The feeding part of the existing fiber carding machine, under the condition of not changing the wool feeding period of the wool feeding hopper, changes the speed of the wool feeding curtain by controlling the wool feeding period through a period wheel and a proximity switch, adjusts the speed of the curtain by adjusting a speed regulator, changes the period, needs to replace different toothed chain wheels and adjust the period of the technological requirement again, and needs 20-30 minutes after adjustment. The adjusting mode saves time and labor, has low production efficiency and can not adapt to the rhythm of high-speed production.

a digital counter 301, a computer 302, a control input switch 303 and a PLC304 are arranged in the control device 3, the encoder 103 is connected with the digital counter 301 through signals, the digital counter 301 is electrically connected with the computer 302, the control input switch 303 is respectively in control connection with the digital counter 301, the computer 302 and the PLC304, the PLC304 is electrically connected with the computer 302, and the PLC304 is connected with the electromagnetic valve 201 through signals.
The specific working principle is that the feeding part is additionally provided with a device capable of changing the speed of the wool feeding curtain under the condition of not changing the wool feeding period of the wool feeding hopper. Now the wool feeding period is set by an encoder 103, the speed regulator 102 randomly adjusts the wool feeding flat curtain speed, the wool feeding period does not change along with the wool feeding flat curtain speed, and the wool feeding period is completed in the mode in only 2-3 minutes. The speed of the wool feeding curtain is observed whether the lap joint of the fallen wool is flat and uniform according to different raw materials, and the speed of the wool feeding curtain is changed by opening and adjusting the speed regulator 102 to meet the requirement.
The transmission is transmitted to the belt pulley device 101 through a triangular belt, a small shaft 104 is additionally arranged on a shaft on the outer side of a belt pulley on the belt pulley device 101, the encoder 103 is arranged on the small rotating shaft 104, signals are communicated with the digital counter 301 and transmitted to the PLC304 through the computer 302, and then the signals are transmitted to the electromagnetic valve 201 to control the periodic bucket opening of the bucket opening device 2.
