本发明公开了一种防辐射透气吸汗复合纺织面料,包括纺织面料、羊毛纤维层和竹炭纤维层,所述纺织面料的前表面设置有花纹,且纺织面料的顶端开设有第一透气孔,所述纺织面料的一侧设置有左三角条,且纺织面料的另一侧设置有右三角条,所述花纹的外层设置有发光层。本发明设置发光层,能便于花纹在夜间也能发出光亮,从而增加了花纹在夜间的美观度,提高了炫酷的效果,设置第一透气孔,能便于纺织面料进行散热,从而提高了穿戴者的舒适度,设置左三角条和右三角条,能便于使用者对纺织面料进行裁剪,使用者可根据自身需要对纺织面料大小进行裁剪,从而便于使用者对纺织面料进行加工。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体为一种防辐射透气吸汗复合纺织面料。
背景技术
针织面料,按织造方法分,有纬编针织面料和经编针织面料两类,纬编针织面料常以低弹涤纶丝或异型涤纶丝、锦纶丝、棉纱、毛纱等为原料,采用平针组织,变化平针组织,罗纹平针组织,双罗纹平针组织、提花组织,毛圈组织等,在各种纬编机上编织而成。
但是目前市场上的纺织面料结构复杂,且功能单一,没有设置发光层,不能便于花纹在夜间也能发出光亮,没有设置第一透气孔,不能便于纺织面料进行散热,没有设置左三角条和右三角条,不能便于使用者对纺织面料进行裁剪,没有设置抗紫外线纤维层,不能降低紫外线对纺织面料造成的损坏。
发明内容
本发明提供一种防辐射透气吸汗复合纺织面料,可以有效解决上述背景技术中提出没有设置发光层,不能便于花纹在夜间也能发出光亮,没有设置第一透气孔,不能便于纺织面料进行散热,没有设置左三角条和右三角条,不能便于使用者对纺织面料进行裁剪,没有设置抗紫外线纤维层,不能降低紫外线对纺织面料造成的损坏的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防辐射透气吸汗复合纺织面料,包括纺织面料、羊毛纤维层和竹炭纤维层,所述纺织面料的前表面设置有花纹,且纺织面料的顶端开设有第一透气孔,所述纺织面料的一侧设置有左三角条,且纺织面料的另一侧设置有右三角条,所述纺织面料的内层设置有聚乙烯醇纤维层,所述聚乙烯醇纤维层的内层设置有涤纶纤维层,所述羊毛纤维层安装在涤纶纤维层的内层,且羊毛纤维层的内层设置有粘胶纤维层,所述粘胶纤维层的内层设置有抗紫外线纤维层,所述竹炭纤维层安装在抗紫外线纤维层的内层,且竹炭纤维层的内层设置有聚酯纤维层,所述花纹的外层设置有发光层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述发光层为光致储能夜光粉材质的构件,且发光层与花纹通过粘胶剂固定连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述右三角条的数量不低于十个,且右三角条的厚度为0.1cm。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述聚酯纤维层与竹炭纤维层通过粘胶剂固定连接,所述羊毛纤维层与涤纶纤维层通过粘胶剂固定连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述纺织面料的底端开设有第二透气孔,第二透气孔与第一透气孔大小相等。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明设置发光层,能便于花纹在夜间也能发出光亮,从而增加了花纹在夜间的美观度,提高了炫酷的效果。
2、本发明设置第一透气孔,能便于纺织面料进行散热,从而提高了穿戴者的舒适度,避免了纺织面料散热效果较差导致使用者穿戴不适的问题。
3、本发明设置左三角条和右三角条,能便于使用者对纺织面料进行裁剪,使用者可根据自身需要对纺织面料大小进行裁剪,从而便于使用者对纺织面料进行加工。
4、本发明设置抗紫外线纤维层,能降低紫外线对纺织面料造成的损坏,一方面提高了纺织面料的使用寿命,另一方面降低了紫外线对人体造成的伤害。

实施例:如图1-3所示,本发明提供一种技术方案,一种防辐射透气吸汗复合纺织面料,包括纺织面料3、羊毛纤维层10和竹炭纤维层7,纺织面料3的前表面设置有花纹2,且纺织面料3的顶端开设有第一透气孔4,纺织面料3的一侧设置有左三角条1,且纺织面料3的另一侧设置有右三角条5,纺织面料3的内层设置有聚乙烯醇纤维层12,聚乙烯醇纤维层12的内层设置有涤纶纤维层11,羊毛纤维层10安装在涤纶纤维层11的内层,且羊毛纤维层10的内层设置有粘胶纤维层9,粘胶纤维层9的内层设置有抗紫外线纤维层8,竹炭纤维层7安装在抗紫外线纤维层8的内层,且竹炭纤维层7的内层设置有聚酯纤维层6,花纹2的外层设置有发光层13。
为了便于花纹2通过光致储能夜光粉在夜间可以发出光亮,本实施例中,优选的,发光层13为光致储能夜光粉材质的构件,且发光层13与花纹2通过粘胶剂固定连接。
为了便于使用者通过右三角条5对纺织面料3进行裁剪,本实施例中,优选的,右三角条5的数量不低于十个,且右三角条5的厚度为0.1cm。
为了便于使用者对聚酯纤维层6和竹炭纤维层7进行固定,本实施例中,优选的,聚酯纤维层6与竹炭纤维层7通过粘胶剂固定连接,羊毛纤维层10与涤纶纤维层11通过粘胶剂固定连接。
为了便于纺织面料3通过第一透气孔4和第二透气孔进行散热,本实施例中,优选的,纺织面料3的底端开设有第二透气孔,第二透气孔与第一透气孔大小相等。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:纺织面料3的前表面设置有花纹2,且纺织面料3的顶端开设有第一透气孔4,纺织面料3的一侧设置有左三角条1,且纺织面料3的另一侧设置有右三角条5,纺织面料3的内层设置有聚乙烯醇纤维层12,聚乙烯醇纤维层12的内层设置有涤纶纤维层11,羊毛纤维层10安装在涤纶纤维层11的内层,且羊毛纤维层10的内层设置有粘胶纤维层9,粘胶纤维层9的内层设置有抗紫外线纤维层8,竹炭纤维层7安装在抗紫外线纤维层8的内层,且竹炭纤维层7的内层设置有聚酯纤维层6,花纹2的外层设置有发光层13,发光层13为光致储能夜光粉材质的构件,光致储能夜光粉是荧光粉在受到自然光、日光灯光、紫外光等照射后,把光能储存起来,在停止光照射后,再缓慢地以荧光的方式释放出来,所以在夜间或者黑暗处,仍能看到发光,持续时间长达几小时至十几小时,通过设置发光层13,能便于花纹2在夜间也能发出光亮,从而增加了花纹2在夜间的美观度,提高了炫酷的效果,设置第一透气孔4,能便于纺织面料3进行散热,从而提高了穿戴者的舒适度,避免了纺织面料3散热效果较差导致使用者穿戴不适的问题,设置左三角条1和右三角条5,能便于使用者对纺织面料3进行裁剪,使用者可根据自身需要对纺织面料3大小进行裁剪,从而便于使用者对纺织面料3进行加工,设置抗紫外线纤维层8,能降低紫外线对纺织面料3造成的损坏,一方面提高了纺织面料3的使用寿命,另一方面降低了紫外线对人体造成的伤害,聚酯纤维层6具有较高的强度和弹性恢复能力,使纺织面料3不易受到撕扯而损坏,竹炭纤维层7具有抑菌抗菌的作用,使纺织面料3不易受到螨虫的啃食,粘胶纤维层9具有抗静电和染色牢度高等特点,可以使纺织面料3上的染料不易脱落而影响美观度,羊毛纤维层10和涤纶纤维层11可以增加纺织面料3的保暖能力,增加使用者在穿戴后的舒适度,聚乙烯醇纤维层12具有较好的吸湿效果,可以有效吸收人体排出的汗液,提高了纺织面料3的实用性。
