Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保袋材料及其制备方法,按重量份计,所述材料包括废纸浆料45~61份,秸秆浆料21~31份,胶黏剂4~9份,催化剂3~7份。本发明利用各组分的特有效果进行整合,制备获得环保袋,该环保袋可缓解外卖行业带来的一次性塑料袋造成的污染;同时获得一种新的水稻秸秆处理方式,提高水稻秸秆的经济效益且降低其焚烧带来的环境污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及造纸技术领域,具体涉及一种环保袋材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着科技技术的发展,新生出多种行业,使得人们的生活日益便捷。其中外卖就是其中一种新型行业,尽管该行业给人们的生活带来了极大的便捷,基本上做到足不出户吃大餐,或者在工作时间繁忙的时候能不需出门即可享受的各种美食或饮料。然而,伴随该行业的发展,随之产生了大量的垃圾。据统计,仅以美团、饿了么外卖的数据,每天订单量约为700万单,假设一单外卖只用1个塑料袋,而1个塑料袋为0.06平方米计算,总面积就达到42万平方米,足以覆盖59个足球场;而实际情况更加糟糕,往往一单外卖除了最少1个塑料袋外,还有2~4个餐盒,一次性筷子,塑料汤勺,这些材料回收价值不高且无法重复利用。
我国作为农业大国,水稻秸秆资源十分丰富,年产量达3亿吨,是巨大的可再生资源。随着科技技术发展,水稻秸秆作为劣质燃料被煤或电取代,作为肥料被化肥取代,因此逐步演变成无用的负担物而被就地焚烧,严重污染了生态环境。水稻秸秆主要秸秆成分是纤维素、半纤维素组成。
因此,将水稻秸秆与纸箱或纸板废纸制浆,以作为环保袋材料,不仅减轻水稻秸秆处理压力,同时能缓解因外卖行业带来的一次性塑料袋污染问题。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题:为了获得一种环保袋,能有效解决因外卖行业带来的塑料袋污染,同时能有效利用水稻秸秆,改善水稻秸秆因焚烧带来的缓解污染,本发明提供了一种环保袋材料及其制备方法。
技术方案:一种环保袋材料,按重量份计,所述材料包括废纸浆料45~61份,秸秆浆料21~31份,胶黏剂4~9份,催化剂3~7份。
优选的,所述材料包括废纸浆料56份,秸秆浆料26份,胶黏剂7份,催化剂5份。
优选的,所述胶黏剂为纤维素酯。
优选的,所述催化剂由淀粉与氯化镁按3:5组成。
优选的,所述一种环保袋材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)水稻秸秆进行晒干,并碎片至40nm;
(2)将步骤(1)获得的碎片进行蒸煮,蒸煮工艺参数:用碱量10%,液比1:5,一阶升温至110℃,再升至150℃,保温8min;
(3)采用2.0%过氧化氢对步骤(2)的产物进行漂白,漂白过程加入尿素与硫酸镁;
(4)将步骤(3)获得的产物进行打浆制得秸秆浆料;
(5)将纸箱或纸板废纸进行蒸煮加工,其工艺参数:用碱量1.2%,碳酸钠用量1.8%,液比1:5,蒸煮温度为100℃,保温160min;
(6)将步骤(5)获得的产物进行打浆制得废纸浆料;
(7)将胶黏剂、催化剂、秸秆浆料、废纸浆料混合,经抄纸、压榨、脱水、烘干成纸。
优选的,所述碱为氢氧化钠。
有益效果:本发明利用各组分的特有效果进行整合,制备获得环保袋,该环保袋可缓解外卖行业带来的一次性塑料袋造成的污染;同时获得一种新的水稻秸秆处理方式,提高水稻秸秆的经济效益且降低其焚烧带来的环境污染。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种环保袋材料,按重量份计,所述材料包括废纸浆料56份,秸秆浆料26份,胶黏剂7份,催化剂5份。
所述胶黏剂为纤维素酯。
所述催化剂由淀粉与氯化镁按3:5组成。
一种环保袋材料的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)水稻秸秆进行晒干,并碎片至40nm;
(2)将步骤(1)获得的碎片进行蒸煮,蒸煮工艺参数:用碱量10%,液比1:5,一阶升温至110℃,再升至150℃,保温8min;
(3)采用2.0%过氧化氢对步骤(2)的产物进行漂白,漂白过程加入尿素与硫酸镁;
(4)将步骤(3)获得的产物进行打浆制得秸秆浆料;
(5)将纸箱或纸板废纸进行蒸煮加工,其工艺参数:用碱量1.2%,碳酸钠用量1.8%,液比1:5,蒸煮温度为100℃,保温160min;

一种环保袋材料,按重量份计,所述材料包括废纸浆料51份,秸秆浆料23份,胶黏剂6份,催化剂6份。
所述胶黏剂为环氧树脂。
所述催化剂由淀粉与氯化镁按2:5组成。
一种环保袋材料的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)水稻秸秆进行晒干,并碎片至35nm;
(2)将步骤(1)获得的碎片进行蒸煮,蒸煮工艺参数:用碱量8%,液比1:4,一阶升温至115℃,再升至150℃,保温6min;
(3)采用2.0%过氧化氢对步骤(2)的产物进行漂白,漂白过程加入尿素与硫酸镁;
(4)将步骤(3)获得的产物进行打浆制得秸秆浆料;
(5)将纸箱或纸板废纸进行蒸煮加工,其工艺参数:用碱量1.2%,碳酸钠用量2.4%,液比1:5,蒸煮温度为90℃,保温170min;
(6)将步骤(5)获得的产物进行打浆制得废纸浆料;
(7)将胶黏剂、催化剂、秸秆浆料、废纸浆料混合,经抄纸、压榨、脱水、烘干成纸。
所述碱为氢氧化钠。
实施例3
一种环保袋材料,按重量份计,所述材料包括废纸浆料54份,秸秆浆料27份,胶黏剂5份,催化剂4份。
所述胶黏剂为环氧树脂。
所述催化剂由淀粉与氯化镁按2:7组成。
一种环保袋材料的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)水稻秸秆进行晒干,并碎片至40nm;
(2)将步骤(1)获得的碎片进行蒸煮,蒸煮工艺参数:用碱量9%,液比1:4,一阶升温至110℃,再升至150℃,保温5min;
(3)采用2.1%过氧化氢对步骤(2)的产物进行漂白,漂白过程加入尿素与硫酸镁;
(4)将步骤(3)获得的产物进行打浆制得秸秆浆料;
(5)将纸箱或纸板废纸进行蒸煮加工,其工艺参数:用碱量1.6%,碳酸钠用量2.7%,液比1:6,蒸煮温度为100℃,保温170min;
(6)将步骤(5)获得的产物进行打浆制得废纸浆料;
(7)将胶黏剂、催化剂、秸秆浆料、废纸浆料混合,经抄纸、压榨、脱水、烘干成纸。
所述碱为氢氧化钠。

将实施例1~3制备获得的成品进行性能检测,结果如下:

1.一种环保袋材料,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述材料包括废纸浆料45~61份,秸秆浆料21~31份,胶黏剂4~9份,催化剂3~7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保袋材料,其特征在于,所述材料包括废纸浆料56份,秸秆浆料26份,胶黏剂7份,催化剂5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保袋材料,其特征在于,所述胶黏剂为纤维素酯或环氧树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保袋材料,其特征在于,所述催化剂由淀粉与氯化镁按1~3:3~7组成。
5.权利要求1所述的一种环保袋材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)水稻秸秆进行晒干,并碎片至30~55nm;
(2)将步骤(1)获得的碎片进行蒸煮,蒸煮工艺参数:用碱量8~12%,液比1:3~6,一阶升温至110~120℃,再升至140~160℃,保温5~10min;
(3)采用1.0~2.5%过氧化氢对步骤(2)的产物进行漂白,漂白过程加入尿素与硫酸镁;
(4)将步骤(3)获得的产物进行打浆制得秸秆浆料;
(5)将纸箱或纸板废纸进行蒸煮加工,其工艺参数:用碱量1.0~2.0%,碳酸钠用量1.2~3.1%,液比1:4~7,蒸煮温度为80~110℃,保温90~200min;
(6)将步骤(5)获得的产物进行打浆制得废纸浆料;
(7)将胶黏剂、催化剂、秸秆浆料、废纸浆料混合,经抄纸、压榨、脱水、烘干成纸。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种环保袋材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述碱为氢氧化钠。
