the parallel lever group 41 includes at least two movable levers movably connected to the frame 2, and the movable levers include a first lever 411 and a second lever 412 movably assembled with the first lever.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides an antiglare shield cleaning apparatus for an expressway, comprising a cleaning vehicle 1, on which cleaning vehicle 1 is mounted a cleaning mechanism 3, and when the cleaning vehicle 1 travels along the expressway, the cleaning mechanism 3 cleans an antiglare shield located in the middle of the expressway, specifically, the cleaning mechanism 3 is mounted on a frame 2 of the cleaning vehicle 1 through a position adjusting mechanism 4, and since the position adjusting mechanism 4 can be extended and retracted in parallel, the position of the cleaning mechanism 3 can be adjusted to a position contacting the antiglare shield through the position adjusting mechanism 4, and the angle of the cleaning mechanism 3 can be adjusted through the position adjusting mechanism 4, so that the cleaning mechanism 3 can be completely contacted with the antiglare shield.
Since the conventional cleaning mechanism 3 can only perform cleaning in one direction when cleaning the antiglare shield, it is necessary to travel on the expressway twice in opposite directions to perform cleaning of both the front and back surfaces of the antiglare shield.
In the present invention, since the cleaning mechanism 3 includes the pair of cleaning roller brushes 35, the antiglare shield is wrapped between the pair of cleaning roller brushes 35, and after the cleaning roller brushes 35 are adjusted to the appropriate positions by the position adjusting mechanism 4, the cleaning vehicle 1 is started to travel along the expressway, and both the front and back surfaces of the antiglare shield are cleaned during the travel.
As shown in fig. 3, the position adjusting mechanism 4 is configured as a telescopic parallelogram parallel lever group 41 for the characteristic that the cleaning mechanism 3 is extended in an operating state and retracted in a non-operating state, and the telescopic mechanism 4 is driven to extend and retract by a hydraulic cylinder group 42.
Specifically, both ends of the parallel lever group 41 are movably installed inside the frame 2, and in this embodiment, both ends of the parallel lever group 41 are hinged inside the frame 2. And the parallel lever group 41 is bendable, so that when the cleaning mechanism 3 is in a non-working state, the parallel lever group 41 is folded, and when the cleaning mechanism 3 works, due to the parallelogram structure of the parallel lever group 41, when the angles of the two parallel sides and the machine frame 2 are closer to 90 degrees, the gap between the machine frames 2 is gradually increased, and the cleaning mechanism 3 can be more and more close to the antiglare shield.
In the present invention, the parallel lever group 41 is driven to bend or straighten by the hydraulic cylinder group 42.
As shown in fig. 3, in order to make the occupied area of the entire cleaning apparatus in the non-operating state as small as possible while the cleaning mechanism 3 can be brought into closer contact with the antiglare panel in the operating state, the parallel lever group 41 is provided in a multistage structure, specifically, the parallel lever group 41 includes at least two movable levers, and in this embodiment, the parallel lever group 41 includes two pairs of movable levers disposed in parallel, each of which is composed of a first lever 411 and a second lever 412, and since the parallel lever group 41 is bendable, the first lever 411 is movably connected with the second lever 412. As shown in fig. 2, the cleaning roller brush 35 is mounted on the cleaning frame 31, and a pair of hydraulic motors 32, a pair of couplings 33, and a pair of cleaning brush shafts 34 are mounted on the cleaning frame 31, and the pair of cleaning roller brushes 35 are mounted on the cleaning brush shafts 34, and in this embodiment, the cleaning roller brush 35 is arranged in such a manner that two roller brushes are connected in series, so that the pair of cleaning roller brushes 35 includes 4 roller brushes, in which two roller brushes connected in series are connected by the couplings.
In order to counteract the overturning force of the base of the anti-dazzle board, the invention sets the rotation directions of the pair of cleaning rolling brushes 35 to be in the same direction, and the anti-dazzle board is arranged between the pair of cleaning rolling brushes 35, thereby realizing the cleaning of the anti-dazzle board.
When the cleaning is started, the motor on the cleaning mechanism 3 starts to rotate, so that the two cleaning rolling brushes 35 wrap the anti-dazzle plate in the middle of the anti-dazzle plate, the bristles of the cleaning rolling brushes 35 under the high-speed rotation working condition are mutually overlapped by being thrown away, the cleaning rolling brushes 35 are made into a whole and are fully scraped with the surface of the anti-dazzle plate, the rotation directions of the two rotating shafts are the same to achieve the forces applied to the surface of the anti-dazzle plate in different directions, the two forces can be mutually offset, and the forces applied to the anti-dazzle plate due to the forward movement of the cleaning vehicle 1 and the high-speed rotation of the rolling brushes 35 in the cleaning process can be offset, so that the damage to a support connecting bolt or a support caused by the inclination of the anti-dazzle plate can not be caused.
