The excreted urine flows into the urine tray at the lower side by gravity through the surface layer solid-liquid separation net and the porous moving bed body, and then flows into the liquid phase collecting tank through the liquid phase collecting pipeline for storage. The dry manure is trapped on the surface layer solid-liquid separation net of the movable separation bed, so that the real-time solid-liquid separation is realized. Meanwhile, when sediment exists in the urine receiving disc, the porous flushing pipelines positioned at the two sides of the urine receiving disc are opened to flush the sediment in the urine receiving disc, so that the liquid phase flow of the urine receiving disc is ensured to be smooth.
And thirdly, after the livestock leaves the moving bed area, sensing barrier-free information through a barrier detection sensor, starting or adjusting a moving separation bed through a frequency converter to drive a speed reducer to a high moving speed of 0.5-1m/min, and simultaneously starting a battery valve of a water drinking bowl drainage pipeline to drain the water drinking bowl.
And fourthly, moving the dry manure to the scraper blade position arranged at the tail end of the movable separation bed along with the movement of the movable separation bed, and separating the dry manure from the solid-liquid separation net on the surface layer of the movable separation bed by means of dead weight of the dry manure and the compression stripping action of the PE scraper blade, so that the dry manure falls into a solid-phase storage pool for centralized storage.
Step five, continuously moving a surface solid-liquid separation net and a porous moving bed body which are separated from dry manure to a position of a cleaning and dehumidifying structure positioned at the bottom of the bed body, starting a cleaning pump, spraying cleaning water from a fan-shaped nozzle, flushing the surface solid-liquid separation net and the porous moving bed body with pressurized water, simultaneously starting an electromagnetic valve connected with a compressed air source and a super air knife purging box, and dehumidifying residual moisture after flushing the porous moving bed body and the surface solid-liquid separation net with high-flow air; the dehumidified surface solid-liquid separation net and the porous moving bed body continue to move to the sterilizing structure position, and the partial rapid heating mode of ultraviolet lamp irradiation or heating pipe heating to 75 ℃ is adopted to inactivate microorganisms such as bacteria, pathogens and the like which possibly remain, so that the complete cycle process of the excrement collection and transportation of the moving separation bed body is completed.
Preferably, in the fifth step, the cleaning and dehumidifying cycle is started every 6 to 24 hours according to the residual degree of the excrement of the movable separation bed, so that the flow rate of flushing water and compressed air is reduced, and the water source and the energy consumption are saved.

The main control system comprises a PLC, a man-machine interface, a GPRS module and a series of intermediate relays for controlling the switching value output, and is used for controlling the operation of each functional area of the moving bed.

The liquid phase collecting pipeline is respectively connected with the flushing water collecting disc and the urine collecting disc of the movable separation bed main body, is connected with the liquid phase storage pool positioned in the large-scale cultivation house after being collected into the main pipe, and is used for respectively collecting and storing various liquids.
