Referring to fig. 14 and 15, in the present embodiment, on the basis of the fifth embodiment, a fixing support plate 403 is installed in the electronic control box 400, a control circuit board 404 is installed on the fixing support plate 403, and the control circuit board 404 is connected with a strong wire and a weak wire. The fixing support plate 403 is provided with a first wiring board 407 and a second wiring board 408 extending upwards on two sides of the mounting portion of the control circuit board 404, two sides of the fixing support plate 403 are further provided with a first rib 409 and a second rib 410 respectively, and the first rib 409 and the second rib 410 both extend upwards perpendicular to the plane of the fixing support plate 403. A strong electric wire fixing groove 405 is formed between the first flange 409 and the first wire bundling plate 407 and is used for routing a strong electric wire in the electric control box 400; a weak current fixing groove 406 is formed between the second baffle 410 and the second wire bundling plate 408 for routing weak current wires in the electric control box 400.
After being respectively led in from the first wire through opening 413 and the second wire through opening 414 on the side wall of the box body 402, the strong current electric wire and the weak current electric wire are placed in the strong current fixing wire groove 405 and the weak current fixing wire groove 406 in a standard manner. The wire passing grooves are formed in the two sides of the box body 402, so that the wiring in the box body 402 is tidy, the control elements can be conveniently assembled, disassembled and maintained, the strong electric wires and the weak electric wires are conveniently connected with the control circuit board 404, the strong electric wires and the weak electric wires are separated from each other, interference cannot be generated, the operation stability of the air conditioner is improved, and potential safety hazards are eliminated.
First bunch of line board 407 top is equipped with first bunch of line and detains 411, and its bottom surface is connected perpendicularly in the wall of first bunch of line board 407, and the side slope upwards crosses as for first bunch of line board 407, and the junction rounding off, first bunch of line detains 411 longitudinal section and is the barb type, colludes towards first flange 409. The top of the second wire bundling plate 408 is provided with a second wire bundling buckle 412, the bottom surface of the second wire bundling buckle is perpendicular to the wall surface of the second wire bundling plate 408, the side surface of the second wire bundling buckle inclines upwards to meet the second wire bundling plate 408, the meeting part is in smooth transition, the longitudinal section of the second wire bundling buckle 412 is in an inverted hook shape and hooks to the second retaining edge 410. The wire harness buckle structure ensures that the electric wire is positioned in the wire fixing groove and cannot be separated easily, the top end of the wire harness buckle structure is in smooth transition, and the cable can be effectively protected from being scratched. In other embodiments, the number and positions of the wire harness plates and the wire harness buckles may be set according to actual requirements.
Example eight
Referring to fig. 16 and 17, in this embodiment, on the basis of the fifth embodiment, the electronic control box 400 has a temperature sensing assembly, the temperature sensing assembly includes a temperature measuring probe 416 and a temperature measuring wire, the tail end of the temperature measuring wire is connected to the control circuit board 404, the front end of the temperature measuring wire extends out of the electronic control box 400 to be connected to the temperature measuring probe 416, and the temperature measuring probe 416 is fixed above the air inlet 101 and is used for measuring the temperature of the inlet air, i.e., the ambient temperature.
The side wall of the box body 402 near the air inlet 101 is provided with a wire through hole 415, and a wire through coil is installed on the wire through hole 415. The temperature measuring wire is provided with a hard wire sheath, and the temperature measuring wire can still extend forwards for a certain distance after penetrating out of the wire coil, so that the positioning position of the temperature measuring probe 416 can be adjusted, and the temperature measurement is accurate. According to the fixing structure of the temperature measuring probe 416, a temperature measuring wire arranged outside the electric control box 400 is omitted, potential safety hazards of wire damage are eliminated, the temperature measuring probe 416 does not need an additional fixing support, the structure is simple, the layout is reasonable, and the mounting efficiency is improved.
In other embodiments, the outlet position of the temperature measuring probe 416 can be flexibly selected according to the installation position of the electronic control box 400 and the shape of the electronic control box 400, so that the temperature measuring wire can penetrate out from the position closest to the air inlet 101, the extending distance of the temperature measuring wire is reduced, and the temperature measuring probe 416 is reliably positioned.

A ceiling type air conditioner, which includes a water pan 100, wherein the water pan 100 has the technical features of one, some, or all of the water pans 100 in the first to eighth embodiments, and may also include any combination of the technical features of the above embodiments.

An air-conditioning water pan is characterized in that an air inlet (101) is formed in the middle of the water pan (100), a first concave wire groove (104) and a second concave wire groove (105) are formed in the surface of the water pan (100), the first wire groove (104) is used for arranging wires of an electric control box, the second wire groove (105) is used for fixing wires of a water pump, a first fireproof piece (200) is installed on the first wire groove (104), a second fireproof piece (300) is installed on the second wire groove (105), the first fireproof piece (200) and the second fireproof piece (300) are both made of fireproof materials, the second fireproof piece (300) comprises a bottom piece, frames (303) are arranged on two sides of the bottom piece, the second wire groove (105) comprises a horizontal groove (106) and a vertical groove (107) which are connected, and the bottom piece comprises a horizontal section (301) and a vertical section (302) which are connected, the horizontal segment (301) is attached to the groove surface of the horizontal groove (106), the vertical segment (302) is attached to the groove surface of the vertical groove (107), the joint of the horizontal segment (301) and the vertical segment (302) is in slope transition, a through fresh air opening (109) is arranged at the corner of the water pan (100), a concave air guide groove (110) is arranged on the surface of the water pan (100), and the air guide groove (110) is communicated with the fresh air opening (109) and the air inlet (101).

The air-conditioning water pan according to claim 1, wherein the first fireproof part (200) comprises a bottom plate (201) and a cover plate (202), side plates (203) extending upwards are arranged on two sides of the bottom plate (201), the bottom plate (201) is attached to the groove surface of the first wire groove (104), the side plates (203) are attached to two side wall surfaces of the first wire groove (104), and the cover plate (202) is arranged above the bottom plate (201) and forms a wire passing channel with the bottom plate (201).

The air-conditioning water pan according to claim 2, characterized in that the side plate (203) is provided with a side plate (204) attached to the surface of the water pan (100), the edge of the side plate (204) is provided with a downwardly extending insertion plate (206), the two ends of the bottom plate (201) are provided with a first end plate (207) and a second end plate (209) which extend downwardly, the first end plate (207) is attached to the outer wall of the water pan (100), the lower edge of the second end plate (209) is provided with a pressing plate (210), the edge of the pressing plate (210) is provided with a fixing strip (212), and the insertion plate (206) and the fixing strip (212) are provided with hollow clamping grooves.
4. The water pan for air conditioners as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bottom plate (201) is provided with a thread clamping seat, and the thread clamping seat is provided with at least two threading holes.
5. An air-conditioning water pan as claimed in claim 4, wherein the wire clamping seat comprises a base (217) and a seat cover (218), the seat cover (218) is buckled on the base (217), and a flexible connecting piece (223) is arranged between the seat cover (218) and the base (217).

The air-conditioning water pan as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper edges of the side frames (303) on both sides of the horizontal section (301) are provided with at least one first side piece (304) turned outwards, and the upper edges of the side frames (303) on both sides of the vertical section (302) are provided with at least one second side piece (305) turned outwards.

The air-conditioning water pan according to claim 6, wherein a first inserting sheet (307) is arranged at the edge of the first side sheet (304), a second inserting sheet (308) is arranged at the edge of the second side sheet (305), an end sheet (309) extending downwards is arranged at one end of the horizontal section (301), a pressing sheet (310) extending towards the air inlet (101) is arranged at the lower edge of the end sheet (309), and hollow clamping grooves are formed in the first inserting sheet (307) and the second inserting sheet (308).
