Abstract
本发明公开的属于医疗用具技术领域,具体为一种心血管超声溶栓装置,包括箱体,所述箱体的内腔横向安装有隔板,所述隔板的顶部安装有药箱,所述药箱的内腔左侧底部安装有温度传感器,所述药箱的内腔底部设置有加热装置,所述药箱的右侧通过管道连接有吸液泵,所述吸液泵的右侧连接有给药管,所述喷头的顶部安装有摄像头,所述检测主机的顶部连接有检测管,所述检测管的另一端通过两个支管分别连接有超声发射探头和超声接收探头,所述支杆的顶部设置有控制面板,采用药物和超声溶栓仪相互配合,提高溶栓效率和治疗,且能够对血栓进行检测,便于判断血栓的位置,短溶栓治疗时间,该发明使用方便,治疗效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用具技术领域,具体为一种心血管超声溶栓装置。
背景技术
血栓是血流在心血管系统血管内面剥落处或修补处的表面所形成的小块。在日常护理过程中,医务人员在给血栓病人进行护理的过程中,人工护理过程复杂,没有一种有效的办法消融患者的血栓,对于血栓严重的患者,普通的按摩会有可能造成患者血栓再次堵塞,给患者造成更加严重的伤害。超声技术在医疗方面的独特疗效已得到医学界的普遍认可,并越来越被临床重视和采用。国内外医学专家利用超声技术在治疗肢体软组织损伤、肢体慢性疼痛康复、肢体运动康复方面积取得了非常好的疗效,并把超声治疗拓展到中医科、骨科、外科、内科、儿科、肿瘤科、男科、妇产科等,在临床得以广泛应用,取得了满意的治疗效果。现有的心血管超声溶栓装置的功能单一,治疗效果不好,使用不方便,满足不了使用需要。为此,我们提出一种心血管超声溶栓装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种心血管超声溶栓装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的心血管超声溶栓装置的功能单一,治疗效果不好,使用不方便,满足不了使用需要的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种心血管超声溶栓装置,包括箱体,所述箱体的内腔横向安装有隔板,所述隔板的顶部安装有药箱,所述药箱的内腔左侧底部安装有温度传感器,所述药箱的内腔底部设置有加热装置,所述药箱的右侧通过管道连接有吸液泵,所述吸液泵的右侧连接有给药管,所述给药管的另一端安装有喷头,所述喷头的顶部安装有摄像头,所述箱体的顶部从左到右依次设置有支杆、检测主机和超声溶栓仪,所述超声溶栓仪的右侧通过连接管连接有溶栓头,所述检测主机的顶部连接有检测管,所述检测管的另一端通过两个支管分别连接有超声发射探头和超声接收探头,所述支杆的顶部设置有控制面板,所述温度传感器和摄像头的输出端均电性连接检测主机的输入端,所述检测主机的输入端电性连接信号处理装置的输出端,所述信号处理装置的输入端电性连接超声接收探头的输出端,所述检测主机的输出端分别电性连接加热装置、吸液泵和超声发射探头的输入端。所述检测主机分别双向电性连接控制面板和超声溶栓仪,所述超声溶栓仪双向电性连接溶栓头。
优选的,所述信号处理装置包括信号滤波装置和信号放大装置,且信号滤波装置连接信号放大装置。
优选的,所述箱体的底部四角均安装有移动轮,且移动轮为万向轮。
优选的,所述控制面板包括显示屏和功能按键。
优选的,所述超声溶栓仪内置有超声波换能器。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该发明提出的一种心血管超声溶栓装置,采用药物和超声溶栓仪相互配合,提高溶栓效率和治疗,且能够对血栓进行检测,便于判断血栓的位置,短溶栓治疗时间,该发明使用方便,治疗效率高。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种心血管超声溶栓装置,包括箱体1,所述箱体1的内腔横向安装有隔板2,所述隔板2的顶部安装有药箱3,所述药箱3的内腔左侧底部安装有温度传感器4,所述药箱3的内腔底部设置有加热装置5,所述药箱3的右侧通过管道连接有吸液泵6,所述吸液泵6的右侧连接有给药管7,所述给药管7的另一端安装有喷头8,所述喷头8的顶部安装有摄像头9,所述箱体1的顶部从左到右依次设置有支杆10、检测主机11和超声溶栓仪12,所述超声溶栓仪12的右侧通过连接管13连接有溶栓头14,所述检测主机11的顶部连接有检测管15,所述检测管15的另一端通过两个支管分别连接有超声发射探头16和超声接收探头17,所述支杆10的顶部设置有控制面板18,所述温度传感器4和摄像头9的输出端均电性连接检测主机11的输入端,所述检测主机11的输入端电性连接信号处理装置20的输出端,所述信号处理装置20的输入端电性连接超声接收探头17的输出端,所述检测主机11的输出端分别电性连接加热装置5、吸液泵6和超声发射探头16的输入端。所述检测主机11分别双向电性连接控制面板18和超声溶栓仪12,所述超声溶栓仪12双向电性连接溶栓头14。
其中,所述信号处理装置20包括信号滤波装置和信号放大装置,且信号滤波装置连接信号放大装置,实现了对接收的超声波信号的滤波和放大,所述箱体1的底部四角均安装有移动轮19,且移动轮19为万向轮,便于该装置的移动,所述控制面板18包括显示屏和功能按键,分别用于数据显示和功能控制,所述超声溶栓仪12内置有超声波换能器。
工作原理:通过移动轮19将该装置移动至使用位置,使用时,先通过超声发射探头16和超声接收探头17进行人体的血栓检测,超声发射探头16发射超声波,超声波接收探头17进行超声波接收,然后通过信号处理装置20进行信号处理后传输至检测主机11,通过控制面板18上的显示屏显示出来,通过接收的超声回波实现对血栓位置的判断,在进行治疗时,通过穿刺针血栓位置进行穿刺,然后将喷头8伸入血栓位置,摄像头9采集血栓的图像信息,并传输至检测主机11,通过显示屏显示出来,加热装置5对药箱内药液进行加热,温度传感器4检测药液的温度,并将信号传输至检测主机11,当温度过高或过低时,检测主机11控制加热装置5,实现对加热温度的控制,开启吸液泵6,通过给药管7和喷头8实现给药,然后开启超声溶栓仪12,通过溶栓头14实现溶栓,通过摄像头9能够实现对溶栓过程的图像采集,便于判断溶栓是否完成。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种心血管超声溶栓装置,包括箱体(1),其特征在于:所述箱体(1)的内腔横向安装有隔板(2),所述隔板(2)的顶部安装有药箱(3),所述药箱(3)的内腔左侧底部安装有温度传感器(4),所述药箱(3)的内腔底部设置有加热装置(5),所述药箱(3)的右侧通过管道连接有吸液泵(6),所述吸液泵(6)的右侧连接有给药管(7),所述给药管(7)的另一端安装有喷头(8),所述喷头(8)的顶部安装有摄像头(9),所述箱体(1)的顶部从左到右依次设置有支杆(10)、检测主机(11)和超声溶栓仪(12),所述超声溶栓仪(12)的右侧通过连接管(13)连接有溶栓头(14),所述检测主机(11)的顶部连接有检测管(15),所述检测管(15)的另一端通过两个支管分别连接有超声发射探头(16)和超声接收探头(17),所述支杆(10)的顶部设置有控制面板(18),所述温度传感器(4)和摄像头(9)的输出端均电性连接检测主机(11)的输入端,所述检测主机(11)的输入端电性连接信号处理装置(20)的输出端,所述信号处理装置(20)的输入端电性连接超声接收探头(17)的输出端,所述检测主机(11)的输出端分别电性连接加热装置(5)、吸液泵(6)和超声发射探头(16)的输入端。所述检测主机(11)分别双向电性连接控制面板(18)和超声溶栓仪(12),所述超声溶栓仪(12)双向电性连接溶栓头(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种心血管超声溶栓装置,其特征在于:所述信号处理装置(20)包括信号滤波装置和信号放大装置,且信号滤波装置连接信号放大装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种心血管超声溶栓装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)的底部四角均安装有移动轮(19),且移动轮(19)为万向轮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种心血管超声溶栓装置,其特征在于:所述控制面板(18)包括显示屏和功能按键。
