Abstract

本发明提供一种高强度多性能夹胶夹筋板及工艺，在材料层①和④之间，加入网状增强材料②和胶黏剂③，通过加压，在材料层中加入纤维⑤，形成一种高强度多性能夹胶夹筋板，由于中间有网、布状增强材料②和胶黏剂③，当板材受到冲击破裂时，物体不易贯穿板材，防止自然灾害和人为破坏而造成的危害。这种板材的特性具有隔音，保温，抗震、抗弯，抗冲击等多种性能，并且制作简单，板材选材及组合方式灵活，广泛用于家具、地板、墙面、屋面等多种场合，市场空间十分广泛。

Description

一种高强度多性能夹胶夹筋板及工艺
(一)技术领域：
本发明涉及新材料技术领域，具体是一种高强度多性能夹胶夹筋板及工艺。
(二)背景技术：目前，新材料板材和制作方法有很多种，但普遍的结构都是相同材质或不同结构的板材复合。中间夹网夹胶的板材并不存在。由于结构的限制，其在承压性、抗弯性、抗冲击性、隔音、保温往往不能满足要求。
随着人们对板材性能的不断提高，研制一种结构更好的，在承压性、抗弯性、抗冲击性、隔音性、保温性好的板材是市场所必须的。
(三)发明内容：本发明公开了一种高强度多性能夹胶夹筋板及工艺，可解决板的抗弯性、抗冲击性、保温性、隔音性等问题。
本发明的技术方案如下：在两层材料中间，加入网、布状增强材料和粘合剂，然后通过，加压而成。材料可以是板、皮、膜，板材可以是实木板、大芯板、竹拼板、密度板、饰面板、细芯板、指接板、三聚氰胺板、防水板、石膏板、水泥板、免漆板、烤漆板、刨花板等，皮可以是木皮、纸皮等，膜可以是PVC 膜等，网、布状增强材料可以是金属网和非金属网、例如：钢筋网、钢丝网、碳纤维网等，粘合剂主要有天然粘合剂和合成粘合剂。
材料层内加入短纤维⑤增强纵向拉伸强度，可提高抗压力。当板材受到冲击时，利用外层受压应力和内层受拉应力来对抗冲击，板材之间的胶膜可以保温和隔音，并且在受冲击的一面破裂时，由于中间胶黏剂③的作用而不脱落，大大增强了板材承压性、抗弯性、抗冲击性、隔音性、保温性等性能。
利用以上原理，可以延伸做成三层或三层以上夹层板。
(四)附图说明：图1是产品结构图，图2是产品结构图。①材料层、②网状增强材料、③胶黏剂、④材料层。其中①和④材料层可以是实木板、大芯板、竹拼板、密度板、饰面板、细芯板、指接板、三聚氰胺板、防水板、石膏板、水泥板、免漆板、烤漆板、刨花板、水泥板、木皮、纸皮、PVC膜等，②网状增强材料可以是金属网和非金属网，③胶黏剂可以是天然粘合剂和合成粘合剂。
利用这种结构，通过选择不同的材料来组合，可以做不同性能的板，可用来做地板、内外墙、家具、地板砖、屋面板、防爆板、防弹板等，是材料界的又一次革命性进步。
(五)具体实施方式：
1、把2张或者2张以上实木板定厚砂光后，中间用PVB和增强碳纤维网预合、预压，然后进入高压釜，在130度左右，在13.5Mpa左右的压力作用下，加压出中间层胶片中间的气泡，做成夹胶夹筋木板，用做地板或家具板。
2、把2张或者2张以上水泥纤维压力板定厚砂光后，中间用PVB和增强碳纤维网预合、预压，然后进入高压釜，在130度左右，在13.5Mpa左右的压力作用下，加压出中间层胶片中间的气泡，粘合2张或两张以上纤维水泥压力板，做成夹胶夹筋水泥板，用做地板或家具板。
3、把1张水泥纤维压力板定厚砂光后，在上面铺设增强碳纤维网和粘合剂，后在上面铺设防火皮，做成防火装饰板。

2.在多层材料中间，加入网、布状增强材料和粘合剂，做成夹胶夹筋板材。
3.材料层内加入纤维，以增强纵向拉伸强度和抗压力。
4.材料的粘接面做成条纹或网格状纹理形状，以增大接触面积。
