Excrement produced in livestock breeding industry is generally processed to prepare organic fertilizer, the excrement is usually aired or stacked after being simply subjected to solid-liquid separation by using a solid-liquid separator, and the excrement of the livestock contains various viruses and harmful pathogenic bacteria, so that the environment is easily polluted by direct airing or stacking, the body health of staff is influenced, the spreading probability of livestock and poultry diseases is increased, and huge sanitary and safety problems are brought. The existing excrement disinfection equipment is easy to accumulate excrement, so that the excrement can be disinfected incompletely, and the excrement disinfection efficiency is low.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, through the matching of the heating plate and the ultraviolet disinfection lamp, not only is high-temperature sterilization treatment carried out on solid-phase excrement discharged from the solid-liquid separator carried out, but also the ultraviolet disinfection lamp carries out ultraviolet disinfection treatment on the excrement, so that different types of viruses and harmful pathogenic bacteria are eliminated, the excrement is disinfected more comprehensively, the problems that the viruses and the harmful pathogenic bacteria in the excrement of livestock and poultry possibly pollute the environment and spread diseases are avoided, the excrement disinfection effect is improved, the sanitary safety quality is improved, and the health of workers is protected.

According to the invention, through the matching of the driving device and the rake teeth, the driving device drives the rake teeth to horizontally reciprocate in the disinfection chamber, and the rake teeth rake excrement back and forth, so that the excrement is uniformly distributed at the bottom of the disinfection chamber for high-temperature sterilization treatment, the excrement is sterilized more thoroughly, and the ultraviolet disinfection lamp on one side of the rake teeth is used for performing ultraviolet disinfection on the excrement all the time, so that the excrement disinfection efficiency is improved, and the problem that the excrement cannot be thoroughly disinfected because the excrement is easily accumulated together by the existing excrement disinfection equipment is solved.

The controller 116 is electrically connected to the first motor 102, the second motor 105, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 110, and the heating plate 112 through wires; the controller 116, the first motor 102, the second motor 105, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 110 and the heating plate 112 are all electrically connected with a power supply through wires.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: the controller 116 activates the heater plate 112; the heating plate 112 transfers the generated heat to the bottom of the sterilization chamber 107; completing preheating work; solid-phase feces enter the disinfection chamber 107 from a feed inlet 114 on the upper surface of the shell 1; the controller 116 activates the first motor 102; the first motor 102 rotates to drive the baffle plate 109 to horizontally reciprocate through the screw rod 103, the nut 104, the second motor 105 and the long rod 106 in sequence; the rake teeth 111 vertically downward at the bottom of the baffle 109 rake back and forth to uniformly distribute the excrement at the bottom of the disinfection chamber 107; the excrement high-temperature sterilization work is more thorough; the excrement is prevented from being accumulated together to cause incomplete excrement disinfection; the excrement disinfection efficiency is improved; the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 110 at the bottom of the baffle 109 is in the process of raking the rake teeth 111 back and forth; ultraviolet disinfection work is always carried out on the excrement; the excrement sterilization and disinfection work is more comprehensive; after the excrement disinfection work is finished; the controller 116 controls the second motor 105 to rotate and drive the baffle 109 to rotate 180 degrees through the long rod 106; the rake tines 111 are directed vertically upwards; the other side of the baffle plate 109 is close to the bottom of the disinfection chamber 107; the first motor 102 rotates to drive the baffle plate 109 to horizontally move through the screw rod 103, the nut 104, the second motor 105 and the long rod 106 in sequence; pushing the disinfected excrement to a discharge hole 115 for discharging; the problems that viruses and harmful pathogenic bacteria in the excrement of the livestock can pollute the environment and spread diseases are avoided; the sanitary safety quality is improved; the health of workers is protected.
