Therefore, how to overcome the problem that when a mobile device receives a new message, a breathing lamp on the mobile device continuously flickers to further interfere with a user, and the user experience is influenced is a problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.

The first conductive layer 101 and the second conductive layer 102 are transparent conductive layers, and the display layer 103 is located at the lowest layer of the mobile phone aperture.
When no new message comes to the mobile phone, the first conductive layer 101 and the second conductive layer 102 have voltage, generally one conductive layer is electrified with positive voltage, the other conductive layer is electrified with negative voltage, specifically which layer is electrified with positive voltage, which layer is electrified with negative voltage can be determined according to actual conditions.
