The movable positioning column 8 can be divided into a multi-section combination according to the requirement, the scheme is divided into two sections, namely an upper section and a lower section, and simultaneously, in order to ensure that the upper section and the lower section can freely rotate, two groups of connection combinations of a first sleeve 9, a first connecting rod 10 and a first fixing screw 11 which are arranged on the movable positioning column 8 and the support column 5 are respectively arranged on the upper section and the lower section; the number of the connection combinations is confirmed according to the number of the sections divided by the movable positioning column 8; the multi-section type combination can improve the use efficiency, is convenient for fixing the sections respectively, and is simple to operate.

The fixed positioning column 7 and the movable positioning column 8 are provided with a plurality of grooves 19 which are used for accommodating one end part of the electrode plate 2 at intervals.
The compressing device 6 comprises an air cylinder 61 arranged on the upper mounting plate 3 and a compressing flange 63 positioned at the head of the air cylinder shaft 62; the cylinder shaft 62 passes through the upper mounting plate 3 and then is fixed on the compression flange 63, a polytetrafluoroethylene plate is arranged at the bottom of the compression flange 63, and the polytetrafluoroethylene plate is in contact with the porcelain ring 1 for compression; meanwhile, the cylinder 61 is provided with a pneumatic adjusting element 64 for controlling and adjusting air inlet and air outlet, so that the speed and pressure of the movement of the cylinder shaft 62 are automatically controlled and changed.
When the ceramic ring is used, the movable positioning column 8 is screwed to one side, the electrode plates 2 are adhered to the two end surfaces of the ceramic ring 1 through an adhesive, the adhered ceramic ring 1 is placed from bottom to top in sequence by taking the fixed positioning column 7 as a reference, and after the placement is finished, the movable positioning column 7 is rotated to a designated position, so that the ceramic ring 1 cannot move in the radial direction, and the first sleeve 9 is positioned and fixed through the first fixing screw 11; after that, the cylinder 61 moves to push the pressing flange 63 and the polytetrafluoroethylene plate to press the porcelain ring 1 and keep for a period of time, so that the adhesive is solidified, after the completion, the movable positioning column 8 is rotated to one side, the porcelain ring 1 combination which is already pressed is taken out, and a new porcelain ring 1 is put in, and the operation is repeated.
