For the present invention, the intelligent personal health management system may comprise an intelligent terminal and a remote server, wherein:
the body static characteristic information acquisition unit 100, the image display unit 300, the body dynamic characteristic information acquisition unit 400, the diet health information acquisition unit 500 and the software use time monitoring unit 800 are installed on the intelligent terminal;
the physical health recognition and image generation unit 200, the diet health analysis processing unit 600, the exercise management unit 700, and the software use time monitoring unit 800 are installed on a remote server;
the intelligent terminal is in wireless connection with the remote server (for example, connected through a 4G wireless communication module or a WIFI module).
It should be noted that the remote server includes a plurality of computers.
Therefore, based on the above technical solutions, it can be known that, for the intelligent personal health management system provided by the present invention, the virtual human body animation image (such as a virtual human body contour, or cartoon image such as cartoon image and anthropomorphic electronic pet) can be utilized to visualize the personal health condition of the user at the intelligent terminal, the real health data is intuitively reflected through the virtual human body animation image through analysis and processing, and the psychological mapping effect of the animated image on the personal health is utilized to improve the attention degree of the user on the self health.
Meanwhile, the method and the system can help the user to avoid influencing the physical health due to excessive fascination of the game by detecting the duration of operating the game software on the intelligent terminal, provide powerful management for the physical health of the user, and achieve the effect of continuously improving the self health of the user.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the invention provides an intelligent personal health management system, which can vividly display the physical health status of a user, and can enable the user to visually know the real physical status of the user without the user having professional health knowledge, thereby promoting the user to actively promote the health level of the user, bringing convenience to the health preserving activities of the user, being beneficial to enhancing the life quality of the user, and having great production practice significance.

Claims (8)

1. An intelligent personal health management system, comprising a body static characteristic information acquisition unit (100), a body health recognition and image generation unit (200) and an image display unit (300), wherein:
the body static characteristic information acquisition unit (100) is used for acquiring body static characteristic information of a user in advance and then sending the body static characteristic information to the body health recognition and image generation unit (200);
the body health recognition and image generation unit (200) is connected with the body static characteristic information acquisition unit (100) and is used for presetting and storing the corresponding relation between the body static characteristic information of the user and the virtual human body animation image, reading the corresponding virtual human body animation image of the user according to the body static characteristic information of the user obtained from the body static characteristic information acquisition unit (100), and then sending the virtual human body animation image to the image display unit (300) for displaying;
the image display unit (300) is connected with the physical health recognition and image generation unit (200) and is used for displaying the virtual human body animation image sent by the physical health recognition and image generation unit (200) in real time;
the body static characteristic information acquisition unit (100) comprises one or more of a camera, a receiver, a microphone, an audio identification module, a key input module, a capacitive touch screen module or a resistive touch screen module, which are arranged on a preset intelligent terminal;
the system also comprises a body dynamic characteristic information acquisition unit (400) which is used for acquiring body dynamic characteristic information of a user in advance and then sending the body dynamic characteristic information to a body health recognition and image generation unit (200);
correspondingly, the body health recognition and image generation unit (200) is also connected with the body dynamic characteristic information acquisition unit (400) and is used for presetting and storing the corresponding relation between the body dynamic characteristic information of the user and the virtual local morphological characteristic image, reading the corresponding virtual local morphological characteristic image according to the body dynamic characteristic information of the user obtained from the body dynamic characteristic information acquisition unit (200), overlaying the corresponding virtual local morphological characteristic image to the preset corresponding position of the virtual human body animation image of the user, and sending the virtual local morphological characteristic image to the image display unit (300) for displaying.
2. The intelligent personal health management system of claim 1, further comprising a diet health information collecting unit (500) for collecting diet health information of the user in advance and then transmitting to the diet health analysis processing unit (600);
and the diet health analysis processing unit (600) is respectively connected with the diet health information acquisition unit (500) and the image display unit (300) and is used for presetting and storing the corresponding relationship between the diet health information of the user and the diet nutrient component information, acquiring the diet nutrient component information ingested by the user according to the diet health information of the user acquired from the diet health information acquisition unit (500), and then transmitting the diet nutrient component information to the image display unit (300) for displaying.

The intelligent personal health management system of claim 2, wherein the diet health analysis processing unit (600) is further configured to preset and store the corresponding relationship between different diet nutrient composition information and different diet advice information, and then read the corresponding diet advice information according to the diet nutrient composition information ingested by the user, and then send the same to the image display unit (300) for display.
4. The intelligent personal health management system of claim 2, wherein the user's dietary health information includes a specific type, weight and intake time of the user's diet;
the dietary nutritional component information comprises at least one of water, energy, vitamins, carbohydrates, fat and protein components contained in the diet.

The intelligent personal health management system according to claim 2, further comprising an exercise management unit (700) respectively connected to the diet health information collection unit (500) and the image display unit (300) for presetting and storing the correspondence between the diet health information of the user and the daily exercise management information, acquiring the corresponding daily exercise management information required by the user according to the diet health information of the user acquired from the diet health information collection unit (500), and transmitting the acquired daily exercise management information to the image display unit (300) for display.

The intelligent personal health management system of claim 5, further comprising a software usage time monitoring unit (800) pre-installed on the intelligent terminal and connected to the image display unit (300) for pre-defining all software on the intelligent terminal into two types, namely game software and non-game software, then detecting and counting the operation time of each software on the intelligent terminal in a preset time period in real time, calculating the total operation time of the game software in the preset time period, and sending an alarm prompt to the image display unit (300) when the total operation time of the game software in the preset time period is greater than or equal to the preset time period harmful to the physical health of the user.
7. The intelligent personal health management system of claim 6, comprising an intelligent terminal and a remote server, wherein:
the body static characteristic information acquisition unit (100), the image display unit (300), the body dynamic characteristic information acquisition unit (400), the diet health information acquisition unit (500) and the software use time monitoring unit (800) are installed on the intelligent terminal;
the physical health recognition and image generation unit (200), the diet health analysis processing unit (600) and the exercise management unit (700) are installed on a remote server;
the intelligent terminal is in wireless connection with the remote server.
8. The intelligent personal health management system of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the user's physical static characteristic information comprises at least one of sex, age, height, weight, circumference and body fat information of the user;
the body dynamic characteristic information of the user comprises at least one of blood pressure, heart rate, sleeping time per day and exercise step number information of the user.
