Description

Power supply breaking device for elevator brake
Technical Field
The invention relates to an elevator brake control device, in particular to an elevator brake power supply breaking device.
Background
The elevator brake is a braking component acting on a traction sheave of an elevator traction machine, an induction coil is arranged in the elevator brake, when the elevator runs, the induction coil of the elevator brake is electrified to enable a brake pad of the brake to leave the traction sheave, at the moment, the motor drives the traction sheave to rotate, and the traction sheave drives a steel wire rope to drive an elevator car to move upwards or downwards on a guide rail; when the elevator stops, the induction coil of the elevator brake is powered off to enable the brake pad of the brake to brake the traction sheave, and after braking, the elevator car is stopped on the guide rail through the traction sheave and the steel wire rope.
In the process, the elevator brake controls the brake pad to brake or not brake by switching off or switching on the induction coil of the elevator brake, the traditional brake control circuit is characterized in that two groups of contactor contacts are connected in series at two ends of the induction coil of the brake, when the two groups of contactor contacts are closed, the induction coil of the elevator brake is switched on, and the induction coil attracts the brake pad, so that the brake pad is far away from the brake disc and does not brake at the moment; when the two groups of contactor contacts are disconnected or one group of contactor contacts are disconnected, the induction coil of the elevator brake is powered off, and the induction coil releases the brake pad, so that the brake pad contacts the brake disc, and braking is realized. In the working process, as the working current of the elevator brake coil is direct current, the requirement for disconnecting the contactor contacts is high, the contactor disconnection direct current value with the same specification is one tenth of the disconnection alternating current value, and the contacts can generate larger sparks under the counter potential effect of the induction coil at the moment of disconnection, so that a spark eliminating circuit is often needed to be connected in order to avoid the sparks, but after the spark eliminating circuit is connected in, the induction coil generates follow current, the induction coil is easy to delay to release a brake pad, the timely braking of a brake disc is influenced, and potential safety hazards exist.
