本发明提供了一种抗弯曲的光缆,它包括电传输单元、依序地包覆在电传输单元外圆柱形的隔水层、内护套、铠装层、外护套,所述电传输单元的数量有3‑7个,彼此独立且同置于隔水层内,每个电传输单元包括有共置于一个柔性套管内的分别包覆有绝缘层的2根光纤,所述电传输单元为圆柱形,且都与隔水层内切;其特征在于:还包括沿着隔水层的中心线延伸的截面为正N边形的弹性芯,其中N为3‑7,所述电传输单元分别开设有沿其中心线向弹性芯开设的扇形槽,所述弹性芯的正N边形的N个顶角分别嵌入所述扇形槽中,且所述扇形槽的圆心角小于所述顶角。

一种抗弯曲的光缆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,特别是一种抗弯曲的光缆。
背景技术
在国际申请WO97/40504 A1中描述了一种自支承电缆,其具有在绝缘电导体周围的屏蔽带,当缆线悬挂于固定点上时屏蔽带有效地保护着缆线。缆线可配备有在上述区域中的管。国际申请WO2004/006272 A1描述了一种电缆,其具有部分导电材料的屏蔽条带,该屏蔽条带在绝缘电导体与缆线护套之间的区域中沿着缆线而敷设。导电线在条带中沿着其整个长度而敷设并且形成有效防护以在缆线被导电物体穿透时切断缆线电压。而且,管也可布置于这种缆线中。
上述类型的缆线良好地适用于它们的目的,但如果它们配备了用于光缆的管,则会出现问题。当制造或处理缆线时管可能会变形,且这种变形导致不可能安装光纤。例如当缆线由悬挂设备沿着缆线而悬挂、或者由捆扎装置在缆线端部处固持时,可能会出现这种变形。埋入地面的缆线可能会由于石头而变形,且甚至置于海底的缆线可能会经受使管变形的力。管可被制造得非常强固,使得其耐受变形力。这会具有以下缺点:管会变得非常刚硬且所有缆线将会是有刚性的且难以处理。
发明内容
基于解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种抗弯曲的光缆,它包括光传输单元、依序地包覆在光传输单元外圆柱形的隔水层、内护套、铠装层、外护套,所述光传输单元的数量有3-7个,彼此独立且同置于隔水层内,每个光传输单元包括有共置于一个柔性套管内的分别包覆有绝缘层的2根光纤,所述光传输单元为圆柱形,且都与隔水层内切;其特征在于:还包括沿着隔水层的中心线延伸的截面为正N边形的弹性芯,其中N为3-7,所述光传输单元分别开设有沿其中心线向弹性芯开设的扇形槽,所述弹性芯的正N边形的N个顶角分别嵌入所述扇形槽中,且所述扇形槽的圆心角小于所述顶角。
根据本发明的实施例,所述柔性套管的弹性模量小于所述弹性芯的弹性模量。
根据本发明的实施例,所述光传输单元与所述隔水层相内切的位置处设置有位于柔性套管内部的弹性体。
根据本发明的实施例,所述2根光纤分别位于其对应的所述圆心角的角平分线两侧。
根据本发明的实施例,在所述的同置于隔水层内的各个光传输单元之间的空域内填充有填充料。
根据本发明的实施例,所述的填充料为岩棉绳和聚丙烯纤维中的任意一种。
根据本发明的实施例,所述的柔性套管内填充有填充物。
根据本发明的实施例,所述填充物的弹性模量小于所述弹性芯的弹性模量。
本发明的优点如下:(1)利用弹性芯来缓冲弯曲力,防止光传输单元的彼此错位;(2)每个光传输单元的弹性体可以最大限度的缓冲来自外界的应力,避免产生对光纤的过度扭曲;(3)套管的扇形槽可以使得套管所受的压力传递至弹性芯,并且使得套管向两侧释放压力,避免内部光纤受损。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本发明提供了一种抗弯曲的软电缆,它包括电传输单元6、依序地包覆在电传输单元6外圆柱形的隔水层4、内护套3、铠装层2、外护套1,所述电传输单元6的数量有3-7个,彼此独立且同置于隔水层4内,每个电传输单元6包括有共置于一个柔性套管9内的分别包覆有绝缘层12的2根输电导体13,所述电传输单元6为圆柱形,且都与隔水层4内切;还包括沿着隔水层4的中心线(即电缆的中心轴线)延伸的截面为正N边形的弹性芯7,其中N为3-7,所述电传输单元6分别开设有沿其中心线向弹性芯7开设的扇形槽14,所述弹性芯7的正N边形的N个顶角分别嵌入所述扇形槽14中,且所述扇形槽14的圆心角小于所述顶角。
其中,所述的柔性套管9内填充有填充物11,且所述柔性套管9的弹性模量小于所述弹性芯7的弹性模量,所述填充物11的弹性模量也小于所述弹性芯7的弹性模量。这样可以使得弹性芯7分担来自外界的压力,使得扇形槽14向顶角的两侧释放压力,参见图2,其中,压力15自上而下,扇形槽向横向方向16扩张,释放压力。
所述电传输单元6与所述隔水层4相内切的位置处设置有位于柔性套管9内部的弹性体10,所述弹性体为弧状,且其与柔性管形状相匹配,且隔着所述柔性套管最接近所述隔水层4。所述2根输电导体13分别位于其对应的所述圆心角的角平分线两侧。
在所述的同置于隔水层4内的各个电传输单元6之间的空域内填充有填充料5,所述的填充料5为岩棉绳和聚丙烯纤维中的任意一种。
此外,其输电导体还可以替换为光纤,用于传输光信号,也能够起到保护光纤的作用。
最后应说明的是:显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引申出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之中。

1.一种抗弯曲的光缆,它包括光传输单元、依序地包覆在光传输单元外圆柱形的隔水层、内护套、铠装层、外护套,所述光传输单元的数量有3-7个,彼此独立且同置于隔水层内,每个光传输单元包括有共置于一个柔性套管内的分别包覆有绝缘层的2根光纤,所述光传输单元为圆柱形,且都与隔水层内切;其特征在于:还包括沿着隔水层的中心线延伸的截面为正N边形的弹性芯,其中N为3-7,所述光传输单元分别开设有沿其中心线向弹性芯开设的扇形槽,所述弹性芯的正N边形的N个顶角分别嵌入所述扇形槽中,且所述扇形槽的圆心角小于所述顶角;所述柔性套管的弹性模量小于所述弹性芯的弹性模量;所述光传输单元与所述隔水层相内切的位置处设置有位于柔性套管内部的弹性体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗弯曲的光缆,其特征在于:所述2根光纤分别位于其对应的所述圆心角的角平分线两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗弯曲的光缆,其特征在于:在所述的同置于隔水层内的各个光传输单元之间的空域内填充有填充料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗弯曲的光缆,其特征在于:所述的填充料为岩棉绳和聚丙烯纤维中的任意一种。
