本发明涉及一种纺织技术领域,特别是涉及一种耐切割布料。
背景技术
越来越多的新闻报道了游客财物被盗的现象,其中绝大部分是由于手提包、旅行袋等被割破,造成贵重物品遭窃。现代工艺制造手提包、旅行袋等的材料为真皮、防皮、织物纤维等,具有柔软、轻便、美观的特性,却无法做到防割破,耐切割,这促进了一些功能性布料的研发与应用,使耐切割布料等特殊面料在手提包、旅行袋、军用物品等领域得到充分应用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述的技术现状而提供一种耐切割性强的布料。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种耐切割布料,包括表层和里层,所述表层由一种混合纱制成,所述混合纱由HMPE纤维、玻璃纤维、黑色涤纶和黑丝锦纶制成,所述黑色涤纶和黑丝锦纶包裹玻璃纤维形成复合纱,所述复合纱与HMPE纤维交织形成混合纱,所述里层为氨纶材料制成。
作为本发明中上述耐切割布料的改进,所述表层由四种材料制成的混合纱制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:耐切割布料包括表层和里层,所述表层由一种混合纱制成,所述混合纱由HMPE纤维、玻璃纤维、黑色涤纶和黑丝锦纶制成,所述黑色涤纶和黑丝锦纶包裹玻璃纤维形成复合纱,玻璃纤维具有高强度、高硬度、耐切割特性,包裹锦纶增加弹性和韧性,90%的包裹度,覆盖度高,使复合纱色泽一致;所述复合纱与HMPE纤维交织形成混合纱,HMPE具有高强度和耐切割的特性,进一步加强了布料的整体耐切割特性;所述里层为氨纶材料制成,氨纶保形性好、手感柔软舒适、增加布料的整体舒适感;所述布料整体强度高、耐切割性强、手感舒适、柔软度佳、可以广泛应用于手提包、旅行袋等领域。

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
如图1-图2所示,本实施例为一种耐切割布料,包括表层1和里层2,所述表层1由一种混合纱制成3,所述混合纱3由HMPE纤维4、玻璃纤维5、黑色涤纶6和黑丝锦纶7制成;HMPE,全称是:HMHDPE,中文名称是:高分子量高密度聚乙烯,是一种介于超高分子量聚乙烯与高密度聚乙烯中间的聚乙烯,其特征为重均分子量约20-50万的线型均聚物或共聚物,MFR为0.01-0.17g /min (在2100g 荷重下),分子量分布软宽,耐应力开裂性、冲击强度、拉伸强度、刚性、耐磨性和化学稳定性等均优于HDPE,可长期在恶劣的环境中工作;玻璃纤维是一种性能优异的无机非金属材料,英文原名为:glass fiber ,成分为二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化钙、氧化硼、氧化镁、氧化钠等,它是以玻璃球或废旧玻璃为原料经高温熔制、拉丝、络纱、织布等工艺,最后形成各类产品,玻璃纤维单丝的直径从几个微米到二十几米个微米,相当于一根头发丝的 1/20-1/5 ,每束纤维原丝都有数百根甚至上千根单丝组成,通常作为复材料中的增强材料,电绝缘材料和绝热保温材料,电路基板等,广泛应用于国民经济各个领域,玻璃纤维比有机纤维耐温高,不燃,抗腐,隔热、隔音性好(特别是玻璃棉),抗拉强度高,电绝缘性好(如无碱玻璃纤维),用有机材料被覆玻璃纤维可提高其柔韧性,用以制成包装布、窗纱、贴墙布、覆盖布、防护服和绝电、隔音材料;锦纶是聚酰胺纤维,具有特殊的光泽与膨松性,抗起球、减少静电、手感良好等特性;所述黑色涤纶6和黑丝锦纶7包裹玻璃纤维5形成复合纱8,所述复合纱8与HMPE纤维4交织形成混合纱3,所述里层2为氨纶材料9制成,氨纶,俗称莱卡,是一种弹力纤维,由美国杜邦公司于1959年发明,其具有很强的弹性,伸展度可达500%,且能回复原样,比橡胶的强度更大,也更耐磨。
