An embodiment of the specification provides an information acquisition method and device and an electronic device:
according to a first aspect of embodiments herein, there is provided an information acquisition method, the method including:
the server acquires the identification and payment information of a payee under the condition that the payment operation of the payer is successfully processed;
acquiring a language identifier and payee information which are uploaded by a payee and correspond to the payee identifier in advance;
acquiring a target language and a receipt template corresponding to the language identifier;
writing the payment information and payee information into the receipt template in the target language to generate receipt information in the target language;
and returning the receipt information of the target language to the client of the payer.
According to a second aspect of embodiments of the present specification, there is provided an information acquisition method including:
the server receives a request for acquiring receipt information initiated by a client of a payer; wherein, the request carries a payment identifier;
acquiring a payee identification and payment information of the payment operation corresponding to the payment identification;
acquiring a language identifier and payee information which are uploaded by a payee and correspond to the payee identifier in advance;
acquiring a target language and a receipt template corresponding to the language identifier;
writing the payment information and payee information into the receipt template in the target language to generate receipt information in the target language;
and returning the receipt information of the target language to the client of the payer.
According to a third aspect of embodiments herein, there is provided an information acquisition method, the method including:
the method comprises the steps that a server sends payment information, a language identifier uploaded by a payee in advance and payee information to a client of a payer under the condition that payment operation of the payer is successfully processed;
the client of the payer receives and displays the payment information returned by the server;
when a preset button is triggered, the client of the payer locally acquires a target language and a receipt template corresponding to the language identifier;
the client of the payer writes the payment information and the payee information into the receipt template in the target language to generate receipt information in the target language;
the client of the payer displays receipt information in the target language.
According to a fourth aspect of embodiments herein, there is provided an information acquisition apparatus, the apparatus including:
the server acquires the identification and payment information of a payee under the condition of successfully processing the payment operation of the payer to the payee;
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring the language identifier and the payee information which are uploaded by the payee corresponding to the payee identifier in advance;
the third acquisition unit is used for acquiring a target language and a receipt template corresponding to the language identifier;
the generating unit writes the payment information and the payee information into the receipt template in the target language and generates receipt information in the target language;
and the return unit returns the receipt information of the target language to the client of the payer.
According to a fifth aspect of embodiments herein, there is provided an information acquisition apparatus, the apparatus including:
the receiving unit is used for receiving a request for acquiring receipt information initiated by a client of a payer by a server; wherein, the request carries a payment identifier;
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring a payee identifier and payment information of the payment operation corresponding to the payment identifier;
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring the language identifier and the payee information which are uploaded by the payee corresponding to the payee identifier in advance;
the third acquisition unit is used for acquiring a target language and a receipt template corresponding to the language identifier;
the generating unit writes the payment information and the payee information into the receipt template in the target language and generates receipt information in the target language;
and the return unit returns the receipt information of the target language to the client of the payer.
According to a sixth aspect of embodiments herein, there is provided an information acquisition apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a sending unit, a payment processing unit and a payment processing unit, wherein the server sends payment information, a language identifier uploaded by a payee in advance and payee information to a client of a payer under the condition that payment operation of the payer is successfully processed;
the client of the payer receives and displays the payment information returned by the server;
the client of the payer acquires a target language and a receipt template corresponding to the language identifier from the local when a preset button is triggered;
the generating unit is used for writing the payment information and the payee information into the receipt template by the client of the payer in the target language and generating the receipt information of the target language;
and the client of the payer displays the receipt information of the target language.
According to a seventh aspect of embodiments herein, there is provided an electronic apparatus comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured as any one of the above information acquisition methods.
The embodiment of the specification provides an information acquisition scheme, and a client of a payer can display receipt information of payment in a language and receipt format mode of a region where a payee is located; therefore, the payee can quickly confirm the payment result directly according to the receipt information displayed by the client of the payer.
Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present specification. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the specification, as detailed in the appended claims.

It should be understood that although the terms first, second, third, etc. may be used herein to describe various information, these information should not be limited to these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish one type of information from another. For example, the first information may also be referred to as second information, and similarly, the second information may also be referred to as first information, without departing from the scope of the present specification. The word "if" as used herein may be interpreted as "at … …" or "when … …" or "in response to a determination", depending on the context.
FIG. 1 illustrates an exemplary system architecture conceptual diagram that may be applicable herein. In the system architecture conceptual diagram 100, various network nodes can communicate information via a network, and then perform interaction and data processing. The system architecture conceptual diagram 100 may include a server 105 in data communication with one or more clients 106 via a network 112, and a database 115 that may be integrated with the server 105 or separate from the server 105. The server 105 may correspond to a service platform of the payment network.
Each network 112 may include wired or wireless telecommunication devices through which network devices on which clients 106 are based may exchange data. For example, each network 112 may include a local area network ("LAN"), a wide area network ("WAN"), an intranet, the internet, a mobile telephone network, a Virtual Private Network (VPN), a cellular or other mobile communication network, bluetooth, NFC, or any combination thereof. In the discussion of the exemplary embodiments, it should be understood that the terms "data" and "information" are used interchangeably herein to refer to text, images, audio, video, or any other form of information that may be present in a computer-based environment.
The network device on which each client 106 is based may include a device having a communication module capable of sending and receiving data via the network 112. For example, the network devices on which each client 106 is based may include a server, desktop computer, laptop computer, tablet computer, smart phone, handheld computer, personal digital assistant ("PDA"), or any other wired or wireless processor-driven device. In the exemplary embodiment depicted in fig. 1, the network device upon which the client 106 is based may be operated by an end user.
A user (including an individual or organization) may use an application, such as a web browser application or a standalone application, to view, download, upload, or otherwise access files or web pages via the network 112. The network includes wired or wireless telecommunication systems or devices through which network devices (including devices 105, 106) can exchange data. For example, network 112 may include a local area network ("LAN"), a wide area network ("WAN"), an intranet, the internet, a Storage Area Network (SAN), a Personal Area Network (PAN), a Metropolitan Area Network (MAN), a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), a Virtual Private Network (VPN), a cellular or other mobile communication network, bluetooth, NFC, or any combination thereof, or any other suitable architecture or system that facilitates communication of signals, data, and/or messages. In the discussion of the exemplary embodiments, it should be understood that the terms "data" and "information" are used interchangeably herein to refer to text, images, audio, video, or any other form of information that may be present in a computer-based environment.
A web browser application, or a stand-alone application, may interact with a web server (or other server, such as a payment platform, etc.) connected to network 112.
The network device on which each client 106 is based may incorporate the digital wallet application module in software or hardware, or even a combination of software and hardware. The digital wallet may encompass any application, hardware, software, or process used by the client 106 to assist the client in completing a purchase transaction. The digital wallet may be separate from, may interact with, or may be embodied as a companion application to a web browser application. As a companion application, the digital wallet executes within a web browser application. That is, the digital wallet may be an application embedded in a web browser application. If the digital wallet is separate from the web browser application, the digital wallet may access the network 112 via any available communication technology.
In fig. 1, the computing device 103 may be in an integrated or separate relationship with the server 105, particularly in the latter case, and may typically be connected via an internal or private network, or may also be connected via an encrypted public network. In particular, when in an integrated relationship, it is possible to employ a connection in the form of a more efficient internal bus with a faster transmission speed. The computing device 103, when in an integrated or discrete relationship, may access the database 115 directly (not shown) or through the server 105.
Suitable programming of the computer device 103 may control the implementation of the methods described herein via such instructions. In particular, when in an integrated relationship, transactions processed by the computer device 103 may be considered as processing by the server 105 without being particularly differentiated.
An embodiment of an information acquisition method of the present specification may be described below with reference to an example shown in fig. 2, and the method may include the following steps:
step 210: and the server acquires the identification of the payee and the payment information under the condition of successfully processing the payment operation of the payer to the payee.
Step 220: and acquiring the language identifier and the payee information which are uploaded by the payee corresponding to the payee identifier in advance.
Step 230: and acquiring a target language and a receipt template corresponding to the language identifier.
The target language comprises a language used by a region where the payee is located;
the receipt template comprises a receipt template with a uniform format in the region where the payee is located.
Step 240: and writing the payment information and the payee information into the receipt template in the target language to generate receipt information in the target language.
Step 250: and returning the receipt information of the target language to the client of the payer.
In the online payment process, the payer can skip to a payment interface after scanning the two-dimensional collection code provided by the payee; after the payment interface payer inputs the amount to be paid, clicking to pay, so that the client of the payer can initiate a payment request of the payer for paying to the payee to the server; the payment request carries payment information such as payment amount, payer identification, payee identification, etc.
After receiving the payment request, the server can process the payment operation of the payer to the payee according to the payment information carried in the payment request, namely, the account of the payer is determined according to the identifier of the payer, the account of the payee is determined according to the identifier of the payee, and the fund of the payment amount is transferred from the account of the payer to the account of the payee according to the payment amount. When the account amount of the payer is successfully deducted and the account amount of the payee is successfully increased, the payment operation is successful. Further, the server performs a receipt information generation flow of the payment when the payment operation to the receiver is successfully processed. Specifically, the server may obtain the payee identification and payment information; and acquiring the language identifier and the payee information which are uploaded by the corresponding payee in advance according to the payee identifier.
Usually, the payee can upload the language of the local area where the payee is located and the payee information according to KYC (best Customer) requirements when applying for a payee two-dimensional code.
First, the server may assign a unique language identifier to each language in advance, and the local language uploaded by the payee may be the language identifier corresponding to the value. The language identification can also be understood as the unique identification of the acquirer granted by the third-party payment platform, namely PID (partner ID); from the PID, the corresponding target language can be determined.
Then, for each payee, the server may assign a unique payee identification, which may be denoted as mid (merchant id). Therefore, after receiving the language identifier and the payee information uploaded by the payee, the server can establish a one-to-one correspondence relationship between the language identifier and the payee information and the payee identifier.
It is worth mentioning that for some chains of stores, different chains of stores may use the same payee identification; thus, it may happen that it is uncertain which store chain is; for this reason, the payee identifier in this specification may specifically include: a first payee identification and a second payee identification.
Wherein the first payee identifier is an MID, and the second payee identifier may be an sid (store id). Taking a chain merchant as an example, the MID may be understood as a chain merchant brand ID, and the SID may be understood as a chain merchant specific store ID.
Therefore, after the server acquires the payee identifier, the language identifier and payee information corresponding to the payee identifier can be further acquired; then, the corresponding target language, namely the local language of the payee, is obtained according to the language identification.
Generally, receipt formats used in different countries or regions may all be different, with some differences; the general payee can quickly identify whether the receipt information in the current format is real or not, and the judgment is often made on the receipt information in the non-current format. Therefore, there is a need to present receipt information according to a receipt format used by the payee in the area. In general, the server can store receipt templates used in different regions and establish correspondence between language identifiers and receipt templates. For example, for korea, a correspondence between korean language logos and a receipt template used in korea may be established. Therefore, after the language identification is obtained, the corresponding receipt template can be obtained according to the language identification.
After acquiring a target language and a receipt template, the server can write the payment information and the payee information into the receipt template in the target language to generate receipt information in the target language; and then returning the receipt information of the target language to the client of the payer.
The client of the payer receives and displays the receipt information returned by the server, the receipt information is displayed in the local language of the payee, so that the payee can understand the receipt information, and the receipt information is also displayed in the local receipt format of the payee, so that the payee can see the payee information uploaded by the payee. Wherein the payee information may include at least one of:
the business number, address, name, legal person, contact telephone, country and photo of the trade company issued by the local industry and commerce bureau.
Because the payee information is the real information uploaded by the payee, the payee information is generally unknown to the payer, and therefore, when the client of the payer displays the payee information, the credibility of the displayed receipt information can be greatly increased, so that the payee can quickly determine that the payment is successful.
For example, when the receipt information displayed by the client of the payer includes a business number issued by the business bureau, the business number is generally unknown to other people, especially the user who makes a first purchase, except the business itself, so that the reliability can be increased.
The embodiment provides an information acquisition scheme and a server
The client of the payer can display the receipt information of payment in the way of language and receipt format of the region where the payee is located; therefore, the payee can quickly confirm the payment result directly according to the receipt information displayed by the client of the payer. Specifically, the payee can upload the current language type and the payee information of the payee in advance; the server can store a receipt template used by the region corresponding to each language type; in this way, for each payment transaction, the server may determine the local language and local receipt format of the payee involved in the payment transaction, and generate receipt information in the local language and local receipt format that the payee can quickly confirm.
An embodiment of an information acquisition method of the present specification may be described below with reference to an example shown in fig. 3, and the method may include the following steps:
step 310: the server receives a request for acquiring receipt information initiated by a client of a payer; wherein, the request carries the payment identifier.
Step 320: and acquiring the payee identification and the payment information of the payment operation corresponding to the payment identification.
Step 330: and acquiring the language identifier and the payee information which are uploaded by the payee corresponding to the payee identifier in advance.
Step 340: acquiring a target language and a receipt template corresponding to the language identifier;
the target language comprises a language used by a region where the payee is located;
the receipt template comprises a receipt template with a uniform format in the region where the payee is located.
Step 350: and writing the payment information and the payee information into the receipt template in the target language to generate receipt information in the target language.
Step 360: and returning the receipt information of the target language to the client of the payer.
This embodiment differs from the embodiment shown in fig. 2 in that the embodiment shown in fig. 1 is where the server returns receipt information directly after successfully processing the payment operation; in this embodiment, the server returns the payment result information after the payment operation is successfully processed, the payment result information is displayed in the language used by the payer, and the payer needs to actively initiate a request for obtaining receipt information to the server, so as to obtain the receipt information that the payee can understand.
The request carries a payment identifier, which is used for the server to determine which payment operation is. Generally, the payee identification and the payment information related to the corresponding payment operation can be obtained according to the payment identification. The steps 320-360 in this embodiment are the same as those in the previous embodiment, and the description thereof is omitted.
An embodiment of an information acquisition method of the present specification may be described below with reference to an example shown in fig. 4, and the method may include the following steps:
step 410: the method comprises the steps that a server sends payment information, a language identifier uploaded by a payee in advance and payee information to a client of a payer under the condition that payment operation of the payer is successfully processed;
step 420: the client of the payer receives and displays the payment information returned by the server;
step 430: when a preset button is triggered, the client of the payer locally acquires a target language and a receipt template corresponding to the language identifier;
step 440: the client of the payer writes the payment information and the payee information into the receipt template in the target language to generate receipt information in the target language;
step 450: the client of the payer displays receipt information in the target language.
The difference between this embodiment and the previous embodiment is that the client of the payer in this embodiment locally stores the language and receipt templates for different regions; after the server returns the language identifier and the payee information uploaded by the payee in advance, the client of the payer can query the corresponding target language and the receipt template locally according to the language identifier, and then the receipt information is assembled locally and displayed to the payee for viewing. Through the embodiment, the client of the payee locally generates the receipt information displayed in the local language and the local receipt format of the payee, so that the payee can quickly confirm the payment result directly according to the receipt information displayed by the client of the payer.
Corresponding to the embodiment of the information acquisition method, the specification also provides an embodiment of an information acquisition device. The device embodiments may be implemented by software, or by hardware, or by a combination of hardware and software. The software implementation is taken as an example, and as a logical device, the device is formed by reading corresponding computer business program instructions in the nonvolatile memory into the memory for operation through the processor of the device in which the device is located. In terms of hardware, as shown in fig. 5, the hardware structure diagram of the device where the information obtaining apparatus is located in this specification is shown, except for the processor, the network interface, the memory, and the nonvolatile memory shown in fig. 5, the device where the apparatus is located in the embodiment may generally obtain an actual function according to the information, and may further include other hardware, which is not described again.
Referring to fig. 6, a block diagram of an information obtaining apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown, where the apparatus corresponds to the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and the apparatus includes:
the server acquires the identification and payment information of a payee under the condition of successfully processing the payment operation of the payer to the payee;
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring the language identifier and the payee information which are uploaded by the payee corresponding to the payee identifier in advance;
the third acquisition unit is used for acquiring a target language and a receipt template corresponding to the language identifier;
the generating unit writes the payment information and the payee information into the receipt template in the target language and generates receipt information in the target language;
and the return unit returns the receipt information of the target language to the client of the payer.
In an alternative embodiment:
the target language comprises a language used by a region where the payee is located;
the receipt template comprises a receipt template with a uniform format in the region where the payee is located.
Referring to fig. 7, a block diagram of an information obtaining apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is provided, where the apparatus corresponds to the embodiment shown in fig. 3, and the apparatus includes:
the receiving unit is used for receiving a request for acquiring receipt information initiated by a client of a payer by a server; wherein, the request carries a payment identifier;
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring a payee identifier and payment information of the payment operation corresponding to the payment identifier;
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring the language identifier and the payee information which are uploaded by the payee corresponding to the payee identifier in advance;
the third acquisition unit is used for acquiring a target language and a receipt template corresponding to the language identifier;
the generating unit writes the payment information and the payee information into the receipt template in the target language and generates receipt information in the target language;
and the return unit returns the receipt information of the target language to the client of the payer.
In an alternative embodiment:

Referring to fig. 8, a block diagram of an information acquiring apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown, where the apparatus corresponds to the embodiment shown in fig. 4, and the apparatus includes:
the system comprises a sending unit, a payment processing unit and a payment processing unit, wherein the server sends payment information, a language identifier uploaded by a payee in advance and payee information to a client of a payer under the condition that payment operation of the payer is successfully processed;
the client of the payer receives and displays the payment information returned by the server;
the client of the payer acquires a target language and a receipt template corresponding to the language identifier from the local when a preset button is triggered;
the generating unit is used for writing the payment information and the payee information into the receipt template by the client of the payer in the target language and generating the receipt information of the target language;
and the client of the payer displays the receipt information of the target language.
In an alternative embodiment:

The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. A typical implementation device is a computer, which may take the form of a personal computer, laptop computer, cellular telephone, camera phone, smart phone, personal digital assistant, media player, navigation device, email messaging device, game console, tablet computer, wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
The implementation process of the functions and actions of each unit in the above device is specifically described in the implementation process of the corresponding step in the above method, and is not described herein again.
For the device embodiments, since they substantially correspond to the method embodiments, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiments for relevant points. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution in the specification. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
Fig. 6 above describes the internal functional modules and the structural schematic of the information acquisition apparatus, and the substantial execution subject of the information acquisition apparatus may be an electronic device, including:

In the above embodiments of the electronic device, it should be understood that the Processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general-purpose processors, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), etc. The general-purpose processor may be a microprocessor, or the processor may be any conventional processor, and the aforementioned memory may be a read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a flash memory, a hard disk, or a solid state disk. The steps of a method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present invention may be directly implemented by a hardware processor, or may be implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the processor.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, for the embodiment of the electronic device, since it is substantially similar to the embodiment of the method, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, reference may be made to part of the description of the embodiment of the method.
