B5, grouting: after the static expanding agent reacts, hole sealing of the segmented area is completed, grouting is then carried out, and as the thicknesses of the sleeve 5 in the area B and the sleeve 5 in the area A are different, the plastic glass sleeve 5 in the area B is firstly punched after grouting in the area C is completed by the grout, so that the sequence of C, B, A grouting is ensured to be different, broken surrounding rock is reinforced after the grout is solidified, and the structural integrity of the broken surrounding rock is improved. C4, anchoring: the grouting anchor cable is placed into the drilling hole 9, and the end fixing is carried out by using the hollow sectional grouting anchor cable through mechanical or resin.
And C5, grouting: the operation rope 8 of the sectional hole sealing device is pulled to seal holes in the areas, grouting is then carried out, as the areas B and A are blocked by the hole sealing plug 7, grouting in the area C is firstly carried out, the operation rope on the hole sealing plug 7 in the area B is pulled, the hole sealing plug 7 slides down to carry out grouting in the area B due to shearing force, and finally the hole sealing plug 7 in the area A is pulled, so that the different sequence of C, B, A grouting is ensured, broken surrounding rock is reinforced after the slurry is solidified, and the structural integrity of the broken surrounding rock is improved. And the full-length anchoring of the hollow grouting anchor cable is enhanced.
Embodiment four: (second hole sealing method)

And the full-length anchoring of the hollow grouting anchor cable is enhanced.
