In a preferred embodiment, when each set of photo sensors 24 includes at least one reflective photo sensor, the detection signal is a reflection signal, the control mechanism determines that the test strip 1 is tilted when receiving one reflection signal, and the control mechanism determines that the test strip 1 is not tilted when not receiving the reflection signal.
In the detection method of the urine dry chemical analyzer, in step S1002, the reflective photoelectric sensor detects the test strip 1 in the detection area through reflection of light, the reflective photoelectric sensor receives and transmits a reflection signal, the control mechanism receives detection signals of the two sets of photoelectric sensors 24, determines that the test strip 1 is inclined when receiving one reflection signal, and determines that the test strip 1 is not inclined when not receiving the reflection signal.

1. A test position positioning method of a test strip is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining validity of first position information and second position information of the test strip, and reducing the test strip conveying speed when at least one of the first position information and the second position information is valid, wherein the first position and the second position are positioned at the rear edge of the test strip standard test position along the test strip conveying direction, and the first position and the second position are arranged along the test strip length direction;
determining the effectiveness of third position information and fourth position information of the test strip, stopping the test strip from being conveyed and starting the test when the third position information and the fourth position information are effective at the same time, wherein the third position and the fourth position are positioned at the front edge of a standard test position of the test strip along the conveying direction of the test strip, and the third position and the fourth position are arranged along the length direction of the test strip;
and determining the validity of the first position information, the second position information, the third position information and the fourth position information of the test strip after the conveying is stopped, determining and displaying that the test result of the test strip is valid when the first position information, the second position information, the third position information and the fourth position information are simultaneously valid, and determining and displaying that the test strip inclines when at least one of the first position information, the second position information, the third position information and the fourth position information is invalid.

The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the validity of the first position information and the second position information of the test strip and the reducing the test strip transmission speed when at least one of the first position information and the second position information is valid, specifically comprises: collecting first position information and second position information; determining validity of the first location information and the second location information; and when at least one of the first position information and the second position information is effective, the strip-transporting device is controlled to slow down and continue to transport the test strips.

The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the validity of the third position information and the fourth position information of the test strip, and stopping the test strip from being transmitted and starting the test when the third position information and the fourth position information are both valid, specifically comprises: collecting third position information and fourth position information; determining validity of the third location information and the fourth location information; and when the third position information and the fourth position information are simultaneously effective, controlling the bar transporting device to stop and starting the test head to start testing.

The method for locating the test position of the test strip according to claim 1, wherein the determining the validity of the first position information, the second position information, the third position information and the fourth position information of the test strip after the transmission is stopped, and determining and displaying that the test result of the test strip is valid when the first position information, the second position information, the third position information and the fourth position information are valid at the same time specifically comprises: collecting first position information, second position information, third position information and fourth position information after the test strip stops moving; determining validity of the first position information, the second position information, the third position information and the fourth position information; and when the first position information, the second position information, the third position information and the fourth position information are effective at the same time, determining that the test result of the test strip is effective, and displaying the test data and the test effective information.

The method of claim 4, wherein determining and displaying the test strip tilt when at least one of the first position information, the second position information, the third position information, and the fourth position information is invalid comprises: and determining the inclination of the test strip when at least one of the first position information, the second position information, the third position information and the fourth position information is invalid, and displaying the inclination of the test strip or testing valid information.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the tilting of the strip comprises:
the first position information is invalid, the second position information, the third position information and the fourth position information are valid at the same time, and one end of the test strip close to the third position inclines rightwards;
the second position information is invalid, the first position information, the third position information and the fourth position information are valid at the same time, and one end of the test strip close to the fourth position inclines rightwards;
the third position information and the fourth position information are not effective at the same time, and the inclination of the test strip is larger than the width of the test strip.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising: the test paper strip is continuously inclined for 6 times, and system failure is displayed.

The method for locating the test position of the test strip according to claim 7, wherein the test strip is tilted for 6 times continuously, and a system fault is displayed, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: and determining whether the test strip tilts twice continuously, adding one to a twice tilting counter, not tilting twice simultaneously, resetting the counter, and displaying that the test strip tilts 6 times continuously and a system fails when the number of the counter is more than 5.
