The indoor unit comprises a filter screen bracket 30 positioned in the shell, and the filter screen 70 is movably arranged on the filter screen bracket 30 along the length direction of the shell, so that the filter screen 70 has a working position moving below the air inlet of the shell and a water washing position moving to one end of the shell and adjacent to the second cleaning device 22; the indoor unit further comprises a driving device 80 which is positioned in the shell and connected with the filter screen 70, wherein the driving device 80 is used for driving the filter screen 70 to move between the working position and the water washing position in a reciprocating mode. That is, one end of filter screen support 30 is located above second cleaning device 22, and the other end is located below the air inlet, filter screen 70 is located above second cleaning device 20 when filter screen support 30 moves to the water washing position, and at this time, filter screen 70 may be cleaned at the water washing position, filter screen 70 is located at the air inlet when filter screen support 30 moves to the working position, and at this time, filter screen 70 is located at the air inlet to allow air sucked from the outside of the indoor unit to flow from the air inlet.
And detecting the temperature of the middle part of a coil pipe of the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner as the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner. Generally, when the heat exchange effect of the air conditioner is reduced, the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner is higher or lower than the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner under the normal condition. Therefore, the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner is detected in real time, and when the temperature difference between the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger and the preset temperature is larger than the preset temperature, the current heat exchange condition of the air conditioner can be judged to be poor. At this time, the cleaning device of the air conditioner is controlled to clean at least one of the heat exchanger, the filter screen, the fan and the air duct. Therefore, the influence of the indoor heat exchanger scaling in the indoor unit of the air conditioner, and the influence of the filter screen, the fan and the air duct dust accumulation blockage on the reduction of the heat exchange capability of the air conditioner are eliminated. Generally, the preset temperature is a standard indoor heat exchanger temperature in the same operation mode as the current air conditioner under the standard heat exchange capacity of the air conditioner, or the preset temperature is set as a temperature after the standard indoor heat exchange temperature is increased or decreased by a correction temperature.
In addition, when the air duct assembly of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is cleaned, the air pressure at two sides of the filter screen is obtained by cleaning the indoor heat exchanger and the filter screen through the air pressure difference sensor arranged on the filter screen, when the air pressure difference at two sides of the filter screen is greater than the first air pressure difference with the society, the current permeability of the filter screen is relatively poor, and the filter screen is likely to be blocked, so that the filter screen is cleaned when the air pressure difference at two sides of the filter screen is greater than the first preset air pressure difference, and the filter screen is not required to be cleaned when the air pressure difference at two sides of the filter screen is.
When the temperature difference between the indoor heat exchanger and the preset temperature is greater than the preset temperature, the indoor heat exchanger 10 can be cleaned by specifically starting the first cleaning device 21, if the first cleaning device 21 is a spray head, water in a water source is pumped into the spray head through the water pump 90 and then is sprayed onto the indoor heat exchanger 10 through the spray head, and the indoor heat exchanger 10 is sprayed. Specifically, the first cleaning device 21 is controlled to clean the indoor heat exchanger 10 by controlling the water pump 90 to be turned on, so that the spray head sprays water onto the indoor heat exchanger 10 for cleaning. The cleaning device 21 supplies water through a water source, can directly extract water in the water source for cleaning, does not need to clean the heat exchanger by controlling the air conditioner in a refrigeration frosting-heating defrosting mode, avoids the situation that the air conditioner is controlled to be switched between refrigeration and heating in a short time, and the fluctuation of the air outlet temperature and the indoor temperature of the air conditioner is large, so that the comfort degree of a human body is poor.
Further, the first cleaning device 21 may further include a brush, a driving motor is disposed on the brush, and the indoor heat exchanger 10 is cleaned by controlling the rotation and movement of the brush. The cleaning angle of the first cleaning device 21 may be fixed, so that when the first cleaning device 21 is installed, the area of the first cleaning device 21 which can be sprayed onto the indoor heat exchanger 10 is adjusted to be the largest, so that the cleaning effect on the heat exchanger 10 is the best; the cleaning angle of the first cleaning device 21 may be adjustable, and may be specifically adjusted according to requirements, so as to ensure that various positions of the indoor heat exchanger 10 are cleaned.
When the cleaning device 22 is controlled to clean the filter screen 70, the cleaning device 22 is controlled to clean the filter screen 70 by brushing, vibrating or spraying water.
Similarly, the method for controlling the cleaning device to clean the fan and the air duct can refer to the cleaning mode for cleaning the indoor heat exchanger and the filter screen. The cleaning device is controlled to directly supply water by using a water source, the filter screen, the fan and the air duct are cleaned, online cleaning is realized, machine disassembly and hand washing are not needed, and user operation is reduced.
Further, when the time period from the last time of cleaning the air duct assembly of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is longer than the preset time period, the cleaning device is controlled to clean the air duct assembly in order to prevent more dust from falling into the air duct assembly of the air conditioner and affecting the air conditioner capacity of the air conditioner. Meanwhile, the air conditioner self-cleaning air channel assembly avoids cleaning when a user uses the air conditioner, and reduces the influence of cleaning on the indoor air temperature and humidity during the operation process of the air conditioner.
In addition, when the air conditioner receives a cleaning instruction, the cleaning device is controlled to clean each air channel assembly according to the cleaning instruction, wherein the cleaning instruction can be used for cleaning the indoor heat exchanger, the filter screen, the fan and the air channel independently, and can also be used for controlling and cleaning two or more of the indoor heat exchanger, the filter screen, the fan and the air channel simultaneously.
In this embodiment, set up belt cleaning device in the indoor set of air conditioner, belt cleaning device passes through the pipeline and is connected with the water source, when the temperature difference between the indoor heat exchanger temperature of air conditioner and the predetermined temperature is greater than predetermined temperature, control belt cleaning device washs at least one in the indoor heat exchanger of air conditioner, filter screen, fan and the wind channel to, eliminate because the indoor heat exchanger scale deposit in the indoor set of air conditioner, filter screen, fan and the wind channel laying dust jam time, to the influence that the air conditioner heat transfer ability descends.
Further, referring to fig. 4, a second embodiment of the method for controlling an air conditioner according to the present invention is based on the first embodiment, and after the step S20, the method further includes:
and step S30, when the air duct assembly meets the preset cleaning condition, controlling the cleaning device to stop cleaning the air duct assembly.
And when the air duct assembly of the air conditioner is cleaned, controlling the cleaning device to stop cleaning. And judging whether the air channel assembly is cleaned or not, namely judging whether the air channel assembly meets the preset cleaning condition or not. When the air conditioner is preset with a cleaning time length, the preset cleaning condition is that the cleaning time length is longer than the preset cleaning time length; the air conditioner comprises an air conditioner, a water receiving disc, a water cleanliness detection device and a control device, wherein the water receiving disc is arranged in an indoor unit of the air conditioner and used for receiving waste water after cleaning of an air duct assembly; when the filter screen is cleaned, the preset cleaning condition can be the air pressure difference of two sides of the filter screen, when the air pressure difference of two sides of the filter screen is less than the second preset air pressure difference, the filter screen is judged to meet the cleaning condition, and the cleaning of the filter screen is stopped.
Referring to fig. 3, the driving device 80 of the filter screen 70 is connected with the micro switch 60, the micro switch 60 is installed on the working position of the filter screen 70, the filter screen 70 moves to the working position, the micro switch 60 is triggered, the processor determines that the filter screen 70 moves a cleaning stroke when receiving the touch control instruction of the micro switch 60, and in the filter screen cleaning process, when the air conditioner receives the preset touch control instruction, the air conditioner determines that the preset cleaning condition is satisfied, and stops cleaning the filter screen.
In addition, when a cleaning stopping instruction triggered by a user through a remote controller is received, the cleaning of the air duct assembly of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is stopped. The air duct assembly of the indoor unit of the air conditioner may be stopped by turning off the cleaning device such as the spray head, or turning off the water pump 90.
In this embodiment, through whether each wind channel subassembly satisfies predetermined clean condition, when judging whether the wind channel subassembly sanitizes, when the wind channel subassembly sanitizes, control belt cleaning device stops the washing to the wind channel subassembly. The cleaning end mark is made of various preset clean conditions, waste of water resources caused by long-time cleaning is avoided, the air conditioner is in a cleaning state for a long time and cannot normally operate, and the influence on indoor temperature and humidity adjustment is avoided.
Referring to fig. 5, a third embodiment of the method for controlling an air conditioner according to the present invention is based on the first or second embodiment, before the step S30, further comprising:
and step S40, when the temperature difference between the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger and the preset temperature is larger than the preset temperature, acquiring the current state of the air conditioner.
And step S50, when the current state of the air conditioner is the running state, reducing the frequency of the compressor of the air conditioner.
In air conditioner's air duct assembly cleaning process, the air conditioner can wash under the standby state, also can wash under the running state, when wasing under the running state, in order to prevent that the current operational mode of air conditioner from influencing the washing, if the compressor frequency is too high, and when operation refrigeration mode, during washing indoor heat exchanger, water can freeze, and then can't wash, if when the mode is heated in the operation, during washing indoor heat exchanger, water can evaporate into the gaseous state, and then influence the cleaning performance. In addition, when the frequency of the compressor is too high, the heat exchanger is washed by water, so that the operation of the compressor is influenced, and therefore, when the air conditioner is in the current operation state, the frequency of the compressor is reduced, so that the air conditioner in the operation state is prevented from influencing the cleaning of the heat exchanger.
In this embodiment, when control belt cleaning device washs the wind channel subassembly, if the air conditioner is in running state, then through the mode that reduces compressor frequency, the effect that leads to the air conditioner regulation of air conditioner too low when avoiding indoor heat exchanger to frost and wash among the cleaning process, ensures the operation safety of air conditioner.
Referring to fig. 6, a fourth embodiment of the method for controlling an air conditioner according to the present invention is based on any one of the first to third embodiments, and further includes, after step S40:
and step S60, when the current state of the air conditioner is the running state, judging whether the frequency of the compressor is greater than a preset frequency.
When the compressor frequency is greater than the preset frequency, step S50 is executed, that is, the compressor frequency of the air conditioner is decreased.
Before the step of reducing the frequency of the compressor, judging whether the frequency of the compressor is greater than a preset frequency; when the frequency of the compressor is greater than the preset frequency, the operation requirement on the air conditioner when the air duct assembly of the air conditioner is cleaned is not met by the frequency of the compressor of the air conditioner, so that the frequency of the compressor of the air conditioner needs to be reduced.
And step S70, when the frequency of the compressor is less than or equal to the preset frequency, judging whether the rotating speed of the fan of the air conditioner is greater than the preset rotating speed.
And step S80, when the rotating speed of the fan is greater than the preset rotating speed, reducing the rotating speed of the fan.
When the frequency of the compressor is less than or equal to the preset frequency, the air conditioner is kept to operate at the current frequency of the compressor, in addition, in the cleaning process, if the wind speed is too high, the cleaned water can be blown into a room along with the wind, or cleaned impurities can be blown into an air duct to pollute the indoor environment, therefore, after the frequency of the compressor is reduced, the current fan rotating speed of the air conditioner is judged in order to adapt to the reduced frequency of the compressor, and when the current rotating speed of the fan is greater than the preset rotating speed, the rotating speed of the fan is reduced; and when the current rotating speed of the fan is less than or equal to the preset rotating speed, keeping the air conditioner to operate the fan at the current rotating speed.
In this embodiment, the preset frequency of the compressor and the preset rotating speed of the fan are obtained through multiple tests, and are suitable for parameter values when cleaning an air duct assembly of an indoor unit of an air conditioner, and the corresponding numerical values of air conditioners of different models are different. When the compressor frequency and the fan speed are reduced, the compressor frequency may be reduced to the preset frequency and the fan speed may be reduced to the preset speed, or the compressor frequency may be reduced to other fixed frequencies and the fan speed may be reduced to other fixed speeds, but the values of the other fixed frequencies and the other fixed speeds are preferably lower than the preset frequency and the preset speed, so as to ensure that the air conditioner is cleaned safely and has the lowest influence on indoor air conditioning.
Further, when the air conditioner is in the operation mode, an air duct assembly of an indoor unit of the air conditioner is cleaned, whether the current compressor frequency is larger than a preset frequency is judged firstly, if the current compressor frequency is too large, the operation mode of the air conditioner is adjusted to the preset mode, and under the preset mode, the compressor frequency and the fan rotating speed of the air conditioner meet the requirements for the compressor frequency and the fan rotating speed during washing. For example, the operation mode of the current air conditioner is a refrigeration mode, when the air conditioner cleans the air duct assembly, the operation mode of the air conditioner is switched to an intermediate refrigeration mode, under the refrigeration mode, the frequency of the compressor is 85, the frequency of the compressor corresponding to the intermediate refrigeration mode is 37, and the air speed is an automatic mode under the intermediate refrigeration mode, namely, the frequency of the compressor is correspondingly changed along with the frequency of the compressor, the frequency of the compressor is reduced, the capacity output is relatively reduced, the air volume is also reduced, and the influence of temperature and humidity fluctuation on the indoor temperature and humidity is reduced when the air duct assembly is washed with water.
Further, after the step of reducing the frequency of the compressor, the method further comprises the following steps: judging whether the current rotating speed of the air conditioner fan is greater than the preset fan rotating speed or not; and judging whether the rotating speed of the fan of the air conditioner is greater than a preset rotating speed or not, and reducing the rotating speed of the fan when the current rotating speed is greater than the preset rotating speed so as to adapt to the reduced compressor frequency of the compressor.
In addition, when adjusting the operating parameter of air conditioner, including reducing compressor frequency, reducing fan rotational speed and switching air conditioner's operational mode, obtain the current operating parameter of air conditioner, and store operating parameter for when the air conditioner stops to wash during the wind channel subassembly, control the air conditioner operates according to the operating parameter that stores, resumes the original work function of air conditioner.
This embodiment is at the in-process of washing air conditioner's air duct assembly, and when the air conditioner was in the running state, through the mode that reduces compressor frequency and fan rotational speed, avoid current running state to influence the washing of heat exchanger, ensure air conditioner cleaning performance.
Referring to fig. 7, a fifth embodiment of the method for controlling an air conditioner according to the present invention is based on any one of the first to fourth embodiments, before step S20, the method further includes:
and step S90, when the current state of the air conditioner is the running state, acquiring the current running mode of the air conditioner.
And S100, when the current operation mode of the air conditioner is a cooling mode, switching the current operation mode of the air conditioner to an air supply mode.
In the process of cleaning the air duct assembly of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, if the air conditioner runs in a refrigeration mode, water is easy to freeze and frost on the air duct assembly, when the cleaning effect is to be realized, after the air duct assembly is frozen and frost is formed, the mode of heating needs to be switched to melt the ice and frost, and the mode of heating needs to be switched to generate noise pollution, so that in order to prevent the water from freezing and frost on the heat exchanger in the water washing process, when the current running mode of the air conditioner is the refrigeration mode, the air conditioner is switched to an air supply mode and then cleaned.
It can be understood that, in order to prevent the operation of the air conditioner from affecting the water washing of the heat exchanger, after the air conditioner is controlled to switch to the air supply mode, the step of reducing the frequency of the compressor is performed to ensure that the air conditioner is washed in the optimal washing state without affecting the adjusting effect of the air conditioner.
In the embodiment, when the current operation mode of the air conditioner is the refrigeration mode, the air conditioner is controlled to be switched to the air supply mode, so that the air duct assembly of the indoor unit is prevented from icing and frosting when the air conditioner is washed, the heat exchanger of the air duct assembly is guaranteed to be washed in the best washing state, and the washing effect of the air duct assembly is improved.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an air conditioner, including: the control method comprises the steps of realizing the control method of the air conditioner according to the various embodiments when the control program of the air conditioner is executed by the processor.
