Abstract

本发明公开了一种三相异步电动机接线柱,包括安装板,所述安装板的内部固定连接连接有接触块,所述接触块的数量为两个,所述接触块的底部固定连接有第一螺纹杆,所述第一螺纹杆的底部延伸至安装板的外部,所述安装板顶部的两侧均固定连接有固定框,所述固定框的顶部开设有螺纹孔,固定框的顶部贯穿设置有第二螺纹杆。本发明通过安装板、接触块、第一螺纹杆、固定框、螺纹孔、第二螺纹杆、移动块、凹槽、弹簧、挤压块、第一螺母和垫片进行配合,将导线伸进固定框的内腔,能够使移动块竖向移动,移动块带动弹簧和挤压块向下移动对导线进行压紧,使得导线与接线柱连接紧密,避免出现接触不良的现象,便于人们的使用。

本发明涉及三相异步电动机接线柱技术领域,具体为一种三相异步电动机接线柱。
背景技术
三相异步电机是感应电动机的一种,是靠同时接入380V三相交流电流供电的一类电动机,由于三相异步电动机的转子与定子旋转磁场以相同的方向、不同的转速成旋转,存在转差率,所以叫三相异步电动机,三相异步电动机转子的转速低于旋转磁场的转速,转子绕组因与磁场间存在着相对运动而产生电动势和电流,并与磁场相互作用产生电磁转矩,实现能量变换,三相异步电机壳体上设置有用于连接导线的接线柱,现有的接线柱大都通过螺纹杆与导线缠绕连接,在长时间使用的过程中容易使导线与接线柱接触不良,从而造成短路的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种三相异步电动机接线柱,具备导线与接线柱接触紧密,避免出现接触不良现象的优点,解决了现有的接线柱大都通过螺纹杆与导线缠绕连接,在长时间使用的过程中容易使导线与接线柱接触不良,从而造成短路现象的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种三相异步电动机接线柱,包括安装板,所述安装板的内部固定连接连接有接触块,所述接触块的数量为两个,所述接触块的底部固定连接有第一螺纹杆,所述第一螺纹杆的底部延伸至安装板的外部,所述安装板顶部的两侧均固定连接有固定框,所述固定框的顶部开设有螺纹孔,所述固定框的顶部贯穿设置有第二螺纹杆,所述第二螺纹杆的底部贯穿螺纹孔并延伸至固定框的内腔,所述第二螺纹杆与螺纹孔螺纹连接,所述第二螺纹杆的底部固定连接有移动块,所述移动块的底部开设有凹槽,所述凹槽内腔的顶部固定连接有弹簧,所述弹簧的底部固定连接有挤压块,所述挤压块的底部延伸至固定框的内腔,所述第二螺纹杆的表面套设有第二螺母,所述第二螺母与第二螺纹杆螺纹连接,所述第二螺母位于固定框的上方,所述第二螺纹杆的表面且位于第二螺母与固定框之间套设有垫片,所述垫片的底部与固定框的顶部接触。
优选的,所述安装板的表面开设有安装孔,所述安装孔的数量为两个,所述安装孔位于固定框的两侧。
优选的,所述第一螺纹杆的表面套设有第一螺母,所述第一螺母与第一螺纹杆螺纹连接,所述第一螺母位于安装板的底部。
优选的,所述凹槽内腔的两侧均开设有滑槽,所述挤压块两侧的顶部均固定连接有滑块,所述滑块远离挤压块的一侧延伸至滑槽的内腔。
优选的,所述第二螺纹杆的底部固定连接有手轮,所述手轮的表面设置有防滑纹。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过安装板、接触块、第一螺纹杆、固定框、螺纹孔、第二螺纹杆、移动块、凹槽、弹簧、挤压块、第一螺母和垫片进行配合,将导线伸进固定框的内腔,能够使移动块竖向移动,移动块带动弹簧和挤压块向下移动对导线进行压紧,使得导线与接线柱连接紧密,避免出现接触不良的现象,便于人们的使用。
2、本发明通过设置安装孔,方便将安装板固定安装在电机的壳体上,通过设置第一螺母,可以将电机壳体内部导线缠绕至第一螺纹杆上,并通过第一螺母对其进行压紧,通过设置滑槽和滑块,能够对挤压块进行平衡支撑,便于挤压块的竖向移动,通过设置手轮,增大了第二螺纹杆与手指的接触面积,便于第二螺纹杆的旋转,通过设置第二螺母和垫片(),也可以将导线缠在第二螺纹杆(6)上,通过旋转第二螺母(11)对其进行压紧。

请参阅图1-3,一种三相异步电动机接线柱,包括安装板1,安装板1的表面开设有安装孔13,安装孔13的数量为两个,安装孔13位于固定框4的两侧,通过设置安装孔13,方便将安装板1固定安装在电机的壳体上,安装板1的内部固定连接连接有接触块2,接触块2的数量为两个,接触块2的底部固定连接有第一螺纹杆3,第一螺纹杆3的底部延伸至安装板1的外部,第一螺纹杆3的表面套设有第一螺母14,第一螺母14与第一螺纹杆3螺纹连接,第一螺母14位于安装板1的底部,通过设置第一螺母14,可以将电机壳体内部导线缠绕至第一螺纹杆3上,并通过第一螺母14对其进行压紧,安装板1顶部的两侧均固定连接有固定框4,固定框4的顶部开设有螺纹孔5,固定框4的顶部贯穿设置有第二螺纹杆6,第二螺纹杆6的底部贯穿螺纹孔5并延伸至固定框4的内腔,第二螺纹杆6与螺纹孔5螺纹连接,第二螺纹杆6的底部固定连接有移动块7,移动块7的底部开设有凹槽8,凹槽8内腔的顶部固定连接有弹簧9,弹簧9的底部固定连接有挤压块10,挤压块10的底部延伸至固定框4的内腔,凹槽8内腔的两侧均开设有滑槽15,挤压块10两侧的顶部均固定连接有滑块16,滑块16远离挤压块10的一侧延伸至滑槽15的内腔,通过设置滑槽15和滑块16,能够对挤压块10进行平衡支撑,便于挤压块10的竖向移动,第二螺纹杆6的表面套设有第二螺母11,第二螺母11与第二螺纹杆6螺纹连接,第二螺母11位于固定框4的上方,第二螺纹杆6的表面且位于第二螺母11与固定框4之间套设有垫片12,垫片12的底部与固定框4的顶部接触,通过设置第二螺母11和垫片12,也可以将导线缠在第二螺纹杆6上,通过旋转第二螺母11对其进行压紧,第二螺纹杆6的底部固定连接有手轮17,手轮17的表面设置有防滑纹,通过设置手轮17,增大了第二螺纹杆6与手指的接触面积,便于第二螺纹杆6的旋转,通过安装板1、接触块2、第一螺纹杆3、固定框4、螺纹孔5、第二螺纹杆6、移动块7、凹槽8、弹簧9、挤压块10、第一螺母14和垫片12进行配合,将导线伸进固定框4的内腔,能够使移动块7竖向移动,移动块7带动弹簧9和挤压块10向下移动对导线进行压紧,使得导线与接线柱连接紧密,避免出现接触不良的现象,便于人们的使用。
使用时,将导线伸进固定框4的内腔,旋转手轮17带动第二螺纹杆6旋转,通过第二螺纹杆6与螺纹孔5螺纹连接,使第二螺纹杆6向下移动,第二螺纹杆6带动移动块7向下移动,移动块7带动弹簧9和挤压块10向下移动,通过挤压块10对导线进行压紧,弹簧9对挤压块10产生一个张力,促使挤压块10与导线紧密接触,从而对导线进行压紧,避免出现接触不良现象,也可以将导线缠绕在第二螺纹杆6上,旋转第二螺母11使第二螺母11向下移动,通过第二螺母11对导线进行压紧。
综上所述:该三相异步电动机接线柱,通过安装板1、接触块2、第一螺纹杆3、固定框4、螺纹孔5、第二螺纹杆6、移动块7、凹槽8、弹簧9、挤压块10、第一螺母14和垫片12的配合,解决了现有的接线柱大都通过螺纹杆与导线缠绕连接,在长时间使用的过程中容易使导线与接线柱接触不良,从而造成短路现象的问题。
