本发明公开了一种用于重压机的免充气实心轮胎,包括以下重量份的原料组成:多元醇60‑80份、异氰酸酯2‑4份、发泡剂2‑4份、扩链剂4‑8份、芳纶浆粕4‑8份、四氟乙烯4‑10份;氧化铝4‑8份、富勒烯8‑12份、抗撕裂切割树脂2‑8份、硫磺2‑4份;白炭黑6‑8份、硬脂酸2‑4份、抗静电剂10‑12份、氢氧化铝20‑22份、防老剂1‑2份、匀泡剂2‑4份。本发明具有较好的耐磨、抗撕裂性能,同时还具有一定的阻燃、防腐蚀性能,不仅增强了轮胎的防滑性能,还增强了轮胎的承压能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及实心轮胎技术领域,特别是一种用于重压机的免充气实心轮胎。
背景技术
随着汽车向高速、安全、节能、舒适化方向的发展,对轮胎高性能化的要求也逐年提高,这就对轮胎的抗湿滑性能、耐磨性能等提出更高的要求。
现有普通轮胎在抗湿滑性能方面较差,雨天路面容易打滑,造成严重的安全隐患,主要原因是普通轮胎胎面(轮胎橡胶材料)硬度高,弹性低,耐磨性差,轮胎使用年限大大降低,因而有必要在提高防滑性能的同时提高其耐磨性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于重压机的免充气实心轮胎,本申请具有较好的耐磨、抗撕裂性能,同时还具有一定的阻燃、防腐蚀性能,不仅增强了轮胎的防滑性能,还增强了轮胎的承压能力。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种用于重压机的免充气实心轮胎,包括以下重量份的原料组成:
多元醇60-80份、异氰酸酯2-4份、发泡剂2-4份、扩链剂4-8份、芳纶浆粕4-8份、四氟乙烯4-10份;氧化铝4-8份、富勒烯8-12份、抗撕裂切割树脂2-8份、硫磺2-4份;白炭黑6-8份、硬脂酸2-4份、抗静电剂10-12份、氢氧化铝20-22份、防老剂1-2份、匀泡剂2-4份。
在本发明中,包括以下重量份的原料组成:
多元醇60份、异氰酸酯4份、发泡剂2份、扩链剂68份、芳纶浆粕6份、四氟乙烯8份;氧化铝6份、富勒烯10份、抗撕裂切割树脂6份、硫磺4份;白炭黑8份、硬脂酸4份、抗静电剂12份、氢氧化铝22份、防老剂2份、匀泡剂4份。
在本发明中,防老剂为2,2, 4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉聚合体或N-异丙基-N'-苯基对苯二胺。
在本发明中,促进剂为2、 2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑或N-环已基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明具有较好的耐磨、抗撕裂性能,同时还具有一定的阻燃、防腐蚀性能,不仅增强了轮胎的防滑性能,还增强了轮胎的承压能力。

多元醇60份、异氰酸酯4份、发泡剂2份、扩链剂68份、芳纶浆粕6份、四氟乙烯8份;氧化铝6份、富勒烯10份、抗撕裂切割树脂6份、硫磺4份;白炭黑8份、硬脂酸4份、抗静电剂12份、氢氧化铝22份、防老剂2份、匀泡剂4份。
实施例2:
一种用于重压机的免充气实心轮胎,包括以下重量份的原料组成:
多元醇80份、异氰酸酯4份、发泡剂4份、扩链剂8份、芳纶浆粕8份、四氟乙烯10份;氧化铝8份、富勒烯12份、抗撕裂切割树脂8份、硫磺4份;白炭黑8份、硬脂酸4份、抗静电剂12份、氢氧化铝22份、防老剂1份、匀泡剂2份。

3.根据权利要求1所述一种用于重压机的免充气实心轮胎,其特征在于,防老剂为2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉聚合体或N-异丙基-N'-苯基对苯二胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种用于重压机的免充气实心轮胎,其特征在于,促进剂为2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑或N-环已基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺。
