本发明公开了一种瓜类切片机,包括有壳体,其特征在于:在所述壳体一侧底部设有第一支撑架,在所述壳体后端上设有套瓜管体,在所述套瓜壳体前端设有斜开口,在所述第一支撑架上设有能推动套瓜管体内的瓜向前移动的推动机构,在所述第一支撑架一旁设有能有对斜开口外的瓜体进行切削并且能够使推动机构间歇运动的切削机构,通过设有切削机构对瓜进行切割,在切割的同时,使推动机构间歇的将瓜向前推进,起到了快速切片的作用,效率高,且结构简单,使用方便。

本发明涉及切片领域,特别涉及一种瓜类切片机。
背景技术
现有瓜类切片一般需要人手去切,当需要量大的瓜片时,需要大量的人手,而且效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种结构简单,且使用方便的瓜类切片机。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种瓜类切片机,包括有壳体,其特征在于:在所述壳体一侧底部设有第一支撑架,在所述壳体后端上设有套瓜管体,在所述套瓜壳体前端设有斜开口,在所述第一支撑架上设有能推动套瓜管体内的瓜向前移动的推动机构,在所述第一支撑架一旁设有能有对斜开口外的瓜体进行切削并且能够使推动机构间歇运动的切削机构。
如上所述一种瓜类切片机,其特征在于所述推动机构包括有通过转轴设置在第一支撑架上的第一齿轮,在所述第一齿轮内侧面上设有第一锥齿轮,在所述套瓜管体下侧面设有导向槽,在所述导向槽内活动设有齿条,在所述套瓜壳体内活动设有推板,所述推板与齿条外端相连接,在所述第一支撑架上通过转轴设有第二锥齿轮,所述第二锥齿轮与第一锥齿轮相啮合,在所述第二锥齿轮上通过转轴设有第二齿轮,所述第二齿轮与齿条相啮合。
如上所述一种瓜类切片机,其特征在于所述切削机构包括有设置在第一支撑架一旁的第二支撑架,在所述第二支撑架外侧设有电机,所述电机的电机轴上设有半齿轮,所述半齿轮与第一齿轮相啮合,在所述半齿轮内侧通过转轴设有转动板,在所述转动板圆周边上设有凸柱,在所述壳体两侧分别设有斜导向块,所述斜导向块与斜开口的斜度相对应,在所述斜导向块上设有长槽,在所述长槽内活动设有切刀,在所述切刀靠近转动板一端上竖向设有第二导向块,在所述第二导向块内设有第二长槽,所述凸柱活动设置在第二长槽内。
如上所述一种瓜类切片机,其特征在于在所述壳体内设有瓜片腔,所述斜开口设置在瓜片腔上方。
综上所述,本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是:
本发明通过设有切削机构对瓜进行切割,在切割的同时,使推动机构间歇的将瓜向前推进,起到了快速切片的作用,效率高,且结构简单,使用方便。

一种瓜类切片机,包括有壳体1,在所述壳体1一侧底部设有第一支撑架10,在所述壳体1后端上设有套瓜管体11,在所述套瓜壳体11前端设有斜开口12,在所述第一支撑架10上设有能推动套瓜管体11内的瓜向前移动的推动机构2,在所述第一支撑架10一旁设有能有对斜开口12外的瓜体进行切削并且能够使推动机构2间歇运动的切削机构3,在使用时,通过设有切削机构3对瓜进行切割,在切割的同时,使推动机构2间歇的将瓜向前推进,起到了快速切片的作用,效率高,且结构简单,使用方便。
本发明所述推动机构2包括有通过转轴设置在第一支撑架10上的第一齿轮20,在所述第一齿轮20内侧面上设有第一锥齿轮21,在所述套瓜管体11下侧面设有导向槽22,在所述导向槽22内活动设有齿条23,在所述套瓜壳体11内活动设有推板24,所述推板24与齿条23外端相连接,在所述第一支撑架10上通过转轴设有第二锥齿轮25,所述第二锥齿轮25与第一锥齿轮21相啮合,在所述第二锥齿轮25上通过转轴设有第二齿轮26,所述第二齿轮26与齿条23相啮合,在使用时,通过第一锥齿轮21的转动带动第二锥齿轮25转动,从而使第二齿轮26转动,带动齿条23向前移动,从而使推板24向前移动,瓜放在套瓜管体11内时,推板24推动瓜向前移动。
本发明所述切削机构3包括有设置在第一支撑架10一旁的第二支撑架30,在所述第二支撑架30外侧设有电机31,所述电机31的电机轴上设有半齿轮32,所述半齿轮32与第一齿轮20相啮合,在所述半齿轮32内侧通过转轴设有转动板33,在所述转动板33圆周边上设有凸柱34,在所述壳体1两侧分别设有斜导向块35,所述斜导向块35与斜开口12的斜度相对应,在所述斜导向块35上设有长槽36,在所述长槽36内活动设有切刀37,在所述切刀37靠近转动板33一端上竖向设有第二导向块38,在所述第二导向块38内设有第二长槽39,所述凸柱34活动设置在第二长槽39内,在使用时,通过电机31带动半齿轮32转动,通过半齿轮32间歇带动第一齿轮20转动,使推动机构2内的推板24间歇推动瓜向前移动,通过半齿轮32转动使转动板33转动,从而通过凸柱34带动切刀37在长槽36内往复移动,对瓜进行切片。
本发明在所述壳体1内设有瓜片腔40,所述斜开口12设置在瓜片腔40上方,在使用时,通过切削机构3在斜开口12上切下的瓜片落入瓜片腔40内。

1.一种瓜类切片机,包括有壳体(1),其特征在于:在所述壳体(1)一侧底部设有第一支撑架(10),在所述壳体(1)后端上设有套瓜管体(11),在所述套瓜壳体(11)前端设有斜开口(12),在所述第一支撑架(10)上设有能推动套瓜管体(11)内的瓜向前移动的推动机构(2),在所述第一支撑架(10)一旁设有能有对斜开口(12)外的瓜体进行切削并且能够使推动机构(2)间歇运动的切削机构(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种瓜类切片机,其特征在于所述推动机构(2)包括有通过转轴设置在第一支撑架(10)上的第一齿轮(20),在所述第一齿轮(20)内侧面上设有第一锥齿轮(21),在所述套瓜管体(11)下侧面设有导向槽(22),在所述导向槽(22)内活动设有齿条(23),在所述套瓜壳体(11)内活动设有推板(24),所述推板(24)与齿条(23)外端相连接,在所述第一支撑架(10)上通过转轴设有第二锥齿轮(25),所述第二锥齿轮(25)与第一锥齿轮(21)相啮合,在所述第二锥齿轮(25)上通过转轴设有第二齿轮(26),所述第二齿轮(26)与齿条(23)相啮合。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种瓜类切片机,其特征在于所述切削机构(3)包括有设置在第一支撑架(10)一旁的第二支撑架(30),在所述第二支撑架(30)外侧设有电机(31),所述电机(31)的电机轴上设有半齿轮(32),所述半齿轮(32)与第一齿轮(20)相啮合,在所述半齿轮(32)内侧通过转轴设有转动板(33),在所述转动板(33)圆周边上设有凸柱(34),在所述壳体(1)两侧分别设有斜导向块(35),所述斜导向块(35)与斜开口(12)的斜度相对应,在所述斜导向块(35)上设有长槽(36),在所述长槽(36)内活动设有切刀(37),在所述切刀(37)靠近转动板(33)一端上竖向设有第二导向块(38),在所述第二导向块(38)内设有第二长槽(39),所述凸柱(34)活动设置在第二长槽(39)内。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种瓜类切片机,其特征在于在所述壳体(1)内设有瓜片腔(40),所述斜开口(12)设置在瓜片腔(40)上方。
