Abstract
The invention discloses a rapid oil purifying device, which comprises a rotary drum with an inner cavity of the rotary drum and a dirt accommodating box arranged below the rotary drum, wherein an oil pipe system is arranged between the rotary drum and the dirt accommodating box, the oil pipe system comprises an oil inlet vertical pipe, a slag outlet pipe and a clean oil vertical outlet pipe which are sleeved in sequence from outside to inside, a rotating shaft sleeved on the outer wall of the clean oil vertical outlet pipe is arranged in the inner cavity of the rotary drum, the upper end of the rotating shaft is connected with the inner wall of the rotary drum, the rotating shaft is connected with the clean oil vertical outlet pipe through an upper rotating bearing and a lower rotating bearing, and a plurality of dirt accommodating discs are sleeved on the rotating shaft.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a rapid oil purifying device.
Background
When the rotary drum runs at high speed, the mixture liquid material to be separated enters the bottommost part of the rotary drum of the oil purifying device through the feed pipe. After the mixed liquid flows out of the feed pipe, various items of the mixed liquid flow upwards and reversely due to centrifugal force. Because of the density difference of the mixed liquid, the heavier solid phase is thrown to the inner wall of the drum wall after the gravity exceeds the centrifugal machine, and flows to the slag discharge port, while the lighter liquid phase or oil phase continuously ascends along the disc until being discharged from the liquid discharge port at the upper end of the machine, but the existing oil purifying device has complex structure, especially the distribution relation among pipelines is complex, and the structural stability and the air tightness of the pipelines are not well ensured.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provide the rapid oil purifying device with compact structure and strong purifying capacity.
The quick oil purifying device comprises a rotary drum with an inner cavity of the rotary drum and a sewage containing box arranged below the rotary drum, wherein an oil pipe system is arranged between the rotary drum and the sewage containing box, and comprises an oil inlet vertical pipe, a slag discharging pipe and a clean oil vertical outlet pipe which are sleeved in sequence from outside to inside;
the upper end of the oil inlet vertical pipe is communicated with the inner cavity of the rotary drum, the lower end of the oil inlet vertical pipe is connected with the upper wall of the sewage containing tank, the lower part of the oil inlet vertical pipe is provided with an oil inlet horizontal pipe communicated with the oil inlet vertical pipe, and the oil inlet horizontal pipe is connected with the waste oil tank through a first vacuum pump;
the upper end of the slag discharging pipe is communicated with the inner cavity of the rotary drum, and the lower end of the slag discharging pipe extends into the sewage containing tank;
the upper end of the clean oil vertical outlet pipe extends into the upper part of the inner cavity of the rotary drum and is connected with the guide cover, a plurality of clean oil inlets are formed in the guide cover along the circumference, the lower end of the guide cover is a closed end, the lower part of the clean oil vertical outlet pipe is provided with a clean oil horizontal pipe communicated with the clean oil vertical outlet pipe, and the clean oil horizontal pipe sequentially penetrates out of the slag discharging pipe and the oil inlet vertical pipe wall and extends out of the oil circuit system;
the lower end of the rotary drum is sleeved outside the oil inlet vertical pipe and connected with the motor through a transmission part; the inner cavity of the rotary drum is internally provided with a rotating shaft sleeved on the outer wall of the vertical clean oil outlet pipe, the upper end of the rotating shaft is connected with the inner wall of the rotary drum, the rotating shaft is connected with the vertical clean oil outlet pipe through an upper rotating bearing and a lower rotating bearing, a plurality of clean oil inlet holes are formed in the upper portion of the rotating shaft, and a plurality of dirt containing discs are sleeved below the clean oil inlet holes of the rotating shaft.
In order to enable the separated clean oil to better flow into the clean oil vertical outlet pipe, the clean oil inlet is also provided with a plurality of guide plates which are obliquely arranged inwards.
In order to better drive the rotation of the rotary drum, the transmission part is a belt pulley which is sleeved on the oil inlet vertical pipe, and the upper end of the belt pulley is connected with the rotary drum.
Preferably, the rotary drum is a die casting.
Preferably, the upper and lower rotating bearings are precision high-speed bearings.
In order to better separate heavy liquid from clear liquid and improve the separation efficiency of clean oil, the number of the sewage containing trays is 5-20.
If the slag is more or the liquid is more turbid, the lower end of the rotating shaft is also provided with an anchor stirring paddle in order to ensure the separation efficiency.
In order to improve the yield of clean oil and carry out secondary separation on residual oil in the sewage containing tank, the sewage containing tank is connected with the waste oil tank through a second vacuum pump.
The beneficial effects are that:
the device is ingenious in structural arrangement, good in oil-water separation effect, and capable of sequentially arranging the oil inlet vertical pipe, the slag outlet pipe and the clean oil vertical pipe in the oil pipe system from outside to inside, effectively saving the occupied space of equipment, and greatly improving the structural stability and air tightness of the whole oil pipe by the annular buckled oil pipe system.
The device better solves the problem that the three pipelines of oil inlet, slag outlet and oil outlet are difficult to distribute in the traditional oil purifying device, and the three pipelines are annularly buckled and uniformly arranged at the lower end of the rotary drum under the device, so that the number of outlets on the rotary drum is reduced, the air tightness of the inner cavity of the rotary drum is increased, and the risk of oil leakage of the oil purifying device is reduced.

The present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the following examples and drawings for the purpose of enhancing the understanding of the present invention, which examples are provided for the purpose of illustrating the present invention only and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the quick oil purifying device comprises a rotary drum 1 with a rotary drum inner cavity and a sewage containing tank 2 arranged below the rotary drum 1, an oil pipe system 3 is arranged between the rotary drum 1 and the sewage containing tank 2, and as shown in fig. 2, the oil pipe system 3 comprises an oil inlet vertical pipe 31, a slag discharging pipe 32 and a clean oil vertical pipe 33 which are sleeved in sequence from outside to inside;
the upper end of the oil inlet vertical pipe 31 is communicated with the inner cavity of the rotary drum, the lower end of the oil inlet vertical pipe 31 is connected with the upper wall of the sewage containing tank 2, the lower part of the oil inlet vertical pipe 31 is provided with an oil inlet horizontal pipe communicated with the oil inlet vertical pipe, and the oil inlet horizontal pipe is connected with the waste oil tank 6 through the first vacuum pump 5;
the upper end of the slag discharging pipe 32 is communicated with the inner cavity of the rotary drum, and the lower end of the slag discharging pipe extends into the sewage containing tank 2;
the upper end of the clean oil vertical outlet pipe 33 extends into the upper part of the inner cavity of the rotary drum and is connected with the guide cover 7, a plurality of clean oil inlets are formed in the guide cover 7 along the circumference, the lower end of the guide cover is a closed end, the lower part of the clean oil vertical outlet pipe 33 is provided with a clean oil horizontal pipe 8 communicated with the clean oil vertical outlet pipe, and the clean oil horizontal pipe 8 sequentially penetrates through the slag discharging pipe 32 and the oil inlet vertical pipe 31 and extends out of an oil path system;
the lower end of the rotary drum 1 is sleeved outside the oil inlet vertical pipe and is connected with a motor (not shown in the figure) through a belt pulley 9; the belt pulley 9 is sleeved on the oil inlet vertical pipe 31, a rotating shaft 10 sleeved on the outer wall of the clean oil vertical pipe is arranged in the inner cavity of the rotary drum, the upper end of the rotating shaft is connected with the inner wall of the rotary drum, the rotating shaft is connected with the clean oil vertical pipe through an upper rotating bearing 11 and a lower rotating bearing 12, the upper rotating bearing and the lower rotating bearing are precise high-speed bearings, a plurality of clean oil holes are formed in the upper portion of the rotating shaft, 5-20 dirt containing discs 13 are sleeved on the rotating shaft, and the dirt containing discs 13 are located below the clean oil holes.
The cleaning oil inlet is also provided with a plurality of guide plates (not shown in the figure) which are obliquely arranged inwards. A baffle (not shown) may be effective in helping clean oil enter the clean oil inlet. Preferably, the drum 1 is a die casting. The lower end of the rotating shaft is also provided with an anchor stirring paddle 15. When the liquid viscosity is high or the liquid is uneven, the liquid can be evenly stirred by the anchor type stirring paddle.
The waste container 2 is connected with the waste oil container 6 through a second vacuum pump 16. The oil in the sewage containing tank 2 can be purified for the second time, and the yield of clean oil is improved.
The working conditions are as follows: under the action of the first vacuum pump 5, the mixed oil is led into an oil inlet transverse pipe, enters the inner cavity of the rotary drum from an inner cavity between an oil inlet vertical pipe 31 and a slag discharging pipe 32, the motor drives the rotary drum 1 to rotate through a belt pulley 9, at the moment, the mixed oil in the inner cavity of the rotary drum deposits on a dirt receiving disc 13 under the action of centrifugal force, and liquid moves towards the wall of the rotary drum, wherein the liquid (clean oil) with lower density moves upwards along the wall of the rotary drum, passes through a clean oil inlet hole on a rotating shaft, enters a clean oil vertical outlet pipe 33 through a plurality of clean oil inlet holes arranged on a guide cover 7, and is discharged from the clean oil transverse pipe 33; the liquid with heavy density (liquid containing water or other magazines) moves downwards along the wall of the cavity of the drum, and is discharged from the inner cavity between the slag discharging pipe 32 and the cleaning oil vertical discharging pipe 33 and enters the sewage containing box 2.

The quick oil purifying device is characterized by comprising a rotary drum with an inner cavity of the rotary drum and a dirt accommodating box arranged below the rotary drum, wherein an oil pipe system is arranged between the rotary drum and the dirt accommodating box, and the oil pipe system comprises an oil inlet vertical pipe, a slag outlet pipe and a clean oil vertical outlet pipe which are sleeved in sequence from outside to inside;
the upper end of the oil inlet vertical pipe is communicated with the inner cavity of the rotary drum, the lower end of the oil inlet vertical pipe is connected with the upper wall of the sewage containing tank, the lower part of the oil inlet vertical pipe is provided with an oil inlet horizontal pipe communicated with the oil inlet vertical pipe, and the oil inlet horizontal pipe is connected with the waste oil tank through a first vacuum pump;
the upper end of the slag discharging pipe is communicated with the inner cavity of the rotary drum, and the lower end of the slag discharging pipe extends into the sewage containing tank;
the upper end of the clean oil vertical outlet pipe extends into the upper part of the inner cavity of the rotary drum and is connected with the guide cover, a plurality of clean oil inlets are formed in the guide cover along the circumference, the lower end of the guide cover is a closed end, the lower part of the clean oil vertical outlet pipe is provided with a clean oil horizontal pipe communicated with the clean oil vertical outlet pipe, and the clean oil horizontal pipe sequentially penetrates out of the slag discharging pipe and the oil inlet vertical pipe wall and extends out of the oil circuit system;
the lower end of the rotary drum is sleeved outside the oil inlet vertical pipe and connected with the motor through a transmission part; a rotating shaft sleeved on the outer wall of the vertical clean oil outlet pipe is arranged in the inner cavity of the rotary drum, the upper end of the rotating shaft is connected with the inner wall of the rotary drum, the rotating shaft is connected with the vertical clean oil outlet pipe through an upper rotating bearing and a lower rotating bearing, a plurality of clean oil inlets are formed in the upper part of the rotating shaft, and a plurality of dirt holding discs are sleeved below the clean oil inlets on the rotating shaft;
the cleaning oil inlet is also provided with a plurality of guide plates which are obliquely arranged inwards;
the transmission part is a belt pulley which is sleeved on the oil inlet vertical pipe.
