With continued reference to fig. 3, step S107 is performed: after judging whether the civil engineering and decoration integrated model meets the drawing, electromechanical design specification and electromechanical acceptance specification of electromechanical profession, the method further comprises the step S109: if the civil engineering and decoration integrated model meets the drawing, electromechanical design specification and electromechanical acceptance specification of electromechanical profession, a detailed list of all parts of the kitchen and bathroom sun wall and floor tiles and a detailed list of all electromechanical parts are established.

s101: selecting any house type in a standard floor of a residential building according to a proposed kitchen and bathroom positive room decoration scheme, and selecting a main BIM model of any house type according to an original two-dimensional drawing of any house type, wherein the kitchen and bathroom positive room decoration scheme comprises drawings of each specialty required by a current construction project;
s103: establishing a kitchen and bath sun wall and floor tile arrangement model according to the main body BIM model and a kitchen and bath sun room decoration scheme;
s105: judging whether the kitchen and bath sun wall and floor tile arrangement model meets the drawing, building acceptance standard, electromechanical acceptance standard and site construction conditions of each specialty;
s106: if yes, drawing electrical pipelines and pre-embedding wire boxes according to the kitchen and bathroom sun wall and floor tile arrangement model, and creating a civil engineering and decoration integrated model;
s107: judging whether the civil engineering decoration integrated model meets the drawing, electromechanical design specification and electromechanical acceptance specification of electromechanical specialty;
s108: if yes, drawing according to the civil engineering and decoration integrated model to obtain a deepened design drawing.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method for designing deep decoration of kitchen and bathroom sunny rooms based on the BIM technology comprises the steps of selecting any house type in a standard floor of a residential building according to a planned kitchen and bathroom sunny room decoration scheme, and after selecting a BIM model of a main body of the house type according to an original two-dimensional drawing of the any house type, the method further comprises:
s102: judging whether the modeling fineness of the main BIM model meets the modeling precision of a construction process model;
if yes, go to step S103;
if not, executing step S104: and modifying the main body BIM model to ensure that the modeling fineness of the main body BIM model conforms to the modeling precision of the construction process model.
3. The BIM technology-based kitchen and bathroom sun room decoration deepening design method as claimed in claim 1, wherein after judging whether the civil engineering and finishing integration model meets the drawing, electromechanical design specifications and electromechanical acceptance specifications of electromechanical professions, the method further comprises:
s109: and if the civil engineering and decoration integrated model conforms to the drawing, electromechanical design specification and electromechanical acceptance specification of the electromechanical specialty, establishing the detail list of each component of the kitchen and bath sun wall and floor tiles and the detail list of each component of the electromechanical department.

The BIM technology-based kitchen and bath sun room decoration deepening design method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the creating of the kitchen and bath sun wall and floor tile arrangement model according to the main BIM model and the kitchen and bath sun decoration scheme comprises the following processes:
sequentially selecting each room of a kitchen and bathroom sun in any house type of a standard floor of a residential building, and sequentially creating a wall and floor tile arrangement model of each room according to a main body BIM model and a decoration scheme of each room;
and acquiring the kitchen and bathroom sun wall and floor tile arrangement model of any house type according to the wall and floor tile arrangement model of each room.
5. The method for deepening kitchen and bathroom decoration based on the BIM technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein drawing is performed according to the civil engineering and decoration integrated model to obtain a deepening design drawing, comprising the following steps:
establishing an image folder for each house type, and establishing a corresponding image folder for each room in each house type;
determining the picture frame size of a room decoration graph, the placing number of a plane graph and an elevation graph in the picture frame and the placing positions of the plane graph and the elevation graph in the picture frame according to the civil engineering and decoration integrated model and the portability of constructors;
drawing is carried out according to drawing catalog description, a general plan of a house type, two three-dimensional views corresponding to each room in the same house type, and drawing sequences of an elevation view and a plan view.

9. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein during the drawing process according to the civil engineering and finishing integration model, drawing paper is labeled according to BIM drawing labeling principle.
