Abstract
The invention provides a method and a system for adjusting the pressing position of a vehicle tippler, wherein the method comprises the following steps: obtaining the model of a vehicle; and determining the pre-pressing position of the pressing head of the tippler of the vehicle according to the model of the vehicle. The technical problems that the car dumper in the prior art cannot automatically adjust the car pressing position and is low in car pressing efficiency are solved.

Technical Field

Background
The tippler is a large-scale mechanical device used for dumping bulk materials of a railway gondola. The loading and unloading machine capable of turning over or inclining the rail vehicle for unloading is suitable for port with large transportation capacity and industrial departments of metallurgy, coal, thermoelectricity and the like. The mine cars under the mine are also mostly unloaded by a small-sized tippler. The car dumper can dump 1-4 sections of car wagons each time.
