塑料泡沫加工用设备
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料加工技术领域,具体涉及塑料泡沫加工用设备。
背景技术
塑料泡沫,是由大量气体微孔分散于固体塑料中而形成的一类高分子材料,具有质轻、隔热、吸音、减震等特性,且介电性能优于基本树脂,用途广泛。几乎各种塑料均可作为泡沫塑料。
塑料泡沫使用时,一般要进行一定的加工,例如:将塑料泡沫切割成特定的形状或在塑料泡沫上打出一个通孔,让塑料泡沫对物品起到保护和支撑作用。现在塑料泡沫的切割方式一般是通过切割刀对塑料泡沫进行切割,从而使得塑料泡沫切割成特定的形状,但是由于塑料泡沫的膨胀性以及不容易切断等特性,对塑料泡沫进行切割时,在塑料泡沫上会产生诸多毛刺,从而造成切割的塑料泡沫不平整。因此,为了使得切割后的塑料泡沫平整,需要再次对切割的塑料泡沫进行磨平处理,如此会使得切割工作效率低。塑料泡沫在切割的过程中,由于塑料泡沫质轻,切割刀对塑料泡沫的作用力,容易使得塑料泡沫发生位置偏移,从而使得切割的位置不够精准。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种塑料泡沫加工用设备,以解决现有技术对塑料泡沫切割过程中容易产生毛刺的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种塑料泡沫加工用设备,包括机架、驱动块和支撑台,所述驱动块由液压缸驱动,驱动块与机架滑动连接,驱动块的下部设有若干驱动腔,驱动腔内竖直固定有切割刀,切割刀的外部均套设有与驱动腔滑动连接的摩擦块;
摩擦块的上部设有与驱动块相抵的压簧,驱动块下部连接有滑杆,滑杆向摩擦块滑动时可卡紧摩擦块;
所述支撑台固定在机架上并且位于切割刀的下方,支撑台上设有用于放置塑料泡沫的凹槽,凹槽的下方设有分别位于支撑台两侧的滑道,滑道内均滑动连接有滑块,滑块将滑道分为上腔和下腔,下腔与凹槽连通,上腔通过气管与驱动腔连通;
所述支撑台上设有分别位于驱动块两侧的驱动杆,驱动杆均通过扭簧铰接在支撑台上,驱动杆与滑块之间设有推动杆,推动杆一端与驱动杆的下部相抵,推动杆的另一端与滑块固定连接,驱动杆的上部均固定有压板。
本发明的原理:滑杆卡紧摩擦块时,摩擦块不会向下滑动;滑杆停止卡紧摩擦块时,压簧的作用力和摩擦块的重力会使得摩擦块相对切割刀向下滑动,使得切割刀受到摩擦且产生热量。摩擦块相对切割刀向下过程中,驱动腔与摩擦块的运动过程相当于气缸工作,驱动腔会通过气管将上腔的气体吸入到驱动腔内,上腔会形成负压带着滑块向上滑动。如此滑块会带动推动杆向上滑动,从而推动杆推动驱动杆的下部,驱动杆在扭簧的作用下会带着压板向塑料泡沫转动,从而压紧塑料泡沫,并且滑块还会使得下腔形成吸力,并且在竖直方向上吸紧塑料泡沫。
液压缸会带动驱动块向下滑动,驱动块会带着摩擦块和切割刀以及滑杆向下滑动,切割刀对塑料泡沫进行切割,摩擦块会与塑料泡沫相抵且摩擦块会相对切割刀向上滑动。摩擦块会挤压驱动腔内的气体进入到上腔内,使得滑块复位,在滑块复位的过程中,滑块会带着推动杆向下滑动,并且推动杆拉动驱动杆的,使得驱动杆带着压板朝着远离塑料泡沫的方向转动,从而压板不再压住塑料泡沫。使用滑杆将摩擦块卡紧,通过液压缸将驱动块复位,完成切割。
本发明的效果:1、摩擦块向下滑动,摩擦块与切割刀相互摩擦,从而使得切割刀上产生热量,切割刀对塑料泡沫进行切割时,在热量的作用下切割刀可平整的切割塑料泡沫,与传统的塑料泡沫的相比,通过摩擦的方式加热切割刀,因而切割塑料泡沫时不会产生毛刺,不需要再次进行磨平加工塑料泡沫,提高工作效率。
2、通过压板、推动杆和驱动杆的配合,可在竖直方向上对塑料泡沫进行夹持,对塑料泡沫进行切割时,塑料泡沫的反向作用力会使得塑料泡沫弹起。并且还通过凹槽来对塑料泡沫的周边进行限位,从而使得塑料泡沫在切割时不会发生位置片,切割刀对塑料泡沫进行切割时切割的更加精准。
进一步,所述滑杆与机架和驱动块均滑动连接。滑杆可在驱动块和机架上向摩擦块滑动,从而摩擦块会卡紧摩擦块,使得摩擦块不会向下滑动。
进一步,所述摩擦块的外周上设有卡槽,滑杆上设有可与卡槽配合的凸块。滑杆向摩擦块滑动,滑杆会带着凸块伸入到卡槽内,从而卡紧摩擦块。
进一步,所述压板上设有缓冲层。在压板压紧塑料泡沫时,缓冲层避免压板将塑料泡沫损坏。
进一步,所述机架上还滑动连接有气缸,气缸的输出轴与滑杆连接。在摩擦块被塑料泡沫抵住相对切割刀向上滑动时,启动气缸来将滑杆推动,从而使得滑杆卡紧摩擦块,方便操作,提高工作效率。

下面通过具体实施方式进一步详细说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:滑杆1、凸块111、驱动块2、摩擦块3、卡槽4、切割刀5、压簧6、驱动腔7、塑料泡沫8、压板9、驱动杆10、支撑台13、推动杆14、滑块15、下腔16、上腔17、气管19。
实施例:
基本如附图1和附图2所示,一种塑料泡沫加工用设备,包括机架、支撑台13和由液压缸驱动的驱动块2,驱动块2与机架竖直滑动连接,驱动块2下部的两侧开设有两个驱动腔7。驱动腔7内均固定有竖直向下的切割刀5,切割刀5的外侧套设有摩擦块3,摩擦块3与驱动腔7竖直滑动连接,摩擦块3的上部设有与驱动腔7连接的压簧6,压簧6套设在切割刀5的外侧。
驱动块2的下部还设有水平放置的滑杆1,滑杆1与机架和驱动块2均水平滑动连接,滑杆1的右端设有与机架竖直滑动连接的气缸,气缸的输出轴与滑杆1固定连接,滑杆1上还设有固定在机架上的复位弹簧。摩擦块3的右侧设有卡槽4,滑杆1上设有位于对应卡槽4右侧的凸块111。
支撑台13位于切割刀5的下方,并且支撑台13固定在机架上。支撑台13的上部设有凹槽,凹槽的两侧均通过扭簧铰接有驱动杆10,驱动杆10的上部固定有压板9,压板9上设有缓冲层,缓冲层为海绵。凹槽的下部设有滑道,滑道内竖直滑动连接有滑块15,滑块15将滑道分为上腔17和下腔16,下腔16与凹槽连通,上腔17通过气管19与驱动腔7连通。滑块15与驱动杆10之间设有推动杆14,推动杆14的上端与驱动杆10的下端相抵,推动杆14的下端与滑块15固定连接。
具体实施过程如下:
初始时,凸块111伸入到卡槽4内,使得摩擦块3卡紧在驱动腔7内。将塑料泡沫8放置到凹槽内,此时启动气缸拉动滑杆1向右侧滑动,从而凸块111从卡槽4内滑出。摩擦块3在压簧6的作用下向下滑动,摩擦块3向下滑动的过程中,摩擦块3会与切割刀5发生摩擦,从而使得切割刀5上产生热量,同时摩擦块3与驱动腔7配合如同活塞一样工作,驱动腔7会通过气管19将上腔17中的气体吸入到驱动腔7内。上腔17的气体被驱动腔7吸出形成负压,负压会使滑块15向上滑动。
滑块15向上滑动,滑块15会带着推动杆14向上滑动,推动杆14抵紧驱动杆10的下部,在扭簧的作用下,驱动杆10的上部会带着压板9朝向塑料泡沫8转动,从而驱动杆10会带着压板9将塑料泡沫8压紧。滑块15向上腔17滑动,使得下腔16产生一定的负压,对塑料泡沫8进行吸附,如此通过压板9和外部压强的作用将塑料泡沫8在竖直方向上被紧固。
启动液压缸,液压缸推动驱动块2向下滑动,驱动块2带着切割刀5、摩擦块3、滑杆1和气缸向下滑动,切割刀5向下伸入塑料泡沫8内对塑料泡沫8进行切割,此时摩擦块3的下端会抵住塑料泡沫8,从而摩擦块3相对切割刀5向上滑动。
摩擦块3向上滑动,从而摩擦块3会挤压压簧6并且挤压驱动腔7内的气体进入到上腔17内,气体进入到上腔17内,滑块15会受到气体的作用向下滑动,从而滑块15会带动推动杆14,推动杆14会带着驱动杆10向支撑台13的两侧转动,从而驱动杆10带着压板9离开塑料泡沫8。由于在压簧6的作用下,摩擦块3向上滑动的受到的作用力大,在切割刀5对塑料泡沫8切割完成时,驱动腔7内的气体才被摩擦块3送入到上腔17内,从而此时压板9刚好与塑料泡沫8脱离。此时关闭气缸,在弹簧的作用下,弹簧会推动滑杆1向左侧滑动,从而滑杆1上的凸块111伸入到对应的卡槽4内,将滑块15卡紧在驱动块2上。启动液压缸带动驱动块2向上滑动,驱动块2和切割刀5复位。此时,再向支撑台13的两侧转动驱动杆10,驱动杆10会带动向下将推动杆14推动,推动杆14会推动滑块15向下滑动,从而滑块15会挤压下腔16内的气体,气体会将塑料泡沫8吹出凹槽,完成塑料泡沫8的切割加工。

1.塑料泡沫加工用设备,其特征在于:包括机架、驱动块和支撑台,所述驱动块由液压缸驱动,驱动块与机架滑动连接,驱动块的下部设有若干驱动腔,驱动腔内竖直固定有切割刀,切割刀的外部均套设有与驱动腔滑动连接的摩擦块;
摩擦块的上部设有与驱动块相抵的压簧,驱动块下部连接有滑杆,滑杆向摩擦块滑动时可卡紧摩擦块;
所述支撑台固定在机架上并且位于切割刀的下方,支撑台上设有用于放置塑料泡沫的凹槽,凹槽的下方设有分别位于支撑台两侧的滑道,滑道内均滑动连接有滑块,滑块将滑道分为上腔和下腔,下腔与凹槽连通,上腔通过气管与驱动腔连通;
所述支撑台上设有分别位于驱动块两侧的驱动杆,驱动杆均通过扭簧铰接在支撑台上,驱动杆与滑块之间设有推动杆,推动杆一端与驱动杆的下部相抵,推动杆的另一端与滑块固定连接,驱动杆的上部均固定有压板。
