rod 5 and is connected with the stay wire 4, the other end of the handle 3 is positioned outside the lower rod 5, the handle 3 can slide on the long hole 1, the stand column 2 is fixed at the lower end of the long hole 1, the stand column 2 has the effect that after the stand column 2 is held by hands, the handle 3 is hooked up by the index finger in a reciprocating manner, the handle 3 can pull the stay wire 4 to perform quick reciprocating motion, and the operation is very convenient. The lower half part of the pull wire 4 is made into a chain rope, and any ring can be hung on the handle 3 along with the change of the length of the long rod part.
The rotating mechanism comprises a cylinder 22, a sliding plate 8, a spring 9, a pulley 10 and a bracket 11, wherein the cylinder 22 is a metal cylinder with a closed right end, and four circular arc grooves are symmetrically formed in the right end of the inner wall along the 2/3 length part of the axial direction; the slide plate 8 is a metal circular plate, four circular arc-shaped protrusions are symmetrically arranged on the outer circumference of the slide plate, and the slide plate is embedded into four circular arc-shaped grooves on the inner wall of the cylinder 22; a bracket 11 is arranged on the left side in the cylinder 22, a pulley 10 is arranged on the bracket 11, one end of a stay wire 4 is connected with the middle part of the sliding plate 8, and the other end passes through the inside of the long rod part after bypassing the pulley 10 and is connected with a handle 3 of an operating mechanism.
The left end of the cylinder 22 is formed with 3 elongated holes in the circumferential direction.
The spring 9 is made of a metal wire with higher elasticity and rigidity by winding, the right end of the spring 9 is fixedly connected with the position, close to the outer circle, of the sliding plate 8, the left end of the spring 9 is fixedly connected with the outer circle of the right end face of the rotating body 12 of the transmission mechanism, and the spring 9 is slightly compressed and preloaded during installation, so that the outer diameter of the spring 9 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the cylinder 22.
The transmission mechanism comprises a rotating body 12, an overrunning clutch 14 and a clamp spring 13.
The rotating body 12 is a cylinder with an annular groove at the right end, the overrunning clutch 14 is embedded at the left end, the rotating body 12 is clamped by the clamping spring 13 after being arranged in the cylinder 22, namely, the protruding part of the clamping spring 13 penetrates through 3 long holes at the left end of the cylinder 22 and is embedded in the annular groove at the right end of the rotating body 12, and the rotating body 12 can freely rotate on the cylinder 22 but cannot axially move.
The cleaning part comprises a rotating wheel 15, a rotating drum 16, small holes 17, a hairbrush 18 and a water pipe 20, one end of the rotating wheel 15 is embedded into a hole of the overrunning clutch 16, the rotating drum 16 is a cylinder with a round hole in the center of the bottom of the right end, the round hole in the bottom of the rotating drum 16 is sleeved on a transverse pipe 19, the right end is sleeved on the rotating wheel 15 and is fixed and sealed by a screw, and the water pipe 20 enters the rotating drum 16 through a long rod part; the circumference of the drum 16 is provided with small holes 17 and brushes 18, and the small holes 17 and the brushes 18 are arranged at intervals along the axial direction.
The operation method for cleaning the film comprises the following steps: after the upright post 2 is held by hand, the handle 3 is hooked by an index finger, the pull wire 4 is pulled by the handle 3, the sliding plate 8 slides leftwards along the circular arc groove on the inner wall of the cylinder 22 to compress the spring 9, the diameter cannot be increased because the outer diameter of the spring 9 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the cylinder 22, the redundant length is converted into the increase of the number of circles surrounded by the spring after the height is reduced, the right end of the spring 9 and the sliding plate are fixedly connected and cannot rotate, and then the left end part of the spring 9 drives the rotating body 12 to rotate by a certain angle. The rotating body 12 and the overrunning clutch 14 in the inner hole at the left end part drive the rotating wheel 15 to rotate together, the rotating wheel 15 drives the rotating drum 16 to rotate, and the water pipe 20 and the rotating drum 16 are communicated, so that water flows out from the small holes 17 on the rotating drum 16 after the water pipe 20 is opened and the water pipe is opened, and the film can be cleaned along with the rotation of the hairbrush 18. After the index finger is released, under the action of the restoring force of the spring 9, the sliding plate 8 is pressed back to the initial position, and the handle 3 is returned to the original position by pulling the stay wire 4; meanwhile, the spring 9 drives the rotator 12 to reversely rotate, but due to the unidirectional action principle of the overrunning clutch 14, the rotating wheel 15 is not acted by the reverse force and continuously rotates along the original direction, the handle 3 can be hooked by the index finger for multiple times, the rotating wheel 15 can continuously rotate in the original rotation direction in an accelerating way, and dust on the film can be easily cleaned.
If the length of the long rod part needs to be changed, the upper rod 7 is pulled out or retracted into the lower rod 5 and is fixed by the connecting pipe 6, and meanwhile, the proper length of the chain rope at the lower part of the pull wire 4 is selected to be hung on the handle 3.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following characteristics
