Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of soil grinding, in particular to a manual soil grinding device.
Background
Soil is the material basis for sustainable development of the economic society, and mineral nutrition required for growth of crops is mostly derived from soil. In modern agriculture, the application of chemical fertilizers plays an important role in improving crop yield and ensuring grain safety, and the applied chemical fertilizers are transformed and integrated in soil so as to be supplied to plants for growth. The effective soil fertilization management can effectively improve the soil fertility, further improve the grain yield and regulate and control the crop quality; however, improper fertilization can reduce agricultural productivity and even lead to soil degradation and other serious environmental problems. On the other hand, the unreasonable development and utilization of land in production and life causes soil pollution, and then directly threatens the grain safety and sustainable development. Therefore, soil nutrient management based on agrochemical analysis is of paramount importance in modern agricultural production.
The soil needs to be ground and sieved before it can be tested. At present, the soil is ground by a manual mode and a grinding grinder mode, wherein the manual mode mainly comprises modes of hammer striking and crushing, wood roller rolling and the like, and the method is time-consuming, labor-consuming, low in efficiency, and high in difficulty in grinding soil samples with fine grain sizes due to low hardness and poor wear resistance of wood tools; the automatic grinding instrument or the pulverizer is used for grinding the soil, so that equipment investment can be greatly increased, and when a large number of different soil samples are processed, the difficulty of cleaning equipment is high to prevent cross contamination, and large sample loss or loss can be caused, so that analysis accuracy is affected. In research and production, the number of soil samples is large, and efficient and convenient soil grinding treatment technology is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the manual soil grinding device which is simple in structure, reasonable in design and convenient to use.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a manual soil grinding device comprising: the base, enclose and keep off frame and grinder, wherein, the base with enclose and keep off the frame and set up relatively, the base on with enclose and be provided with the liner between the fender frame, enclose and keep off the frame and constitute by first baffle and second baffle, first baffle and second baffle first connection encircle the base setting, the grinder setting in enclosing and keep off the frame, enclose a second baffle of keeping off the frame and base and pass through the hinge to be fixed, the base bottom be provided with the support column that is used for supporting the base.
The base is of a concave arc structure, and the shape of the enclosing frame is matched with that of the base.
The first baffle plate and the second baffle plate of the enclosing baffle frame are pressed on the gasket.
The first baffle on be provided with the guide way, the guide way in the activity be provided with the axle, axle both ends be provided with the handle and enclose the first baffle outside that keeps off the frame.
The grinder is of a spindle type structure, stainless steel bearings are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the grinder, and inner rings of the stainless steel bearings are fixed with the shaft.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
the manual soil grinding device is full in grinding, time-saving and labor-saving, convenient to clean when a plurality of samples are processed, and the efficiency is improved by 3-5 times compared with that of common manual soil grinding devices.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a grinding apparatus of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing the structure of a grinder in the grinding device according to the present invention;
in the figure: 1. the grinding machine comprises a first baffle plate, a second baffle plate, a liner, a base, a grinder, a guide groove, a shaft and a bearing.
Detailed Description
The following description of the present invention will be made more complete and clear in view of the detailed description of the invention, which is to be taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings that illustrate only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a manual soil grinding device includes: the base 4, enclose and keep off frame and grinder 5, wherein base 4 is the arc structure of indent, encloses and keep off frame shape and base 4 assorted, encloses and keep off the frame and constitute by first baffle 1 and with second baffle 2, first baffle 1 and with second baffle 2 head and the end interval connection form the structure of encircleing base 4. The grinder 5 is arranged in the enclosure frame, the grinder 5 is of a spindle type structure, stainless steel bearings are arranged at two ends of the grinder 5, a second baffle 2 of the enclosure frame is fixed with the base 4 through a hinge, and a supporting column for supporting the base 4 is arranged at the bottom of the base 4.
Preferably, a liner 3 is paved on the base 4, kraft paper is adopted for the liner 3, the first baffle plate 1 and the second baffle plate 2 of the surrounding baffle frame are pressed on the liner 3, and are attached to the liner 3 after suddenly grinding is required, so that the liner is convenient to move and take, and meanwhile, cross infection caused to the next analysis process can be avoided.
As shown in fig. 2, two first baffle plates 1 of the enclosure frame are provided with guide grooves 6, shafts 7 are movably arranged in the guide grooves 6, stainless steel bearing inner rings at two ends of the grinder 5 and the shafts 7 are fixedly arranged in the enclosure frame, and the grinder 5 can reciprocate between the base 4 and the enclosure frame through manual pushing, so that the purpose of grinding soil is achieved. Meanwhile, when the surrounding baffle frame is lifted, the grinder 5 can be supported, the grinder 5 can be clamped in the guide groove 6, the liner 3 can be conveniently pulled out from the side, a soil sample can be collected, and the grinder 5 can be fixed.
In other embodiments of the present invention, a spindle-type grinder 5 is provided, wherein two end sides of a main body in the middle of the grinder 5 are located at the inner sides of a surrounding frame, stainless steel bearings are respectively embedded, and an iron rod is used as a shaft to pass through the center of the grinder 5 and be fixed with an inner ring of the stainless steel bearings. The spindle grinding part adopts high-strength thermoplastic crystalline polymer material-Polyoxymethylene (POM), which has high strength, wear resistance, stable property, good weather resistance and convenient machining. The POM material can be used for grinding soil, so that the pollution to soil samples can be reduced, the soil is less in sticky soil and easy to clean, the samples can be ground into finer particles, and the spindle-shaped design is labor-saving and efficient for grinding the soil.
